Fantastic experience: My son and I have been going to LIV Dentistry for almost two years now. From the front desk staff to the dentist, they are all great. I must say, our hygienist, Meredith, is amazing. I’ve been a patient at various other dentist offices in the Frisco/McKinney area, and they are by far the best!

Fantastic experience: The service is amazing! The staff here is great and always gives such a warm welcome. Dr. Buck does fantastic work and is incredibly detailed in her care. Sonia and Ellyn are always friendly and make every visit feel comfortable and positive. It had been a while since I’d been to the dentist, and I needed a lot of work done. They all made me feel completely at ease. They offered helpful advice without ever making me feel pressured. Don't listen to people telling you going to a dentist is a brutal experience. All I ever saw at this location is that they are just as human and understanding. Fantastic experience: My entire family drives from downtown Dallas to The Colony for dental care at LIV Dentistry. Dr. Steffens’s knowledge and skill are both impressive and reassuring. Moreover, he’s just a nice human. Combined we’ve had routine cleanings, whitening, fillings, and crowns. The office staff are warm and clearly enjoy working together. Also, there are no surprise charges; treatment plan with costs are clearly communicated with each step of service. We could probably find dental care closer, but the care at LIV Dentistry is so top-notch, I’d never risk the move when we’ve been so impressed the past 2 years.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient here for nearly 7 years. My husband is also a patient, along with my 3 year old daughter. They know our family by heart. Dr. Clark and staff are AMAZING. We are always treated with respect and kindness. We moved away from The Colony and continue to drive here because of how great this place is. My husband has had a lot of dental work/surgery done over the past few years with zero issues or complaints. They communicate what's going on, what your options are, and are not pushy with services. Dr. Clark even helped get me a referral to a chiropractic office for my TMJ issues when my jaw locked shut a few years ago. Even though they are not necessarily a pediatric office, they are kid friendly, and my 3 year old LOVES going. She actually cries when it is time to leave.

Fantastic experience: LET’S TALK DENTISTS! I’m super scared to have dental work done and I searched for the perfect dentist to finish the crown and replacement fillings I needed. I’ve found a great one at LIV Dentistry in The Colony…Dr. Clark Steffens! He got the job done in less than two hours (normally takes 3 or more) and has updated technology that I’ve never seen that made everything work perfectly. I wasn’t nervous and felt no pain and my teeth look great. As someone that has gone to many dentists through the years, I can honestly say he is the BEST!

Positive experience: Everyone is super nice in this office. Had two wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Saxon. Really, my only recommendation is, that after a patient has oral surgery, that it would be nice to follow up with a phone call. In the past (different state, and different oral surgeons), my husband and all three kids received a checkup phone call, after their wisdom teeth were removed. Otherwise, happy with everything/everyone in the office. Dr. Clark is very accommodating, professional and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Liv Dentistry gave me what I would say is the best dental experience of my life. I have had some severe issues with needles / dental work throughout my life due to other reasons, and typically I cry or have a panic attack during my dental appointments. I went for the first time ever yesterday at the suggestion of my fiancé. I was allowed to bring my fiancé back with me and they all treated me like I was a long time friend. At no point was I physically or emotionally uncomfortable and I didn’t get upset at all! They gave me a very reasonable (if not cheaper than expected) quote on my wisdom teeth (literally hundreds if not thousands less than other dentists, but I will say this is the first time I’ve had insurance so that may play a big factor towards the base price idk) and made me feel very comfortable with the process. The dentist himself didn’t use any crazy jargon or anything and fully explained what was up with my teeth as he went. I usually hate going to the dentist but I am actually looking forward to going back for more work / appointments since they were so nice. Plus, they have TVs above the chair and a massage chair!!! It was so relaxing. Thank you guys so much
