Fantastic experience: I have been a customer/patient for many years. Their staff and processes are for their patients best needs and desires. The staff bend over backwards to help and support our needs. Well done team. Kay does an excellent job of cleaning and caring for my teeth and gums. The front stag are always helpful and friendly making the experience as pleasant as possible.

Negative experience: Worst dentist in all of frisco! They make mistakes and straight up lie and won't own up to it. They upcode charges and procedures and will bill insurance and they expect you to pay. Stay for and away. There are many dental practices in Frisco who respect and don't cheat customers. They actually hurt my kid by doing procedures on my child which wasn't asked for.

Positive experience: I happy with the service and cleaning , bit unsatisfied with the Doctor who seems to be less experienced, I am told infection and to be removed 3 teeth’s , surprising to see doctors ask to remove all teeth’s I have on one side , may be I am wrong , I will go for second opinion

When I explained everything to Dr. Gandy, she walked me through multiple approaches I could take. She didn’t rush, she didn’t push anything — she simply explained the options clearly and helped me understand what would work best for my situation. She suggested and approved the most practical and affordable path for me. And trust me, the price they quoted for my procedure was unbelievably reasonable compared to what I was told elsewhere. Honest, transparent, and patient‑focused — that’s exactly how they operate. Twin Family Dentistry truly earned my trust, and I’m really happy with the experience.

I'd put off, going to the dentist for too long and was apprehensive .All my worries were put to rest and I had a soothing experience and am due a follow up which, I'm actually at ease about. Fantastic experience: Dr. Laura and Ariana did an amazing job redoing an old filling on my front tooth that did not match my tooth correctly, which made it noticeable and caused insecurity with my smile. The new composite is flawless. The color blends perfectly and the filling is completely smooth. You cannot even tell it's there. The process was painless and I did not even have to be numbed! Negative experience: UPDATE April 2025. I've been coming to Twins Family Dentistry ever since I moved to Texas in 2019. I've always leave there office a happy patient, until now. I went in for a realignment for my upper dentures in April. I was excited to get them back as they were getting loose while chewing. After several visits to adjust the dentures after the realignment, which they drilled during each visit, while telling me they didn't want to take too much off. ( at that point I said I'd wear them like they were before), as least I could wear them without the pain. I was basically told to go home and wait a couple of weeks to let the sores on my gums heal! I was told that sometimes the sores take as long as 2 weeks to heal themselves. Never mind, that the sores were caused from the dentures rubbing wrong on my gums. I don't know what kind of sores she was thinking about because the sores were gone after not wearing the dentures and rinsing for 2 days with salt water. The dentist made me feel like a complaining old women who was afraid of a little pain! I couldn't wear my dentures without the sores coming back after a few hours. I had to soak the dentures in crazy hot water to even put them in my mouth they were so tight. Once they were in I didn't dare try to chew. I thank the Lord I had an old pair of dentures from 7 years ago, I keep for an emergency. They don't fit well and they're loose but I can at lest have teeth in my mouth. I didn't wear my realigned dentures for over 2 weeks, before I thought, I might as well put the old ones to use. My newer dentures sit in a denture case now. I have to pay to have these old dentures realigned or find a new dentist that can fix them proper. I will never go back to their offices again. I really didn't want to write a bad review for them, the office staff and Hygienist are super kind. Today, Google sent me a list of my reviews, the 5 stars for Twins popped up, I couldn't let my feelings go unnoticed. Sorry y'all for the long review thanks for letting me vent.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to find a new dentist that was in network. This was my 2nd teeth cleaning at this office. The cleaning was amazing. If you’re looking for a new team you won’t be disappointed coming here.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been going to Twins together for our bi-annual cleanings since we moved to Frisco back in 2021, and my husband has been a patient for even longer. Today we went with our newborn and toddler to the Stonebrook location and were blown away by the effort, care, and timeliness that went into our appointment. It made what to most would be a nightmare scenario very comfortable and seamless. If you are looking for a family friendly dentist office where they will greet you with warmth and provide professionalism and knowledge in their service, look no further!
