Fantastic experience: This whole team is awesome! I had an emergency pop up and they flexed their entire schedule to accommodate me, not one time but two days in a row. I had never even been in their office and they all went out of their way for me. The care I received from Dr. Jaiswal and Stephanie was beyond expectation. I felt comfortable, safe, supported, and confident in them. Even during the stress of dental anxiety, they were consistently checking on me and stopped whenever I was nervous. Thank you a million times over!!

Fantastic experience: I have been super happy with my experiences here! I previously came from a dentist office where i had a terrible experience and made me very anxious about dentist in general but Starlite dental has made me feel very safe and calm from the way the speak to me down to the treatment being done! And it’s been with every single person i’ve encountered there. They give me a blanket and headphones to watch tv while getting work done. Dr. Jaiswal is amazing!!!! Highly recommend this office!!

You look at service now days and it is so far down, and the new generation don’t seem to care, that is not even close with this office. They work with insurance and do everything they can to make care straightforward and supportive, and that means a lot to military families. Going to the dentist can feel daunting, but this team makes it easy. They are kind, patient, detailed, and genuinely supportive. Starlite Dental is everything you want in a dental practice, and I highly recommend them.

Super attentive, explained things well, even for my aging mom, and made her feel comfortable, not rushed. I now feel More comfortable with having x-rays! I had a filling yesterday. A large amalgam was removed from my 12 year-old molar and a new filling put in its place. Fantastic experience: I hadn't been to the dentist in 7 years due to husband switching jobs and loosing the benefits! I found this place from a mailer that was sent out in the mail and i was so pleased with my experience. Not once did i ever feel uncomfortable or judged for the condition of my mouth and even better, i saw a dentist in july of 2024 who said a deep clean was absolutely necessary, however, The dentist and hygienists here decided it was NOT necessary and made my smile lovable again! They take absolute great care of you while you are there. they also offer complimentey add ons like neck pillows, blankets, water, and lip balm while in the chair which I thought was thoughtful! I also had to being my son with me and they made him feel welcome and he loved it here too! I will refer my friends and family here! I cannot say enough nice things about this place!

Fantastic experience: I came here for the first time today as a second opinion after a first visit to serene. Gia was excellent not only on the phone but in-person as well. The dentist`s assistant was very interested in how they were best able to help me in my comfort and affordability with my in-network insurance. The dentist was able to recommend that I needed 1 less crown and filling and didn't even mention to try to sell me a night guard(I'll get one when I'm ready)They answered all my questions and even some I didn't think to ask. Their office and equipment are clean and comforting. I still have to get crowns, but I feel better about going to Starlite for them. Thank you ladies. Hi, a year later, I still love this dentist and her people. I've now sent my husband as a patient and have brought my 3 yr old along for my cleaning. She had such a good time and everyone was so patient and kind. Everyone is so great! It's been 3 years since my last review and this place is just as good as it was when I first started coming, actually even better. Over the last couple years they have upgraded their waiting room. In addition to free wifi, now we can wait with video games, a coffee with sugar-free syrups, and pre-pasted toothbrushes to get clean before you get cleaned. On top of that, Starlite still has a very professional staff that are good caring people. 5 Stars for Starlite!

Fantastic experience: For the first time in a long time, I have found a Dentist's Office that doesn't feed into the natural anxiety of going to the dentist. Instead, they are very accommodating and take gentle care of their patients. Everyone, especially the Doctor, is very clear in their communication and lets you know exactly what they're doing before they do it. They are also quick to work with you on a payment plan to make sure you're getting the care you need at a rate that you can afford. I highly recommend Starlight Dental for your oral hygiene needs.

Fantastic experience: Thank you Starlite Dental! I broke my permanent retainer a few Fridays ago and my original dentist could not get me in until Monday. Since I had a wire hanging out of my mouth, that was obviously going to work. Not quite sure what they expected me to do. Anyway, when I called Starlite, their response was "how quickly can you get here?" In addition to getting the rest of my old retainer out in very short order, they also made me a new retainer, and offered a cash discount since I didn't have any dental insurance. What a great experience. I would highly recommend. I will be changing my perminant dentist to Starlite in the future.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to this dental office since 2022. I had a change of insurance in 2023 and had to find a different dentist and what a night and day difference it was! I had to call the office to confirm the appointments; the office itself was not clean and the staff was not at all friendly. I’m so glad that my insurance was changed again and I’m back at Starlight. Dr. Jaiswal and her entire staff is very amiable, responsive and punctual. I have my questions and concerns addressed in a respectable and professional manner every time. My husband is now a patient here too!

I do appreciate her willingness to resolve my issue. Thank you Ashley for 100 credit back to my card. I would also like to thank you for calling the pharmacy to make sure my prescription was sent after our phone call. My advice is Get a quote with insurance and without insurance to compare prices. I added 2 stars ⭐️ for the follow up. Thanks Ashley you were great. I was quoted starting at 250 when I called I did not expect to pay double. This was not a great experience. Do they no longer use bite guards? I had to ask for an antibiotic. She did not stitch the open wound why would you not give an antibiotic? Based on my experience if you do not have insurance shop around. And shop around again.

Fantastic experience: Made an appointment for my son after his pediatric dentist informed me he had a few cavities and recommended he be seen at an adult I I called this office and they were able to obtain his X-rays from his pediatric dentist, verify my insurance, and see him same day. To be more exact I requested an appointment at around 9am, and he was seen at 9:30 that same morning. The office is clean and modern. All of the staff we encountered were professional and friendly. The dentist was also very personable and my son felt very comfortable with her. They did a great job and the whole process was very seamless. I am very impressed!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place!! The Dr. is great and the staff is awesome! I have not kept up with my dental needs for the last 20+ years so my teeth need some work. I have a TOTAL fear of going to the dentist due to ALOT of bad experiences including those where I've lost a tooth or two in the process. The Dr. is very gentle and explains every step of the way. The Dr. even goes a step further to say if you were my own mother or family member this is what I would recommend for them. She gives you more than one option to choose from. I drive over an hour to this dentist so that there saids a lot. There are a lot of dentists within 5 miles of my home, but I choose to come here as well as my husband and my adult children.

Fantastic experience: Set the whole family up for new patient appts. Marissa was great to get us all in quickly with our crazy schedules. Mai did hygienist care for 4 of us. We loved her! Gentle, caring, detailed information, zero shaming and sensitive to each persons’ anxiety. My husband saw Johnnie and loved her too. Was patient with his anxiety and gentle with cleaning. Dr Jaiswal was kind, understanding to history, and reasonable with recommendations, esp given all the things we need done after years of neglect. She gave us timelines based on highest priority items that are manageable & doable. We’ve found our new dental practice.
