She checked in with me the entire time and made sure I was comfortable. The staff was great too, especially Allison, who explained everything clearly and kept things running on time. Fantastic experience: My day started with a 7am appointment to the dentist –– and I couldn't have asked for a better start to my day! Lucia was so warm and knowledgable, she was like the Michael Jordan of dental office employees. Meanwhile my hygienist Judy was like Scottie Pippen. Defending me against cavities and stuff idk. Point is, she was so gentle with me, answered all of my questions so clearly and non-condescendingly, and was so fun to chat with. Dr. Cooper was efficient and clear, making sure she got all of the details from Judy. Can't wait to come back to the dentist!

Negative experience: It’s taken me awhile to write this, but I went in as a new patient for an annual cleaning and exam I saw the doctor for less than two minutes. The dental hygienist did the end to end exam including my periodontal charting then the doctor came in to say hello, look at her hygienist’s work, and leave. I even mentioned a pain in my tooth but Dr. Cooper didn’t ask follow up questions and just said to come back for my next appointment in a few months. The dental hygienist called me her patient: “My patients are all really great” vs “Our patients…” which suggests to me that Dr. Cooper gives the bulk of her responsibilities to her hygienists. This is the first time I’ve had this happen to me in a dentist office.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Cooper takes time to educate and provides honest thoughts. She gets to know her patients. I feel like we catch up everytime we are there. Her and the team are friendly and take great care of us. This is an amazing team.

Negative experience: Very disappointed. After being a loyal patient - Dr. Cooper and staff failed to notify us that they ended their contract with United Healthcare. I was charged a large sum after my last visit. The office staff did not say a word about being out of network all of a sudden. They said on the day of the appointment insurance was good and I did not have a balance. Then sent me on my way. Now I’m blindsided with a large bill and no one returned my calls. Happened to another family I know that were patients of her. Frustrating and disreputable.

Fantastic experience: Last week was my first time visiting Sweet Tooth, and I have to say, this is my new favorite dentist office! I was only in town for a short while and Lucia was able to schedule me on such short notice - which is so hard these days with appointments being booked out months in advance. The overall vibe of the office was great, and I didn’t have to wait too long in the lobby either. My dental hygienist, Judy, was very skilled and made my cleaning quick and painless. She took the time to educate me on proper flossing technique, and answered all of my questions about dental hygiene. Not to mention she was sweet and fun to talk to! Highly highly recommend this place!

She has built a team of caring, gentle and talented ladies (sorry if there are any men, I have only seen women) You will never want to change dentists again. Fantastic experience: Sweet Tooth seriously has some of the sweetest, friendliest staff ever! I’m a first time patient at STDL, and they were accommodating enough to schedule me in for an appointment, especially during the thick of the holidays — thanks Lucia! My hygienist (Judy) was so kind and even took the time to school me on the composition of healthy enamel and the effective techniques of flossing with a permanent retainer. She made my experience with the cleaning itself extremely smooth and gentle. Dr. Cooper was also wonderful to chat with, her presence is really warm and welcoming. Overall, I loved the energy of the space and left feeling so taken care of. Definitely plan to make this my regular spot. Can’t recommend it enough! ❤️

Negative experience: I have been going to Dr.Cooper for the past few years and was very satisfied until now. Dr. Cooper‘s office staff just tried telling me that they may or may no longer accept Cigna depending on the service needed. Unfortunately that’s a risk only for the patient (me). I don’t want to urgently need something only to find out she won’t accept Cigna for that service. I hope Dr. Cooper knows her quasi insurance acceptance just lost our family as patients. Patients beware!

Fantastic experience: Great dental office. I spent more time with the hygienist then the actual dentist, but the hygienists was amazing and very personable. They did a great job with the cleaning as well. The place is very sanitary and clean. I would highly recommend. It is a bit pricey for out of pocket though just FYI.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit here as I was in the market for a new dentist after a horrible experience at my previous dentist that left me with lock jaw because he tried to do too much in one visit; I am so ELATED to have chosen Sweet Tooth Dental Loft. The entire staff was amazing and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Dr Cooper was amazing! You can tell she loves what she does and she’s very knowledgeable. She made me feel at ease with the treatment and Alena, the hygienist is the sweetest of them all!!! She was gentle during the cleaning and made sure the entire experience was comfortable for me. Fantastic experience: Always informative and gentle. The facility is bright and clean. Your hygienist is always up to speed on who you are and takes care and consideration while cleaning your teeth. As your hygienist is caring for your mouth, they are letting you know exactly what they are doing and why. There is also no awkward conversation happening with your mouth wide open. I never realized how much i dislike speaking “dentist.” Dr. Cooper understands your medical/dental needs, encourages only what is necessary and does not “push” procedures as I have experienced elsewhere. Highly recommend.
