Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying—I have severe anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. But my experience at Fame Dental was, without a doubt, the best dental visit I’ve ever had. I woke up at 1am with terrible tooth pain, and by 9am that same morning, I had an appointment booked online and was being seen. The convenience alone was incredible, but it only got better from there. From the moment I walked in, the staff created a warm, supportive, and calming environment. The dental assistants were kind, informative, and clearly experienced in making anxious patients feel at ease. Now, let’s talk about Dr. Merchant—WOW. Truly exceptional. He was not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but also empathetic, patient, and kind. He took the time to explain everything, acknowledged my anxiety without judgment, and followed through exactly as promised. I needed an extraction, and I was dreading the pain. In the past, dental injections have been excruciating for me. But this time? Zero pain. I didn’t even feel the anesthetic being administered. The extraction itself took less than five minutes and was completely painless. I still can't believe it. I am beyond grateful to Dr. Merchant and the entire team at Fame Dental. For anyone with dental anxiety—or anyone just looking for exceptional care—this is the place to go.

Fantastic experience: This place did an excellent job with my cleaning, x-rays, & getting a cavity I needed done all in one day, and not of it hurt or felt like I couldn’t breathe — I get anxious at the dentist and I did NOT have to hold onto the sides of the chair, you can tell they really value their clients and help you understand the importance of taking care of your teeth, rather than just telling you what to do lol. The lady who assisted was very nice and personable— forgot her name… sorry! , as well as the Shane I believe who was the hygienist. You can tell the people working here like meeting new people and connecting throughout services rather than just giving a service and saying see you next time. Lowkey wish I came 6 months ago when I was suppose to see the dentist..

Fantastic experience: Dr. Amit and his team are next level…I went in for an exam/cleaning this morning, and considering it had been 2 years since my last dental appointment (at a local chain dentist), I was expecting to get a hard sale for additional services…didn’t happen…in fact, it was the complete opposite…Dr. Amit didn’t push anything that wasn’t needed…Shane was my hygienist and she was awesome too…not only is she left handed (bonus), but that’s one of the only times I can remember getting a dental cleaning that didn’t hurt…A+++ across the board

Fantastic experience: Worked me in on the same day. The receptionists we're very pleasant and helpful. The dental assistant was so sweet and gentle.Took X-ray and then Dentist came in. Told me what I needed to do and referred me for a root canal. I am going use them for all my dental work. So happy I found Fame Dental.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 Definitely Recommend. I had a small procedure on my tooth recently and felt no pain. I mean no pain while receiving the procedure and no pain once I got home. Here I am 3 days in & still no pain. While there the team made me feel very comfortable & was very professional. Dr. Amit was very professional, explained the process before & after. He took his time and made sure I was very comfortable while completing the procedure. And omg Mrs. Richell was awesome she kept me calm, also explained the before & after. I can honestly say I've never experienced professionalism and no pain after leaving a dentist. Two days after Dr. Amit worked on my tooth he called me personally to see how I was feeling. He has a great team even the receptionist was sweet as can be.

Negative experience: This place is a scam !!! If you have good insurance, they only wanna give you fillings and run your insurance for x rays so they can get paid. I’ve been here twice, which is why I know. This doctor AMIT has his picks and chooses on who he services well and who he shrugs his shoulders too. I can say, never go to a 24/7 dentist. It’s a reason why dentists with inregrity are off 2-3 days a week. He was not welcoming at all after my second visit. The first time I went, I wanted a cleaning. The dentist (AMIT) told me that I would have to do x rays too. I didn’t want to but I did anyway because he was pressuring me. He told me that my teeth were horrible (which I already knew) but he barely cleaned my teeth. His cleaning only took 4-5 minutes. It was a rush job. The whole time I was there, it seemed like he had somewhere else to be and he was rushing. Dental cleanings normally take 30+ minutes if they are thorough. When he was doing my teeth, one of my fillings fell out and he acted liked it was broken before him but I told him my teeth were fine. He was digging in my gums and I had to keep raising my hand to let him know my teeth were in pain. I can say that he didn’t wanna fix what he broke. I had to pay 100+ for a filling. I was mad but I paid. He kept saying that I have good insurance, which raised my eyebrow. He told me I needed like 4 fillings but I didn’t want to get them done the same day because it was a rush job when I got a cleaning and it rubbed me the wrong way. I never went back until the next month, that’s when I fell down the stairs and broke my tooth. They are open 24/7 which is why I went. He took x rays of course and told me that my tooth was fine but it would hurt for months because of trauma. I left pissed because something was off. I waited two days and checked with another dentist and she told me I needed a filling in the spot that was broken and I needed fillings and crowns. She gave me a treatment plan. This place didn’t. He didn’t even bring up a treatment plan. His energy pretty much was like “I can’t help you”. He was nonchalant with me. I was in tears because dental issues are expensive but I guess I was the ideal patient for him. I can say, if you’re a minority, watch out coming here!! They want fast money and only treat you well based off if they feel like if you have the money or not. This is not a family dental place that you can go to or your kids . Stay away. They seem like they have their picks and chooses on who they wanna help or not. The receptionist and the hygienist were cool. His intentions seem else where

Fantastic experience: I almost don't want to write anything to keep this gem of a dental practice to myself. Our family visited them and I was blown away by their service, attention to care, and their flexibility. My preschooler was scheduled to go last but was not up for waiting, they switched it up to accommodate his needs without even having to be asked. My sister has special needs and needs some extra time and patience to have a good experience and they were amazing with her and still managed to get us out in the estimated time quoted on line.

Fantastic experience: This is one of the best dental offices I have ever experienced. Everyone was so professional, welcoming, kind and courteous. Their hygienist even educated me on how they measure gums during cleaning and explained everything step by step. I really appreciated their honesty and that they didn't try upselling anything and were straight forward. I'll definitely be back and on a side note: if you pay out of pocket, they do have special going on. So take your chance and you won't regret it :-)

I had extreme pain in a tooth and jaw and was very nervous about getting it looked at. Dr Merchant made me feel at ease and listened to my concerns. Fantastic experience: First of all, my Dad, Dr. James E. Genuit, was a dentist in Carrollton for 45 years and also taught at Baylor School of Dentistry in Dallas (now Texas A&M) for 3 years. In other words - I KNOW TEETH. I also know Dr. Merchant. He and his staff are the EPITOME of what a perfect practice should be. Exceptional cosmetic work, wonderful pricing (you can finance it) beautiful staff, and an INCREDIBLY clean bathroom. (Seriously, I almost felt guilty "going") Check them out, though. Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist in a very long time and Rochelle was very understanding and easy to talk to. Doctor was quick and offered a lot of information and answered any questions. Ana was a huge help when it came to discussing payment options and breaking down the cost of everything. Negative experience: I want to share my experience with Fame Dental. We went there as my daughter was having tooth ache and that tooth was wiggling. What we came to know after the treatment is, the dentist treated the tooth next to the wiggling tooth(not the one which was causing pain). He did cavity filling for a 9 year kid, and that tooth too was not a permanent tooth, it will fall of in a year. He is the one who mentioned all these. He finally said that, the wiggling tooth will fall off, that is the reason why it is causing pain. He charged us $272 to fill the cavity in the tooth which will be falling off in near future. The dentist looks experienced, balled head, half white beard, but he is very commercial. There was no need of any treatment, the tooth was causing pain as it was going to fall off. Finally I would say, DONT TRUST THIS FAME DENTAL. PURELY MONEY ORIENTED. I saw the reviews and went there, but they are all paid reviews. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Fantastic experience: I have taken my daughter there couple of days back to take out a loose tooth. I just googled out this Fame dental care and wanted to give a try( as other cares didn't work out much for me) The staff was awesome in addressing our concerns. Dr.Amit Merchant carefully evaluated, started the process and made it a breeze, myself and my daughter were super happy when done. They do have same day appointments I guess. Dr. Merchant is great with making you feel comfortable and is very conservative with his recommendations. My husband knocked out his teeth while at work and they were able to get him in quickly and get him taken care of. we love how they are open 7 days a week and have hours that work with any schedule. If you are not a fan of the dentist (or even if you are) you will love Dr. Merchant and his staff at Fame Dental.

Fantastic experience: I had to switch to a dentist closer to my home and found this location in google. I had to be seen quickly and they were able to accommodate me same day. Great dentist who explained everything in detail about my procedure. What I liked the most is that he was an honest doctor and didn’t do anything more that was needed. He said we would wait for the next 2 weeks and see if there might be a need for a root canal. I will be bringing my family here. Great service!
