I shared with them a very traumatic experience at a different office that left me extremely anxious about dental visits. Upon learning this, the doctor & their staff assured me they would not let the same thing happen & guided me through the whole process step by step so I knew what to expect. They also checked in frequently during my routine to ensure I felt okay. It was so incredibly kind of them to be so considerate of this. Turned my anxious experience completely around. I recommend them 100%

The support staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I also appreciated the staff’s help with financing options and the comprehensive treatment plan they provided. They worked with me to find a solution that fit my needs and budget. Fantastic experience: Dr. DiRusso and his team are the best! I had been dreading going back to the dentist because I knew I had a cavity to fix. Dr. DiRusso was able to fix me up and made sure I was plenty numb and didn't feel any pain. They took my insurance and the price was great too. The on-boarding process and communication with reception was seamless as well.

Fantastic experience: Arte Dental in Little Elm is the best dental office I've ever gone to. The girls at the front desk, are so organized, which is nice because it really helps make the visit as quick and painless as possible. The hygienists are amazing too. I've been to other dentists and walked out feeling like they could have done a more thorough job but since going to Arte I've ALWAYS felt that my teeth were completely cared for. I even have my youngest going there for cleanings now. That's a testimony of trust, I can truly say. If you haven't tried them yet, you should. You'll be pleasantly surprised. I'm sure of it!

The stuff is very friendly and knowledgeable from front desk to Dental assistants, they make me feel welcomed. Fantastic experience: I appreciate Dr. Patel and her staff for both their professionalism and expertise. I always feel that they hear and see me when we are figuring out the best care plan. Dentistry can be painful and expensive but thanks to their care they've reduced both to a place I can handle. Still can hurt but Dr. Patel LISTENS and responds. And if I have a question about procedures, charges, appointments, etc., the staff is always polite and KNOWLEDGEABLE. This office is a safe and secure place to get dental work performed. You can trust them to care for you!

Going to the dentist isn't everyone's cup of tea, but Dr. DiRusso and the team there take extra care to explain the various procedures, insurance benefits, and pretty much anything else that might be unclear. Extremely efficient, professional, and pleasant. This is my go-to recommendation any day.

Fantastic experience: This is a rating for my 11 year old daughter. She hadn’t been to the dentist in 2 years. She came in because of a chipped tooth and soreness. She needed 2 fillings which didn’t even hurt after the numbing shot.

Negative experience: Two stars is generous, and simply because the clinic itself is nice. The doctors are aggressive with treatment plans. I was met with a bad attitude when I expressed wanting to see a specialist to treat a problem instead of letting them pull a tooth. The front desk people also can’t be bothered to interact with the patients. And good luck if you decided to go to another clinic and have your files transferred over. You have to force them to do their jobs after countless attempts. Definitely do not recommend.

Negative experience: Don't waste your time and money. If you want to worsen your dental problems visit this dental office after spending huge amount. Extremely rude office manager at front desk and would forget every detail over the phone and during office visit all she cres to giving you outrageous billing and cost . Very unprofessional doctor who cannot finish a task satisfactorily gave me brushes on my gum and cracked my teeth to make me come back for another treatment to swindle my money . A doctor is suppose to fix problems not create more that can jeopardize patients life.

Negative experience: will lie about diagnosis for more oop costs & recommended Invisalign for “crowding” when i have a permanent retainer & still wear my top retainer faithfully. of course you trust your doctor so you run with whatever they say, but get a second opinion first. overall clean office though

Positive experience: I have been going to this office in Little Elm since 2016 and the Dr’s are great. However for my last 2 visits, they started charging $50 in advance “consultation fee” before the visit with the dentist. I am ok in paying the fee if I decline the work they recommended , but they ended up charging the fee in addition to the fee for the services I needed and had performed. The Dr. is very honest and great today which I liked. She advice I had a tooth need to be crown which ok but afraid to make another appointment which add another $50. :(

Fantastic experience: The team at Arte is welcoming, professional, friendly and, most importantly, they know what they're doing when it comes to teeth. My first visit was eight years ago when a dental issue was causing me severe pain. They fixed me right up and I've been a patient ever since. They're great with kids too - no joke, my daughters look forward to going to the dentist now.
