Fantastic experience: Sloan Creek Dental is our family’s go to for all our dental needs. Our experience is always a pleasant one no matter the situation. Julie goes above and beyond at handling the details around your visits and Dr. Tina Feng is such a talented Dentist who is very thorough with her work and someone you can certainly trust with your smile.

Fantastic experience: First time at Sloan Creek Dental for me. Walked in and was immediately met with the lady at the front desk. Very friendly. Next, they took me back to get X rays. Again a very polite and very well trained assistant was great, she too was very personable. After that I met the lady in charge. Asked me questions about my history with dentistry. So we talked. After that, we stared the process of getting on with the next step which was very good. She did a great job of telling me how things looked with my gums and teeth. She finished and sent me to check out. All in all a very good experience. The office was very clean. I’m glad I changed my dentistry to Sloan Creek.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been very satisfied with the dental service provided by Dr. Tina Feng. We strongly recommend Sloan Creek Dental. I personally dread going to the dentist for even a normal cleaning. However, the Doctor and staff have made my experience completely comfortable. They are extremely professional, gentle, kind and friendly. Very clean and peaceful facility.

Negative experience: I am not against office policies, but I am very disappointed with the lack of transparency. When I scheduled my appointment, I was never told that X-rays would be required or that my insurance would not cover them because they are only covered every three years, while this office takes them annually. Had I been informed ahead of time, I could have canceled or rescheduled before the appointment. Instead, when I tried to cancel at the office, I was told I would be charged a $75 cancellation fee, so I felt pressured to pay for the X-rays and continue with the cleaning. This felt dishonest and unfair. I had previously purchased a nightguard from this office and trusted them, but after this experience, neither my daughter nor I will be returning.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding office! Amazing administrative staff who are friendly and extremely organized. Technical staff and hygienists that are incredibly skilled, gentle and thorough during procedures. What really sets this office apart is Dr. Feng’s skill level and her commitment to being equipped with the latest in dental technology. She offers advanced treatments such as laser procedures to help with sleep apnea. It is rare to find a dentist that looks at your health holistically while utilizing the best technology available. I can’t recommend Dr. Feng of Sloan Creek Dental and her stellar team enough.

Everything was truly amazing from the day I called to inquire about scheduling an appointment as a new patient, to the time I walked out the door after my appointment. I have always been uncomfortable with my teeth… so I always get a little nervous when going to the dentist, especially since I have not been able to go to an appointment in many years… She is truly some kind of wonderful! She made me feel so very comfortable from the very beginning! She went over each exam in so much detail and was so gentle with how she worded things through the process…. I have never had such a pleasant dental experience like the one I have had here at Sloan Creek… Every single member I met made me feel so welcomed and like I was the only patient there…. They are very popular so that was not the case, but they did not make me feel rushed in any way!!! They all go above and beyond! This is my dentist from now on. When we arrived was told that Dr Fang was not there. After explaining the problem the receptionist contacted Dr Fang who came from home to treat my wife. Negative experience: They are awful!!!! Screwed up one of my areas for a dental implant. My dr is see now said they didn’t read X-rays correctly. Now I have to start over with a specialist!!!!!! They take really good care of you and you don't feel like just another patient. I'd highly recommend them. Edit: I got my wisdom teeth extracted and although I was pretty scared, it was a quick and painless process. Dr. Feng and everyone kept checking in with me throughout the whole process and provided great aftercare as well.

Fantastic experience: I have extreme dental anxiety due to past issues with dentist and root canals. I have not been to a dentist in over 10 years because of it. Since finding sloan creek dental, they have not once made me feel like I was being dramatic for my feelings. Dr.Feng was very gentle ensuring I was ok with everything she was doing. Not your typical dental office at all.. everyone focuses on you. Julie at the front desk is a rare find. She really cares about the people coming in and making sure everything is handled. I was treated for sleep apnea with laser technology. Had lots of questions and today was my last treatment. I have improved greatly with the pain free treatments. If you have severe apnea come in and get a consult. Best medical treatment i have gotten.

The waiting room is impeccably clean and has tranquil vibe. It honestly feels more like a day spa than a dentist office. The receptionist Julie is kind and helpful with scheduling. Dr. Feng is very patient and knowledgeable. She has a light touch, unlike our previous barbarian dentist who yank and pulled. She also speaks fluent Mandarin so communication with the parents was easy. The equipment they have are state of the art. They took a CT scan of the head as well as our teeth. The location is also a plus. They are located around the corner from Whole Foods and across the freeway from the Allen Outlet Mall. We'd highly recommend Sloan Creek Dentistry.
