Dr. Aileen To and the office manager, Newsha Giles, took their time explaining everything in detail and walked us through the entire treatment plan. They were patient, professional, and made sure we felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. The ladies in the front were very friendly and welcoming! We truly appreciate the care and attention we received and highly recommend this office!

Negative experience: I literally was here today but I notice Dr Aileen comes and see my kids and never greet me. While she goes and greet other ppl. What’s the problem? I have two kids here. She never greets me. Where are your manners???

Everyone here is always welcoming with bright smiles and such a kind attitude. While my older kids are getting their treatment, the staff takes care of my younger ones, even giving them little gifts—they actually want to come back! Compared to other clinics, the prices here are more affordable with insurance and they even offer extra benefits, which really helps with the cost. This place has truly been the best choice for our family, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great orthodontist for their kids.

From the very beginning, the team has been incredibly supportive and professional. Newsha Giles, the operations manager, guided us through the decision-making process with so much patience and clarity. Dr. Aileen explained the entire treatment plan in detail, making us feel fully informed and confident. At the start of the treatment, Juan also walked us through each step and helped my daughter feel comfortable and prepared. Fantastic experience: I’ve had an excellent experience with Braces of McKinney. From Angelica’s warm welcome at the front desk to Aishia and Juan’s attentive care in the back, the entire team is professional, friendly, and dedicated. They truly make each visit pleasant and stress free.

Fantastic experience: If you’re reading this review, that must mean that you are looking for an orthodontist. My wife and I visited with several orthodontist providers in McKinney. And although some may have glowing reviews, the staff at braces of McKinney formally Showtime Smile‘s, ultimately were the providers that we chose to work with. Dr. Barr originally and now Dr. Aileen To, DDS, MS both have a fabulous bedside manner and genuine care to ensure that the patient receives what they specifically need. Our specific technician that is both our children’s favorite, Juan, never seems to have a bad day. For two years now each visit, he always ensures that everything is just right and the kids are ready to go until their next visit. This isn’t to say that there are other dental technicians aren’t caring and good at what they do. Our kids just happened to love Juan the most so go in get a consultation check the place out for yourself and you may find your new orthodontist ready to take care of your teeth!

Fantastic experience: Juan is absolutely amazing! Love his patience with my 8 year old who is very squirmy and resistant to the process. Gives him breaks as needed and understands that he is a child and this is a big process for him.

Negative experience: I am just so upset I have to give one star instead of none. This place is more than happy to collect more money than they originally asked for but if you need to switch up an appointment time get ready to be a month out even if it is to the detriment of the treatment plan. Not only that but when you try to complain about it they offer to cancel your treatment plan without a refund of anything. I went here because the former owner was great. Run don’t walk.
