Fantastic experience: If you are a parent that is anxious and overwhelmed from a previous dental experience - please read this review. I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. B and everyone at Biodental. I brought both of my children here for a second opinion after we were told by a previous dentist that they needed what felt like an overwhelming amount of dental work. My 5-year-old son had been told that he needed 8 caps, 8 fillings, and IV anesthesia, and my 2-year-old daughter had been told that she needed 2 caps and to be put under as well. As a mom, hearing that your tiny children need that much work—and especially the thought of putting them under anesthesia—was incredibly overwhelming. I knew I needed another opinion before moving forward. I am SO thankful I found Dr. B. From the moment we walked in, every person we encountered was warm, kind, and welcoming. Dr. B was incredibly gentle and patient with both of my kids, and it was immediately obvious that she genuinely cares about her patients and their long-term well-being. I never felt like she was looking for ways to add more treatment or charge us for every possible thing. Instead, she took the time to really evaluate each child and came up with treatment plans that are so much less invasive and, to us, make so much more sense. She is saving my children from going through a tremendous amount of intense dental work at such young ages, and I am incredibly grateful for that. And while it’s certainly not the most important part, the financial side is also very real for our family. Her approach is saving us thousands of dollars in dental work that we simply don’t have sitting around. I also really appreciate Biodental’s holistic approach and the way they seem to look at the whole child, rather than just seeing teeth that need to be fixed. Leaving that appointment, I felt such a huge sense of relief. I went in anxious and overwhelmed, and I left feeling like I had finally found a dentist I could trust with my children. If you’re a parent who has been given a treatment plan that feels excessive, overwhelming, or just doesn’t sit right with you, please get a second opinion. I am so thankful we did—and even more thankful that our second opinion led us to Dr. B and Biodental. Also - the office is so kid friendly wirh TVs on the ceiling and games and prizes in the waiting room - it’s awesome! We absolutely love this office and cannot sing their praises enough. So grateful we found them! ❤️

Fantastic experience: I have been going to bio dental for over a year now and she is the best dentist I’ve ever had, and I have had a lot of prior work on my teeth. First she is very friendly, treats you like a person and assesses your whole body health. She also gave me very specific supplement recommendations (she doesn’t sell them ) for an immunity issue I was having. All have improved my health immensely. The Dr I had seen for this issue recommended full time low dosage antibiotics forever and I wasn’t doing that. I thought I needed a repair where part of my tooth was wearing down ..she didn’t agree and explained how to minimize any further wear and we would watch it. Again, looking out for patient’s best interest and not charging just to make money! Her hygienists are very good as well and I love the gentleness of the water pressure cleanings. They gave me pre and post supplements to minimize affects from the X-rays and they take the time to answer all questions. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend. When I was self pay I found their discount package program was very affordable. I also like the fact that she has business cards displayed from other reputable providers of all sorts, which is so helpful and hard to come by these days. Don’t delay you will have a great experience!

Fantastic experience: My first time experience was GREAT at Bio Dental (Holistic Dentistry) !!! The hygienist was wonderful making you comfortable, explaining what she was doing and being as gentle as she could be for cleaning your teeth. Dr B was also wonderful!! She is truly there to help you and is not looking to just make money off of you or cause you unnecessary pain. I'm so very happy that I gave them a try! I will be defiantly be back and will refer family and friends.

She takes care of me, my wife, and our children, and we’ve consistently had great experiences with her and the entire staff. For me personally, she has been a lifesaver when it comes to my teeth. Fantastic experience: This dentist was just wonderful to our son. She treated him like he was her own, with European warmth and kindness. The work was perfectly executed, but more importantly, she made him feel safe and secure and like he could trust her. I love that she is respectful about the parent’s opinion and genuinely gives her own advice without trying to win an argument, which unfortunately so many other doctors do. Fantastic experience: I have had consistently excellent experiences at this dental office. The appointment started right on time and I felt well taken care of. Dr. Baranovitch takes her time and seems to really care about her patients. Plus they have a really nice massage chair in the lobby.

I’ve had root canal’s, implants, crowns and cleanings with other dentists but this office from the moment i walked in was a way better experience. Very detailed oriented and explained everything so that I wouldn’t have to come back with other issues!

Fantastic experience: Dr. B is so great for the whole family! We were drawn to her holistic approach and haven’t been disappointed! Our kids absolutely love going to the dentist for their bi-annual cleaning - they play games while waiting, watch a show during the appointment, then pick a toy. They even love the goodie bags afterward seeing the tooth brush and tooth paste. It’s not just Dr. B - every assistant and hygienist is great with the kids and they all make it such a family friendly experience!

Fantastic experience: Very happy to have found a more holistic dental practice here in Allen. I went to them for a second opinion for my two children which saved me lots of money, time and stress. I appreciated Dr. B’s honest and professional opinion. She has kids and was very relatable and great with mine. Fantastic experience: I've been going to Dr B for a couple of years. I find her to be very honest. She doesn't recommend work that doesn't really need to be done. She takes the least invasive but most effective approach possible. She is an out of network provider so I pay for services up front, her office files with my insurance who then mail me a check. I could probably find an in network dentist but I really appreciate Dr B's biological approach to dentistry.

Fantastic experience: I am so glad I went to Bio Dental. During my first visit, I had the most extensive dental visit that I have ever received. Lots of imaging and digital pictures. I was shown the pictures of the teeth surfaces in my mouth, something I had never seen before. Annie my hygienist was wonderful and did a great job. Dr. Baranovitch was so nice and did a through examination after the cleaning. The front desk staff were welcoming and very helpful. It took me an hour to get there but, it was well worth the drive. Fantastic experience: Awesome staff who are more interested in the health of your teeth than making a buck.

Negative experience: From the time we walked into the dentist she hated I was asking the steps on the procedure for my 4 year old. She quickly wanted to quit answering on every question and then eventually said I can’t work with you asking all of these questions about my work. I guess don’t be curious about her work and you’ll be fine.

Fantastic experience: I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Baranovitch and her team! I struggled with ongoing tooth and sinus issues for years and was repeatedly passed back-and-forth between dentists and ENT’s without any real answers or relief. Dr. Baranovitch evaluated my situation thoroughly, and was able to identify the root cause of my problem right away. Not only that, but she provided immediate relief which felt incredible after such a long journey of suffering. She is warm, kind, and welcoming, as is the rest of her staff. Fantastic experience: Oh my, so glad I found this dentist office. I should have left my previous dentist sooner but sooo glad I found Bio Dental now. They do amazing work and are so caring about everything starting with XRAYS, cleaning and follow up to go over any and all concerns I might have had. I had been misled a bit in the past by dentists I thought were homeopathic and natural. But Bio is the real deal. They explained some issues I was having with the previous mouthpiece I was using and why there may be issues with it. So glad to have found them now rather than years down the road when I would have had jaw issues. Thanks for the great care and attention to detail!

Fantastic experience: Dr Branovich is a true artist and I’d say a humanitarian! My teeth were chipped when I got hit by a car on my bike and she made time for me quickly. Then, she rebuilt my chipped teeth so I could go back to my very public job of personal training. I didn’t have insurance and the visit was totally affordable!

I went there to have my mercury fillings removed (spoiler alert....it is way less expensive than having your molars break and replaced by crowns). You get in quickly, get expert service and advice and you are good to go. They have a yearly plan that covers the basics with discounts on other services. Easy to find in east Allen, I highly recommend this dental practice for your entire family.

We had taken our daughter to another holistic dentist a couple of weeks ago and were disappointed with the interactions and plan of treatment. We wanted a second opinion and reached out to Bio Dental. They had previously treated our daughter before but are further from our new house. But I am so grateful we called them! They reviewed the xrays and really engaged in conversation with us regarding potential treatment options. Our voice was heard and we came up with a better treatment plan than the other dentist. Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience at Bio Dental. Dr. Baranovitch removed my amalgam filling with no pain during or after the procedure. The binder she provided beforehand even helped relieve some symptoms I’d been experiencing from accidental gluten exposure prior to my visit. It was truly the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Negative experience: Was so excited to meet Dr. B as my doctor recommended her to me. However, the poor customer service of front desk destroyed this opportunity. One of the ladies, Sofie, had an unprofessional childish attitude. Acting like a teen instead of being helpful. I asked her to please connect me with the supervisor. The supervisor (Sharon I think) conveniently left a voice message without giving me slightest benefit of the doubt and canceled my appointment without notice or talking to me first!! When I called, as confused as it can be, he said he made the decision to cancel my appointment based on what Sofia told her. Sofian must be so persuasive and influential to have Sharon conveniently cancel my appointment without even talking to me to see what happened. Wow. How unprofessional overall. What a terrible experience with Bio Dental Allen due to the front desk. So very unfortunate.

Fantastic experience: My family and I recently moved to Texas from Michigan. We were a little nervous about finding a new dentist. Our family are patients of Bio Dental and recommended them to us. We couldn’t be happier! We highly recommend them! Not only excellent service but such great people as well!

Fantastic experience: I am extremely scared of dentists due to conventional dentists. I had to get a crown but felt it wasn't necessary. I was very happy when Dr. B told me it wasn't needed. She was extremely friendly and I felt like I was just chatting with a friend. After talking to her, I felt she truly was trying to be as holistic as she can, where most dentists in thr area say they are natural but really are not. It is rare to find these doctors in the States. I am grateful I found her and now my 5 kids have a new dentist!

I am leaving a review because today I was 30 minutes late to my appointment! Dr Baranovitch and the team could not have been more gracious. Dr Baranovitch Did the cleaning herself to make it work. She even apologized to ME when she had to step out to see another patient because my appointment was now overlapping with another patient. She spent extra time working the coffee and tea stains out of my teeth. They had every right to refuse service since I was so late, but instead they were as gracious as they could be and delivered the same quality of care that they always have. Fantastic experience: Dr. Baranovitch and staff go above and beyond for their patients and makes you and your family feel like hers. I came to her for amalgam filling removal. It was a lot to tackle but she was just absolutely amazing and took such good care of me. Since then, she has seen my now 3 year old son and on very very short notice got my husband in when he desperately needed to see her. She truly is a God-send. All of my 5 children will be seeing her. I have zero worries and know that no matter what we have going on, she is the one to call to take care of us. If you are looking for someone like this who takes a natural approach you will not regret using Dr. Baranovitch! She’s simply the best.

I can see that she truly cares for the whole person, not just your teeth! 1.5 hrs drive to see her was well worth it!

Dr B is incredibly gentle and caring and my girls have always felt calm and comfortable at their appointments with her. I like her approach to X-rays and never pushing more than is necessary. I appreciate her insight into other potential problems with kids mouth health that I wouldn’t even know to look for, like tongue tie or tongue thrusting, etc. I feel like we are in good hands here at Bio Dental and am glad we’ve chosen Dr Baranovitch as our dentist.

Fantastic experience: Love this Dentist. Gives you best suggestions for your oral health. I went today for filing and asked for crown for one my tooth. Where she could have made money, she suggested me to avoid having a crown for that particular tooth, for not having enough space their for crown to stick. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Dr Baranovitch is the first and only dentist I’ve ever been to who was willing to do dental work on my wisdom teeth to preserve them. In fact I would say that is the core philosophy about Bio Dental, preservation. They are NOT all about ripping every tooth out of your mouth, or drilling for the sake of drilling. They want your teeth healthy and they WANT you to keep all your teeth. In the past, other dentists I had been to treated my wisdom teeth as an inconvenience and they always made me feel bad for wanting to keep them. Absolute insanity. I paid a dear price in the past with dentists who over prescribed “treatment plans” for me which looking back, I really didn’t need at all. It was all about making money for them, not really healing my teeth. Dr B on the other hand will make you feel very relaxed. Her attitude and general demeanor puts one at ease. The overall vibe I get is “it’s not that serious”, she will convey things to you not from a fear based angle but one of calmness and education. Ultimately this made me realize it’s just teeth… and I have full control over them. Look, I can keep going on and on about how positively unique this place is in so many ways. Fantastic experience: In the last year I have switched to Bio Dental and I am so glad I did. Everyone in the office is great - super friendly and knowledgeable! I am very health conscious and I love going to a dentist who thinks that way as well. I feel much more at ease knowing im not putting toxic crud in my body at the dentist. Fantastic experience: Bio Dental is a great office because of the people and the atmosphere. Everyone from the desk to the chair is professional and kind. I have a big family and will tell you, the children can’t wait to go because they have fond memories of the toys in the lobby and the fun treasure chest. Very good people and I recommend them highly. On a side note, I also love that they are very responsive and provide holistic care!

Fantastic experience: So far, I have gone to bio dental twice. I have had two different hygienist who were both great. Each time I was in there, Dr. Svetlana came in to assess my mouth In each visit. Did not seem like she was in a rush. Took the time to talk to me about any concerns that I had and always positive and always hopeful. This practice does their best to keep things holistic. They have helped me with my bleeding gums without deep cleaning or harsh chemicals. I highly recommend them

Positive experience: The dentist and her hygienist were amazing. Front staff are disorganized and rude. The girl today had a bad attitude with not just me but the person on the phone. Thank you to the dentist who was wonderful to her. My daughter is 4 and had a hard time, but the dentist was very patient with her.

Fantastic experience: After 3 horrific dental experiences in Northern Texas, I looked for a biological dentist within a 3 hour drive of me. I found Dr B and scheduled a third opinion with her on my children’s cavity treatment. She reminded me so much of our dentist in Germany: direct without being aggressive, asked permission to look in my children’s mouths, willing to work with me on scheduling due to the distance we are traveling, fair pricing for her specialty. I was very pleased with her assessment and recommendations. Worth the trip to see her.

(Like most with busy schedules) Bio Dental has always gone above and beyond to try and accommodate my schedule and I am so very appreciative. All staff are always very kind.
