From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was friendly, professional, and made the check-in process quick and easy. The office itself was very clean, modern, and comfortable, which helped me feel at ease right away. My appointment was for an initial exam with X-rays, and the entire process was smooth and well-organized. The dental team was thorough and took the time to explain everything they were doing. After the exam, the dentist went over my results in detail and clearly outlined a treatment plan along with pricing. I really appreciated how transparent they were, there were no surprises, and they made sure I understood all of my options without any pressure. Overall, it was a very positive experience. The staff was knowledgeable, respectful, and focused on making sure I felt informed and comfortable. Negative experience: "I’ve been going to this dentist in Carrollton, TX, for the past three years and have always had a great experience. However, when I called today to book an appointment, I was asked what I needed. I explained my concern, but of course, I’m not a dentist—I need a professional evaluation to determine the issue. Despite this, I was told that I had to prepay before even seeing the dentist, which makes no sense to me. In the past six months, I’ve had five teeth pulled and was never required to prepay. This sudden change in policy is disappointing and frustrating."

Fantastic experience: Beverly Dental was referred to me by a relative. As do most people, I really do not like going to the dentist, unless it's for my regular 6 month cleaning. Dr. Lee was very patient, answered all of my questions, and explained everything in detail. He was gentle during the procedure and kept checking to make sure that I wasn't in any pain. Anxiety kicked in a few times, and his assistant was great at making sure that I was calm. Denise, who is amazing, talked me through the insurance process and helped me understand how everything worked, including how much I should expect to pay out of pocket. She was also patient, professional, and pleasant. I had some interaction with other staff members during my follow-up appointments, and they were just as pleasant and professional, even when I needed to adjust my appointment time and date. I would highly recommend Beverly Dental. I live approximately 40-45 minutes away, but it's worth the drive.

Once we arrived at our appointment the doctor pointer out the problem which my daughter's two back baby teeth were bothering her. The doctor asked if we wanted to pull them my daughter made the decision to get them pulled. She was done in a matter of seconds. Amazing team.

Negative experience: A year ago, I visited this clinic and left a review about the poor service. A year later, I called to make an appointment, hoping to give them a second chance and change my experience. Unfortunately, I was even more disappointed when they told me I had to remove my previous review about my bad experience in order to be seen. If you're looking for friendly and professional service, don't expect it here. This place does not treat its clients in a cordial manner. There are many better options in the city than this clinic. High prices, poor service, and lack of hygiene.

Dr Oh and Staff were Professional, kind & Gentle. After a couple appointments (consultation & molding) .The implant itself took less than 30 minutes. I was so impressed , I went ahead and signed up to be an annual member for $25o. TYsm and GodBless :)

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lee is confident, knows exactly what he’s doing and does it well. The whole staff at Beverly Dental Center is really nice and you can tell they really care about you. The entire office is well organized, prompt, and I never had to wait at any point. I had to get six crowns on my front teeth, and it was as painless as it could be given the circumstances. My enamel was worn off, and I had holes in some of the teeth. Dr. Lee’s lab gave me six brand new teeth that look amazing. He knew exactly how to alter the mold to make my teeth longer and thicker. I finally have perfect white straight teeth, and now my smile is even more confident. It only took three appointments and cost $4800 out of pocket. It was worth every penny, and I would gladly pay it again. Even the temporary crowns he gave me were amazing and I had to wear them for a solid month!

Fantastic experience: There is not a more kind or more gentle or understanding dentist in the world, especially if you have a fear of the dentist, when I tell you, Dr. O is unparalleled his work is of the upmost quality top-of-the-line. You can bring him the most damaged and messed up situation going on with your teeth and he will fix you up and give you your confidence plus more back by time you walk out of that door, he never make you feel judged he will never make you feel like you’re being overdramatic About your fear or your pain level. He is just an incredible dentist and his staff reflects him and I mean spot on! They’re wonderful. They are kind understanding, funny and empathetic.They let you know that you’re in good hands and not only do they tell you that, but they show you that and you can feel that with every moment that you’re there I’ll never ever ever go to another dentist Again, as long as I can manage to see Dr. O and his staff that’s where I wanna spend my money. Those are the type of people I’d like to spend my money on and four and that’s the service that every person leading the dentist should experience one huge sign that I thought of just today walking out was that there hasn’t ever been a time where I walked out of that building, and regretted paying a cent every single penny that I’ve ever spent there is worth it overall five stars in every category and subcategory five stars. if I could give them 10 I would because they deserved it. Positive experience: I had a good experience at Beverly Dental, staff was nice, wait time was quick, my cleaning was quick and fairly comfortable, my only reason for giving 4 start instead of 5 was the pricing was a little high and the amount of notification reminders were extreme. No more than 20 minutes after scheduling for my cleaning, from inside the office, I received a call reminding me of the appointment I just quite literally made ( it was less than a week in advance). Within 5 days I received 3 additional texts about said appointment as well. It’s giving trust issues, it’s giving psycho ex-girlfriend, it’s giving me anxiety! LOL

Wouldn’t recommend due to office staff…looking for new Dentist with staff that is professional!!

Negative experience: Person taking calls refused to schedule an appointment and sounded annoyed that I was calling for an appointment. Said I missed an appointment in 2020 and that their limit is 3. Previous interactions had been pleasant but new staff is just rude.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Oh and his staff are AMAZING! They use state of the art technology, and their dental office is clean. Since I'm in a wheelchair, it's very hard for me to take panoramic x-rays, but they made sure it got done. I will be forever grateful for their assistance because the panoramic x-ray was able to detect an infection that my dentist in Georgia wasn’t able to see with their standard x-rays just 2 months before. Even though I live in Georgia, I plan on flying to Texas just to visit to Beverly Dental Center - yes, they're that good and affordable.

Fantastic experience: I’ve probably seen 12-14 different dentists in my lifetime. I’ve been going to the same dentist for the last 20 years and was really afraid to change, but they had gotten expensive and were not in-network for my insurance, anymore. Based on great reviews, I decided to go to Beverly dental in Carrollton, Tx. So I just saw Dr. Lee for the first time. He was quite thorough, his explanations were clear & he has a great demeanor. His expertise was evident. No cavities for me so no work needs to be done right away. I also saw Daniel who took my X-rays and he was gentle, courteous, kind, helpful, and explained everything that he was doing. Sorry, I didn’t catch the front desk person’s name and she was also very helpful, sweet and efficient. The office itself was very pretty and done tastefully with all the newest equipment. It’s located in a very modest strip shopping center and is beautiful inside. So far, going to Beverly Dental on Josey in Carrollton, Tx was an all around great experience.

Negative experience: I was going to be a new patient. They have require you to fill out forms that include a disclosure that they have discussed treatment options and risks before anyone has spoken to you. I pointed out that no one has discussed any treatment options or risks with me and the statement was not true. THE RUDE receptionist, who clearly could care less stated that they would not take X-rays unless I signed it and never once offered to bring a dentist or other person in a decision-making position to have the discussions they are asking me to confirm had been had. A shady practice trying to force people to sign untrue disclosures. I am pretty sure it violates medical ethics.

Fantastic experience: I love this place! The staff and the doctors are top notch. Plus they have a great in house plan for people without insurance.

Negative experience: I went to the Dr Jun for a cavity. He suggested two root canals for other tooth which already has a prior root canal done saying it has an infection. Went to other dentist got the cavity fixed. Dentist said tooth that Dr Jun suggested for root canal were fine doesn't have any infection. It's been 2 yrs it's still fine. Avoid the Dr if you don't want unnecessary procedures done. They are very money minded don't care about patients wellbeing.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment today for filling. Befor going I went to eat lunch and my front bridge went slanted and will need to be worked on. I had appointment next month but they adjusted the appointment asap so I can get this taken care of befor my flight out to California next week. Fantastic experience: I started using Beverly dental about 6 or 8 months ago. I have been so pleased with the workmanship, their attitude, and they're helpfulness. I have had a bridge done, and a crown. Looks great. Last week I was having a lot of pain with a broken tooth and they were totally booked up but they worked me in at 5:00 p.m. on a friday! They deserve the five stars.

The front desk couldn’t find my insurance so they called me to say they couldn’t see me but later on call me back to say they found it and they can see me now and they would wait for me and when I arrived they said i was 2 late and they couldn’t see me again. this people is a joke. They really think I am coming back.
