Fantastic experience: We have been extremely happy with our experience so far, They are on time with appts, easy to schedule, personable and super easy to talk to.

Fantastic experience: UPDATE - The practice has been sold and Dr. Benham isn’t there anymore. I have no idea what it is like now. I’m not changing my rating because I don’t know anything bad…I just want to clarify that the information below might not apply anymore. We have been going to Benham Orthodontics for 9 or 10 years now. Our daughter had a tiny mouth and large teeth, and it wasn't a good combination, particularly when her first adult teeth started coming in. There simply wasn't room for them. Other orthodontists wanted to start pulling teeth - some said four, some said likely more than that - but Dr. Benham recommended a palate expander, saying that it would reduce or possibly even eliminate the need for extractions. We went with Dr. Benham and we are very glad we did! Not only has our daughter not needed any extractions (other than wisdom teeth, which is likely coming), but she didn't even need the expected second round of braces after the rest of her adult teeth came in! She has worn her retainers faithfully and that has been enough. She is 17 now and has a beautiful smile.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Benham Family Orthodontics for your orthodontic services! They gave me my braces and everything was very fast and had really great quality. They even have a prize system where you can cash in “Benham Bucks” for toys or gift cards!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Benham and his staff are top tier. Everything about their practice is outstanding from the quality of the work, the techniques and technology used, to the people themselves. We have trusted them with our children’s teeth for years and would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Everyone is incredibly friendly and make you feel valued. They have a video game area for people waiting on patients and a ‘Benham Bucks’ system for patients to earn some pretty snazzy prizes like gift cards and stuff. Fantastic experience: After 18 months I just got my braces off. I can’t say enough about the experience here and also the outcome. My teeth look amazing and everyone here was great during every visit. Dr. Benham and the staff was thorough throughout the process and answered all of my questions and followed through on the plan. Their price was great and the financing helped as well. I can’t say enough about this company.

Fantastic experience: Each visit has been great, Dr. Benham and the staff is friendly, explains everything well, the place itself gives good vibes from everyone. The staff double checks with you that everything is good and no wires are cutting and/or any questions you may have. Dr. Benham makes it a point to make sure your happy with treatment and the final perfect straight teeth before taking the braces off. He fixed each complaint I had with no issue. I definitely recommend them and this place.

Fantastic experience: I am a parent of 3 girls who have had braces at Benham Orthodontics and I have been more than satisfied. From step one to the finish line the staff is amazing, they care and they have a smile for you whether you are coming or going. The staff bonds with the kids to make sure they understand their role in the braces process and I think it helps them become a better human and responsible for themselves. Dr Benham is great - tells you the truth gives you all the sides of a decision, and is thorough. Fantastic experience: I just finished my treatment plan with Dr. Benham. I’m an adult and this was my first time ever wearing braces. I was a little self-conscious about having braces at my age but Dr. B and his staff always made me feel at home at the office. They took EXCELLENT care of me throughout the process and for the first time ever, I have a smile that I’m proud of! Fantastic experience: Been with Benham for a very long time, got my braces done with them and super happy with the results! I’m now 21 and I still need to get new retainers every now and then so I’m still happy to be seeing them even after all the great work they have done to my teeth! Highly recommend, there is also a new program for lifetime retainer for 1000 down or a payment plan! For someone like me that wears through these retainers it is a must need and will be far more beneficial cost wise as time goes on! I wouldn’t have the teeth I have now without them!

Fantastic experience: My daughter had the brace on her a couple of days ago and one of the metal part came off. Not an emergency but called the office to get an appointment. We got the schedule on the same week but found out it’s not going to work for my daughter on that day. So we visited the McKinney office and they fixed her brace. Raquel! Fantastic experience: We've had a great experience with Benham. Our daughter's mouth had no room for her adult teeth to come in and now, a year later, her teeth are straight and there's plenty of room for adult teeth. I absolutely recommend them, they were up front with payment options, no hidden payments or anything like that. Dr. Benham has been great through out the whole process and the rest of the staff are genuinely kind and helpful and absolutely lovely.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Benham Orthodontics for over 7 years and I truly love the work that they did for my teeth and the hospitality that they provide during my visits. When I came to Benham I was only 6 years old and my teeth were jacked up and I didn’t think that I would be able to get the prefect straight smile that I have today. Benham’s staff is truly incredible and they are super helpful when it comes to helping me find out answers to my questions. They are very flexible when it comes to making a time for my next appointment and it makes it super easy to bend my appointments around sports and school schedules. Fantastic experience: Dr. Bentham is absolutely the best! All 4 members (husband, 2 daughters and me) have gone to Dr. Bentham. I had braces as a teen and like all irresponsible teens, I lost my retainers multiple times. My parents finally gave up on me. As an adult I wanted perfect straight teeth. I was the first to go to Benham and opted for Invisilign. It was a great experience. Next up, my husband. He NEVER had braces and wanted perfect teeth. So, who did he go to? Yep, Dr. Benham. With such a great experience, it was a no brainer to go to Dr. Benham. He has a great team that supports him and he personally has the greatest personality!

Fantastic experience: Edited to add: My older son recently broke his retainer while out of town. Benham's office staff was wonderful, accommodating our last minute need to get fitted for retainers. We have taken advantage of the lifetime retainer plan for both our sons. This plan is great; we don't have to worry about added costs if our sons lose or break their retainers. We are thankful for Dr. Benham and his staff for their continued care and consideration of their patients. Both our sons have been patients of Dr. Benham. Today, our younger son got his braces off! We could not be more pleased with Dr. Benham's work. Our older son was a complicated case and spent over 3.5 years in braces under the care of Dr. Benham and his staff. We have had nothing but great experiences at Beham Orthodontics. The staff is always friendly, helpful, caring and amazing. We highly recommend Benham Orthodontics.

Fantastic experience: I usually don’t write reviews but its hard to choose the right doctor since there are so many that promise the same thing! Dr. Benham and staff are great! They are courteous, quick and provide quality care. The office is clean and always smells amazing! Haha! My 9 yr old got her braces when she was 8 and we are seeing awesome results. If you are debating on which office to choose for your kiddos, choose this one.

All through the process, we were well informed about the progress and any minor course changes that were needed, it was a collective decision. Appointments are quick and flexible timings visits .The techs give very clear instructions on how to use the rubber bands and retainers. Fantastic experience: I wish I could give more than 5 stars! We had gone to a consult with another orthodontist and had plans to just stick with him. By literal threat of a friend whose kids were already Benham patients….we reluctantly agreed to go to a consult with Dr. Benham. So thankful I have that bossy friend!!! Dr Benham uses more updated technology, cost us less money, had fewer visits, and his timeline for my sons braces was 1 year shorter than the first orthodontist. Because of the type of bracket he uses, we only had to come in every 6-8 weeks vs the typical once a month that the first orthodontist required. My sons braces came off today, and Dr Benham was spot on with the estimated time line he gave us 2 years ago! From day one of walking in his door, I cannot come up with one single, minute complaint….about him or ANY of his staff!! We have never had to wait more than 5 minutes at any appointment, and once they take my son back….they are QUICK!!! It actually takes us longer to get to his office than the actual appointment takes. He encourages and rewards the kids for good dental habits, grades, etc., so his care extends beyond just their teeth! EVERYTHING about this practice, beginning to end, is a “well oiled machine”! If you need orthodontics…go straight to Benham Orthodontics !!

Fantastic experience: Today is de-bonding day!!!! We’ve been with Benham Orthodontics for years, and they’ve been nothing short of amazing! Our daughter had some unexpected stuff needed as far as her teeth go, included an oral surgery soon after getting her Phase I braces. Dr. Benham and team were so great about explaining everything to us, giving us options, and being so patient as this process took much longer than expected due to these expected challenges. We’re going to give her a little break before we start Phase II, but there’s no question she’s been in amazing hands!!

He was super amazing with giving him a special treatment plan for his missing adult tooth which no other orthodontist would even consider. Now, my youngest son had just started his experience with Dr Bennam. Even after moving to far out to Caddo Mills (near Greenville), we insisted on having this experience with Dr. Bennam despite the long drives. We love Dr. Bennam’s work and his great staff.

Fantastic experience: My braces were removed in 2016 and my front upper permanent retainer broke a few months ago (July 2022). I moved out of town and was unable to find an orthodontist who would replace my permanent retainer, without requiring me to have braces again or Invisalign. I came back to Benham orthodontist and they were able to fix the gap that was created after my permanent retainer broke on my front upper teeth and they replaced my permanent retainer! I appreciate Dr. Benham’s willingness to develop a treatment plan that would not require me to have to pay for braces again or Invisalign. The staff was so kind and patient throughout my visit. They are a company of integrity and they have been heaven sent! I will definitely be a lifetime customer!

Fantastic experience: Where do I start?? I am the happiest Mom in the world since walking into Benham’s front door. The facility is beautiful and they provide snacks and coffee, WiFi and even massage chairs for waiting parents. But the greatest thing I can say is their staff!! From the moment we came for the consultation all the way through getting my daughter’s braces on everyone, has been amazing - they are easy to reach and have 2 convenient locations, they are on time and affordable with not only free financing but offer discounts for prepayment or siblings. They are gentle and loving with my children and have an open-office setup so I can visit my daughter at any time during her treatment. We needed additional specialty treatment and pro-actively Julie & Sheree researched a surgeon and confirmed they would take our insurance - they didn’t have to do that but they did because they care about their patients!! From start to finish Benham has done EVERYTHING RIGHT and I will never go anywhere but here!!
