Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable experience. I had a wisdom tooth extraction here and deeply regret choosing this place. The entire procedure felt careless and poorly managed. The dentist appeared to lack basic patient handling skills. During the extraction, she was positioned on the same side, which caused severe pulling on my cheek and significant discomfort. When I expressed pain, instead of adjusting or reassuring, the response was dismissive and argumentative. The billing experience was even worse. We were charged through insurance (around $800), and despite paying at the time of the visit, an additional bill was still sent. The charges felt unreasonable and inconsistent compared to standard dental costs. Overall, this was a very stressful and upsetting experience. The focus felt more on billing than patient care. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious and I would not recommend this dental office

Fantastic experience: Have been here multiple times and had great experiences each time. I needed a new crown to replace an older metal one I had and was hesitant to do it because of a past experience at another dental practice. They made the process super fast and convenient.

Fantastic experience: My husband had a badly infected tooth that was causing him a ton of pain. We called at 1pm on a Saturday and the offending tooth was gone by 4. Everyone was friendly and helpful and they’re open 7 days a week.

Not only is the staff extremely skilled and professional, but what truly makes them great is their warm hospitality. Negative experience: The other day I went to this place to get some cavity fillings, and they gave a price, and I was like, okay thats a bit expensive, but it's fine i guess. Anyways fast forward to when its done and I need to pay they suddenly increase it and I asked the person at the desk about it and he was like, oh yeah sorry we added too much, and he marked it down a bit but not to the original price I was told but my face was numb and I was tired so I just payed it, but I just felt like this wasn't professional at all. Fast forward a week, I get a call from them saying I didn't pay for my fillings, and then I tell the person that I did, and now he's telling me to go to the office to talk about it in person. I eventually went in person the same day, and all of a sudden, the guy there is saying that I got 8 cavity fillings when I literally didn't, and he's pulling out papers and stuff saying I did. Eventually, I asked for the lady who did all the work on my teeth, and she came and corrected the people sitting at the desk and even gave me back the money that I paid. Along with this, she had another person with her to help her out when I had my fillings done, and every time she would turn around to get her tools or something, he'd mess up something a bit, and she would have to keep on reminding him what to do. There is a tool with a see-through orange glass (I don't know what it's called, but I know it's used to cure glue because it's at the orthodontist's too, and that's what they said), and he moved his hand nearly whenever the lady wasn't looking, and I felt a sting at one point. After the appointment, I looked in the mirror and saw that at the corner of my lips there was a red mark, exactly where I felt the sting. I cannot tell you how much this hurt. Every time I opened my mouth to talk or to eat, it hurt me so much. This happened a few days ago, by the way, so now it's not red anymore, but it's like a brownish mark. Along with this, he also marked the teeth I needed fillings on wrong and said I needed 2 extra, but the lady dentist caught it and called him out on it. I am very grateful for her, but overall, this was just a very frustrating experience.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a crown replaced by Dr. Medi, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! An old crown from a previous dentist had broken, and it always had a dull, grayish tint because of the materials that were originally used. Dr. Medi not only fixed the issue but completely transformed my smile. Her expertise in selecting the right products and materials truly shows—my new crown has a beautiful color and natural translucency that blends perfectly with my surrounding teeth. You’d never know it isn’t the original tooth! From start to finish, she was attentive, skillful, and clearly committed to high-quality work. I’m genuinely grateful for her precision and artistry. Fantastic experience: I'm from NJ but was in Frisco, TX for a work trip. I was experiencing throbbing and pain from a root canal I got done before I left NJ. I called Prime Time and Cassandra was so incredibly kind and helpful. She gave guidance and worked overnight (on the weekend) to find an emergency endodontist that would take me on a Saturday. I wish Prime Time was in NJ!

Fantastic experience: The dentist isn’t a place you go out of want. The dentist is a place of need. In some cases, it’s a person in whom we place our trust to alleviate excruciating pain. That was my situation…..after hours….on a Friday. After what seemed like an eternal Google search with dead ends, I clicked on Prime Time. The young man Sy (I’m unsure of the spelling) who answered the phone was warm, considerate, and clear on how the after hours process works. When I arrived a short time later, Sy was quick to get me checked in, through the paperwork, and in for X-rays. Then I went to the chair where I would spend the rest of the evening. Sy’s shift was over and he introduced me to Mohammed. Mohammed was cut from the same cloth as Sy. He too was warm and considerate. He kept me comfortable while we waited for the doctor with stories and friendly banter. When Dr. Saad arrived, I was greeted with a friendly smile and an aura of goodness. He was confident he was going to make me better. He explained everything in detail and got to work. Throughout my time lounged back with my mouth agape, I never felt stressed or anxious. The two gentlemen kept me occupied and engaged with more friendly banter and some good stories and plenty of jokes and puns. They were both so good about managing my pain through the procedure. They constantly asked about my comfort and keyed in on the visual queues. It could not have gone better. With the procedure done, I went to the front to check out. These two new friends walked me through all my do’s and don’t’s for the next few days. They treated me like family. What a treat to have such great care. Thank you Sy, Mohammed, and Dr Saad!!!

Fantastic experience: I can't give these guys enough props with just a review and 5-stars. I was suffering from an inflammatory and painful wisdom tooth on the Sunday I came in, and these guys were able to extract all four of them in a few hours. If I didn't get the surgery done that day, flying later that week would've left me at serious risk of injury or severe discomfort. They nailed it, and even provided me with anesthesia that didn't leave me drowsy the following day, so I wasn't in any discomfort trying to pack for a trip overseas. Highly recommend these guys if you're VEEERY short on time with mild/severe tooth pain.

Fantastic experience: I am eternally grateful for Dr. Hasan and Cassandra. My daughter fell yesterday and hit the ground mouth-first. As soon as we got to the office, Cassandra greeted us with a warm smile and made sure we were seen right away. It was my daughter’s first time at a dental office and Cassandra made the x-Ray process quick and explained things so my daughter was comfortable. Dr. Hasan had come out to the waiting room when we got there and was so kind and eased my worried momma-heart. Once the x-Ray was complete Dr. Hasan made sure to walk us through the next steps and what to keep an eye on for the time being. Everyone was so kind and my daughter even woke up today wanting to see “the nice lady and doctor again.” This was the scariest moment of my life and I’m so grateful for the kindness and thoughtfulness shown to us here at Prime Time Denistry.

Fantastic experience: Have been here multiple time. They take very good care of the patients. All the staff is very nice and explain the treatments briefly before doing it.

Negative experience: Came in on a Friday night for emergency pain and discomfort. My appt was for 9pm and I left at 11:30pm. Within that 2.5 hours, I arrived and got X-rays taken and was quoted just under $500 to get a deep clean in the upper right quadrant and that fee included arestin which is an antobiotic. Here’s where the “funny business” begins. The dentists (male and female) are hovered over me about to poke my teeth inches away from my mouth and say Oh by the way we are out of arestin, you’ll need to come back for that. So wait, I just paid for arestin and now you’re saying you don’t have anymore and I’ll need to come back. Who does that? Who takes your money and is inches from your mouth to say oh what you just paid for we don’t have anymore. So they proceed with my deep cleans and afterwards I ask when do I return. The gal dentist said Oh we will call you. That was 7 days ago. Beware folks. No one has called me. I paid for Arestin only to be told Oh you have to come back to get that AFTER I paid. No refund. It’s sad that people scam others. Very sad.

Fantastic experience: I came to Prime Time Dentistry in Frisco, TX based on a recommendation from a family member, and I’m so glad I did! From the moment we walked in, I was pleasantly surprised by how kind, welcoming, and helpful the front office staff was. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The doctors are incredibly warm, patient, and professional. My kids were seen by Dr. Truong, and I can’t say enough good things about her. My 10-year-old needed some extensive dental work and was extremely scared and nervous going in. Dr. Truong and her assistant Maria were absolutely amazing — they took their time calming his nerves, explaining everything, and making him feel safe and comfortable. He even got to watch Stranger Things while they worked on him for over two hours, which made a huge difference! What could have been a very stressful experience turned into a surprisingly positive one for both my child and me. I highly recommend Prime Time Dentistry to anyone looking for a caring, professional, and family-friendly dental office. We will definitely be coming back!

I just had my wisdom teeth removed and they took great care of me during and after the removal. Would definitely recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Very professional and courteous staff. This is one dentist I can say that I am always looking forward to visiting due to their amazing staff. Dr. Khan and Dr. Medi are very knowledgeable and take their time with the procedures to ensure we were comfortable. KK is always very helpful and has accommodated us numerous times due to emergencies. I got braces for two kids from here and they have been very helpful in explaining the procedure and keeping us (the parents) educated on the next steps. Dr. Athar thank you for all your help and Gio for always go above and beyond. I can't thank yall enough!!

Fantastic experience: Had a toothache for years I came in with no appointment and no insurance and they took care of my tooth for a really good price and with great caring customer service. The office is very clean and has a safe space kinda vibe. LOVE this dentist office

Fantastic experience: I had to take my son here for an emergency appointment and was greeted with the most understanding and helpful staff. The assistance David was a great help and Medi was very helpful for treating and making sure my son was comfortable. If you're looking for a dentist this is a great place to do it.

Negative experience: Absolutely, I do not recommend this office. It's a complete scam. I went in during regular office hours and was seen by Dr. Maddy I waited for hours and got tossed around by the staff while the staff members were standing around chit chating and on their phones , very unprofessional setting. I was later seen by Casandra after waiting more than an hour and a half which crossed over from the regular office hours to the emergency hours while i did not come in for an emergency I was still told I would have to pay $500 upfront to be seen by her and was told everything would be out of network, while I came in to be seen by an in network provider I was quoted a in network price by the receptionist Isara just to be told that they are switching providers due to the time. How is that my fault that they wasted my time and their time . These people over book and have patients wait around to push them out to the evening and charge them $500 extra and say they are doing us a favor. Save your time This place is not worth it . They tell you they will file a claim and it has been weeks and I have not received a refund after spending more than 5 grand. Believe all these 1 star reviews and go somewhere else.

Negative experience: I got the flyers from these guys at the masjid and it just happened that my wife and I were looking for a dentist and we decided to call them mainly because the ad said evening and weekend hours. Both my wife and I work till 530pm, so when we saw the late/wknd hours we figured this may be a good fit plus the doctor's Muslim, why not give our business here. We made an appointment for a Friday 6pm for the both of us, the receptionist Ayesha (probably the same woman I spoke with everytime) was polite and made our appointment. This was a few weeks ago and our appointment was for this Friday the 18th at 6pm. Anyways I called them about a couple weeks back just to confirm everything was good, Ayesha then tried working out different hours for us citing that it would be difficult to see us both at 6pm. I expressed my surprise and said that you made an appointment for 6pm for two people, if it didn't work for you guys why would you make an appointment? She couldn't answer and said that the doctor won't be available and if we need deep cleaning it could take more time. Once she heard my frustration over the phone she said she'll call us back in a few days to confirm. Guess what? No phone call from Ayesha for a whole week. I just spoke with her today and asked if we're good for this Friday at 6pm, since I just received a text from the office that we're confirmed. She starts with the same excuses, can we come in at 3pm, 4pm or 5pm. Again I tell her both of us work and we cannot, and the reason why we picked you guys was for the extended hours, why would you advertise it if you can't accommodate the hours. She puts me on hold for a few mins and comes back that they cannot do this Friday at 6pm, but can on a Saturday on Aug 9th. Reluctantly I said ok that's fine, she then asks me about insurance and I tell her we have Metlife PDP, she asks for the ID and says group doesn't suffice. I told her the card has such and such info, she asks for the social and based on all the experience up until this point I didn't feel comfortable, so I said no I won't provide that, she tells me ok np come in and bring the card but it may take longer. So I tell her that's fine, we'll bring in the card or I'm fine with sending a picture of the card ahead of time. She tells me "Ok we'll see what we can do". WOW! Seriously? You expect people to call these insurance companies and stay on hold for hours to the job that the office should be doing? Terrible terrible terrible customer service. Don't advertise the extended hours if you guys can't service them and it won't cause others to jump through hoops or have false expectations. I'm happy to bring my business to Muslims but this is a two way street, you take money from insurance this isn't charity. Your office should provide an amazing over the top customer service to your prospective Muslim clientele so the community members feel special and keep the spent dollars within the Muslim community businesses.

Fantastic experience: Dr Medi is the best thing here! She’s very caring and makes you feel comfortable without feeling judged. The office can seem a bit overwhelmed at times, and I do wish the tv’s worked in the rooms, even just a rotating pic gallery would be a nice distraction

I’m a very anxious dentist / doctor goer when I tell you the entire staff was helpful and supportive and there was not a second of judgment, no judgment on the state of my teeth no judgement when I wanted to walk around the room between numbing to calm down. Every one was helpful and supportive. Special shoutout to Dr. Medi and Muhammad Faiz for taking the best care of me. Leaving this place actually joyful for how well I was treated 10/10 recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough for Dr. AJ Kahn and his staff at prime time dental after hours care. My son’s original dentist misdiagnosed and then turned him away saying that he had to wait for them to work on his tooth until the infection was gone. Later that night the pain (which he had already been dealing with for several days) was excruciating. We called prime time after care and they immediately told us to head over. Dr. Kahn and his staff, especially Cassandra took excellent care of my son. They were professional, compassionate and skilled. They got him out of pain that evening and his follow up care has been excellent. I highly recommend them. Truly a skilled and knowledgeable team.

Fantastic experience: The staff and doctors are amazing.!They are compassionate and thorough. They review treatment plans and break it down so it is easy to understand. They verify your coverage before cleanings and procedures so there are no surprise out of pocket costs. In the past I was filled with dread going to the dentist. I have not had that with Prime Time Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: This was my third time at this clinic for dental care and they are great. I know healthcare in any field is chaotic in 2025 but they are always great about helping me. The assistants Zara and Gio have been taking care of my cleanings and X-Rays and always take ample time to explain what they're doing or ask me about things at home that I might not be doing. You can tell Dr. Niasha Medi is great at what she does. She will come and go to check in on how I am doing while she's seeing other patients but will really sit down and take time to talk about what she sees on the images or go over the treatment plan if I have questions. I appreciate the staff and highly recommend this clinic for your routine dental needs.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this dentist office. For starters the appointment never starts on time. The staff and dentist here are overwhelmed because they constantly overbook. Had a surgery here yesterday and the dentist left my appointment to tend to another patient totally unprofessional. They then drilled my tooth without my consent forcing me now to get a crown do to the spacing. The kicker is they won't be getting my money for that still. The owner and his Ego likes to force people to give them positive reviews. This one star is staying highly advise looking for a different dentist and ethical practice. The techs here can't even figure out how to check your blood pressure LOL. Quick update dental office called me and told me it's perfectly normal for dentists to leave patients while in surgery/treatment. Not going back and forth Will sit this here The dentist has a duty to treat people fairly and not jeopardize their oral health, as stated in the American Dental Association's (ADA) Principles of Ethics and Code of Professional Conduct. Update after two weeks tooth is still in pain from a bad filling job here. This woman must have hit a nerve. I have been in pain for weeks. Also looked at their recent reviews it tells a story

Negative experience: This was a horrible experience especially when you are in pain. Had to make an appointment on a Saturday for a broken molar. Chose this place because it was in-network. Spoke with Cassandra to make my appointment. I came in 30 minutes early of my own choice to do my paperwork only to find out she would then send it to my phone for me to fill out. Why not send it before my appointment? My husband and I get to the dental office and sit for 5 minutes before anyone even comes up front to greet us. It was Cassandra and Dr. Khan laughing and talking. Cassandra said she would be with me shortly. When she finally came back up front she informed me we needed to discuss fees first. Okay. She told me it would be $99 for x-rays and a $375 fee for after hours services. At this point I said okay because I was at their mercy. She said after taking the x-rays we would discuss how much their services would be and I would need to pay in full. Okay again. Cassandra takes my x-rays and writes up my costs. $4,300 to extract 2 broken teeth. I told her no way I was going to be able to pay that amount. She told me I could finance it. I told her I would leave and suffer. She then asked it they could do just the one tooth that was causing the pain for $2,000. I told her I couldn't do it. She said she wouldn't let me leave there in pain. She came down to $1,200 + $275 for nitrous oxide. I felt like I was at a car dealership. I asked her to let me speak with my husband. My husband and I agreed to do the $1,200 + $275 for the one tooth and nitrous oxide just for me to get out of pain. She said okay and that I needed to fill out some consent forms. She sent the consent forms to my phone. When I pulled the forms up, it was to agree the dentist was out of network. I chose this dentist because he was in network. When I brought it up to her she lied and tried to tell me Dr. Khan was completely different dentist. I asked her a second time, that the dentist who was going to do my dental work was not Dr. Khan (he introduced himself to me as Dr. Khan) and she said no, it was Dr. Abressia (sp?) and he is not in your network. Why would Cassandra lie to me? Why would they charge $4,300 for 2 teeth extractions only to drop it to $1,200 for one extraction? I failed to mention she told my husband not to say anything out loud about how much we paid because the poor guy before us paid much more. I felt like I was in a shakedown for money. I told her to refund my $1,200 and that I would suffer before I let them file a bogus out of network claim. They still got $475 just to see me and I am still in severe pain. I will be reporting this to the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this clinic. Their diagnostics are poor, and it seems like most of the positive reviews are fake, the service simply doesn’t match the rating. I’ve been coming here since 2023 for regular check-ups, cleanings, and X-rays. I take good care of my teeth. Yet the dentist failed to notice a deep cavity clearly visible on my X-ray back in 2023. In 2025, I came back with pain and sensitivity — again, the problem was ignored, and they just did a pointless polishing that only made things worse. Only when I saw a different doctor at the same clinic was the real issue finally identified. Now I have to pay $1,400 out of pocket because the original dentist failed to catch the problem for two years — even though insurance would have fully covered it back then. Very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: KK and his staff is super friendly and helpful. They gave us last min appointment on Memorial Day weekend and quick resolution for my family membership tooth ache! Highly recommend them! My go to dentist for any dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I broke 2 teeth from a self inflicted accident on a Saturday at 5:00. Out of multiple dental offices I called for emergency work, Prime Time was the only one that called back and got me in immediately. Dr. Khan and his staff are first class. I felt bad having to have all these professionals there to work on my teeth till 11pm and they all did it with a smile and great attitudes especially having to deal with myself having a panic of ruining my smile. After all said done, Dr. Khan and his team did not stop until my teeth and smile looked like nothing ever happened. Even though I live 20 minutes away I will make the trip because Prime Time has rightfully earned me as returning customer. Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: Took our little girl here Easter Sunday late afternoon and they were able to see her and make sure she was ok. Definitely glad we found this place and will keep it in mind for the future

Fantastic experience: I'm currently in the middle of my dental implant journey with Dr. Khan at Prime Time Dentistry, and I have to say — it already feels like I'm in very good hands. The entire experience so far reminds me of the warmth and comfort of back home in India/Pakistan — it's truly a family-style practice. The staff treats you like one of their own, not just another patient, and that makes a big difference when you're going through something like an implant. Scheduling has been super easy — they even offer Saturday appointments, which is perfect for working folks. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and professional without losing that personal touch. Looking forward to completing the treatment and will update once it's done, but for now, I’m already very happy and confident with how things are going.

Fantastic experience: I DONT EVEN WRITE REVIEWS. This office is hands down THE BEST. Dr. Khan and Dr. Medi helped me through a very challenging time. I had to have my tooth extracted and they check up on me and answer my calls whenever. I was having some of the worst pain one night, I was hoping I could find a dentist and then I found prime time dentistry. I called at about 730 pm and told them I was having extreme discomfort in my gums. They told me to come in and when I got in, Dr. Medi made sure that same night that I was able to get complete relief. Before my procedure I made it known that I had dental anxiety and Dr. Khan talked to me throughout the procedure and would ask me how I was doing. They are calling me to check in and make sure I’m doing ok?! I’ve never had a dentist do that! They are not in this for the money you can tell they are passionate about jobs and deeply care for their patients as they even schedule around your job. If you have anxiety (or not) and you are having dental pain, or even just need a cleaning or X-Ray, Prime Time Dentistry is going to be the place to go.

Fantastic experience: My crown fell off at about 6:30 pm Friday night. Messaged on FB to my mom’s group and someone recommended them. I called them at 7:00 pm. They were so nice and said come on in. I arrived at 7:30. Everyone was so wonderful. The doc even came out to introduce himself. Got me back fixed my crown and I was out by 8:30! I think I have found my forever dentist! Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Karim is an excellent dentist. My wisdom teeth coming in were putting me in loads of pain. He was able to take me in on short notice and at a time that didn’t interfere with my work schedule, which was SUCH a plus for me. The wait times were excellent each time I had a visit here too. Despite how busy the office is, Dr. Karim took the time to listen to my concerns and helped me to feel better with treatment. After my extraction, the office staff also checked on me multiple times to ensure I was doing okay and had all the meds I needed to recover- not just leaving me hanging on my own, which was very much appreciated. I could tell Dr. Karim and the entire staff at Prime Time Dentistry truly cares for their patients and their well being. I can wholeheartedly say I’ve never had a more pleasant experience at the dentist’s office before.

Such a refreshing find in a fairly costly, and sometimes negative medical field.

Fantastic experience: I'm posting much later than my experience here (roughly 3 weeks later.) I came in as an emergency patient around 11pm with very bad pain in my wisdom teeth. I was met professionally by Dr Khan who not only made me forget my pain through candid conversation but then in a short amount of time extracted my wisdom tooth. After checking I was also told that 2 other wisdoms were also decaying and long story short they managed to remove all my wisdoms within an hour. The process was meant to be very painful but Dr Khan was very quick and clean! I decided to come back for follow up visits (even though this dentistry is 40mins away) since my experience was very good. I also had a need for Deep cleaning and 15 cavities that needed to be taken care of since I haven't been to the dentist in a while. Then I met Dr. Medi who was also very amiable and professional! Although recommended to split my procedure into multiple visits because of how long and discomforting it would be, I requested to have both my treatments in one sitting (each one being 1-3hrs). Dr Medi without any hesitation met my request and took care of my teeth! She did an expert job and I really appreciated her ethics. I also was charged what I felt was a decent price considering how much treatment I had! Although this dentistry is out of my way, I plan to continue my visits! 5/5

Negative experience: Had a badly abscessed tooth, so came here for an appointment...Dr. Khan went through my treatment thoroughly and was very compassionate and understanding, he knew I was really nervous and even made some jokes during our talk to help calm me and my wife...Dr. Medi performed the extractions with Geo (I hope that's how his name is spelled) assisting...the extractions were pain-free for the most part with the exception of the abscessed tooth obviously, but Dr. Medi made sure I was fully numbed before she started any work.... If you need a dentist or have an emergency, come to this office...the entire staff was fantastic and very accommodating, the doctors are top-notch and very compassionate....I will definitely be coming back to see Dr. Medi for more work **Edit-Had my follow-up appointment today (6/6/24)...again, Dr. Medi was wonderful as usual, very compassionate and professional, answered my questions and concerns about my abcess...problems started when I got out to the waiting room and had a guy from the office staff start attempting to set up an appointment for a full check-up, which I was unable to schedule today...I wasn't appreciative of his talking about my dental health in the front office like he did, that's my personal health information and should have been discussed either in the exam room or in his office, not in front of the full office staff (and a woman who I assume doesn't work there since she wasn't in scrubs), and the tone sounded a little off this time, kind of patronizing and arrogant...seriously rethinking making future appointments at this office now, even though Dr. Medi was incredible....

Dr. Khan and his team were amazing, I cannot thank them enough for taking such good care of us!
