Fantastic experience: I went to DR. Hallock’s Office yesterday for my routine cleaning. Donna was my Dental Hygienist that did my cleaning. She did an impeccable job with the cleaning. Donna was very professional and knowledgeable. I’m looking forward to my next visit.

Positive experience: Agree with other reviews re: front desk person. She's pretty rude - no "hello", "good morning", "welcome to the practice" or anything. Just shoves papers at me: "these aren't on our webite and you need to sign them and I need your husband's social security number and your driver's license" She seemed mad that I didn't know his SSN and had to text him. Then I showed it to her and asked her to input it directly into the computer but she said no and insisted I had to write it on a piece of paper. In 2025, there's really no reason to show such a callous disregard for information security and identity protection, particularly in a health care setting. She also acted like I was a moron because I told her that they weren't in our insuarance plan but that I would just pay cash. Like, fine, if my insurance is going to pay, great - but I'm telling you that you do not show up as a practice in my plan. Shockingly, I do know how to read and even double-checked my insurance website while I was there. My point was that I was happy to pay cash but ... //shrug// All that being said, the hygienist I had was lovely - sooo friendly and one of the best cleanings I"ve had in a while. I don't remember her name, but she has a bulldog. She's great, I highly recommend her! The dentist was also super friendly, welcomed me to the practice, asked how I heard about them, thanked me for coming. The dentist and hygienist were able to overcome my first poor impression from the receptionst, but she really needs additional training and/or a job that is not patient-facing.

Fantastic experience: Staff is amazing. Dr. Is very gentle and I never feel stressed, anxious or afraid of being there, and to sit in the chair. They take great care of their patients.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hallock’s dental office always feels clean and has a friendly staff. My dental hygienist, Donna, was professional and caring. She cleaned my teeth and listened to my concerns and made note of it. When Dr. Hallock came in I did not have to repeat everything. I highly recommend Donna as a hygienist. My husband also had an appointment for dental cleaning with a different hygienist and we both concurred that we were pleased with the services. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Great as always. A little puzzled when the doctor (she) came in & asked me a lot of questions about if I had pain in my jaw & neck, if I woke up with pain & asked for more X-rays. After X-rays, didn’t communicate with me, said she’s was free to go. I was confused & no one told me what was going on. Just sent me home. So I guess I’m good.

They talked me through the whole procedure; giving me step by step updates. Dr Hallock was gentle and focused and even called to check on me in the evening.
