Fantastic experience: I hadn't been to the dentist in years, and originally went to a big chain. They did very poor jo. Hillcrest, in contrast, did a fantastic job. They were straightforward, timely, and relatively inexpensive . I'd recommend this place to snyone.

Negative experience: Worst dentist ever don’t let the reviews fool you. They beg people to post good reviews. Went to her every 3 months to get my teeth checked & now I magically have cavities & a root canal she didn’t catch so that’s a $3000+ bill out of nowhere. She claims they only XRay once/year, why not Xray every single time a patient comes. I told her about discomfort twice in the last 6 months & she claimed everything looked good. Very money hungry office as well, they will try to sell you a $20 night guard for $500, RUN AWAY

I couldn’t even get a cavity filled without IV sedation - Dr. Shah and Allison the dental assistant were excellent at putting me at ease. I couldn’t even barely get in the chair but they made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Talked me through and eased my anxiety Allison helped me keep focus away from the procedure and it was nothing like what I had feared for all those years. Highly highly recommend Dr. Shah and Allison, they are a great team.

Dr. Shah took the time to explain everything clearly and answered any questions I had, which really helped ease any anxiety. The numbing process was quick and painless, and Dr. Shah ensured I was completely comfortable throughout the procedure. The filling was done efficiently, and she was very attentive to making sure my bite felt perfect before finishing up. Her attention to detail is top-notch.

The hygienists I've had have all been kind, personable, and thorough in their cleanings and care. I also love that they have chapstick available to take for their patients - big bonus for a chapstick obsessed girl and a perfect thing to have after a cleaning. Thank you all for what you do!

Fantastic experience: I scheduled an “emergency” appointment late last night and they had a spot open for today and squeezed me in. I got there and learned sadly they don’t take my insurance, but the service was so great from start to finish that I am staying with them and changing my insurance over. Once I do that I do plan to bring my husband and kids with me. About the visit … I was greeted as soon as I walked in. They were very polite and got me back very quickly. I had some X-rays done and she was very gentle and explained everything she was doing the entire time. The doctor came in and went above and beyond as well telling me different treatment plans and different options and was amazing. I was not expecting the service that I got today, but was so thankful for the sweet staff that they have. They are patient, kind, understanding, and work with you. If you’re looking for a dentist, I HIGHLY recommend this location! Today I had Dr. Shah, Allyson, and Astrid. Forever thankful for the service I received today and look forward to future visits!

Negative experience: Please please please get a second opinion after going here! She told me I had more than 15+ cavities which was untrue. Some of them were just beginning. I didn’t need to get them worked on. I had JUST got my braces off and of course after doing cavities she shaved down the right side of my mouth. She also shaved down one of my front teeth. Which from doing that and the side of my mouth has now created an open bite all over the right side of my mouth. I tried to go back there and ask them to put a piece back onto my front tooth and they said “sorry we can’t help you.” This happened in 2017 and I am STILL DEALING WITH THIS. Legit horrible. Do not go here at all! I have never been so upset at a dentist before! So awful! I will probably have to get braces again and just try to figure out how to fix my bite! So trust me, go somewhere else!

A super personable lady, I could tell she genuinely cared and wanted to do a great job. Receptionists and whole office were super nice. I was in and out of there quickly with no wait.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Shah has provided dental care for myself and four children since I relocated to Texas back in 2019. The staff is very knowledgeable, efficient, and provides a welcoming environment. My daughter was frightened to go to the dentist. Im so grateful they were also able to ease my daughter’s anxiety. Fast forward, I moved to Aubrey. We now make that 45 minute drive to receive dental care from Shah and her amazing staff.
