Fantastic experience: This office should be the standard and featured in training videos for how to run a medical office! I’m sometimes leery of all 5-star reviews but now I totally understand why they have them. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by two very kind and good-natured front-desk folks. I’m a new patient so they didn’t know me by name but I heard them greet two other people who came in by name. My hygienist, Christa, was so kind and easy to talk to and put me at easy and very thorough. Dr. Carroll is amazing, so kind, so thorough, you don’t feel rushed, you can just tell she cares and wants this to be a good experience for her patients. She answered all of my questions and still the appointment felt like I was in and out (in a good way) - line despite her taking time to answer everyone’s questions, I didn’t wait long at all to be seen. this was truly a wonderful experience.

Fantastic experience: I wish I hadn’t cracked my molar but had I not, I never would have met this terrific team working for Dr. Carroll. I cannot praise this practice enough. Not only is this the loveliest and most up to date dental office I’ve ever seen, the people who work there are lovely as well. They are consummately professional at the same time personal. I feel like Dr Carroll is a friend now. I was recommended to this practice after a negative experience with another practice—the contrast is like night and day. I came with a failed bone graft which required more surgery. I was discouraged. But the care and reassurances from the staff gave me confidence during the healing process. I’m 100% today and forever grateful I found Dr. Carroll.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Carroll helped when my elderly mom failed to care for her implants and had a lot of bone loss. It’s was very stressful, surgery was performed, and they salvaged her implants, and have continued to care for her with 2 month cleanings. Fantastic experience: Dr. Carroll is amazing. I had a tooth pulled and an implant put in. I had no pain. My guns were somewhat sensitive but that’s it. Dr Carroll’s staff was so helpful and caring. Dr Carroll also put a cadaver bone where she pulled the tooth to get it ready for an implant. I’m not even dreading getting another implant.

It happened on a weekend, and Dr. Carroll saw me that Monday before noon, scheduled me for the first step at 6:00 am the next day, and she made me feel so much better about the whole procedure to come. Her manner is so calm and confident, she just makes you comfortable that it’s going to be ok. Dr. Carroll is also extremely professional, and her work is top-notch.
