Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! Such a great job with all my children!! Normally my kids have a hard time with dentist not here, all the employees were amazing the whole time! Everybody is very nice and so patient with both my kiddos that have autism. The rest of the staff were so nice also!! Great place!!!!

Fantastic experience: 2026 update: brought both of my boys back for 6 month cleanings. All of the staff is still fantastic, especially with my little one. They explain everything to him. We always have a great experience! Update a year later: brought both my kiddos today and had the best experience! They were so kind and understanding of my youngest being nervous. Showed him and explained everything! Such a great experience for them and as a mom! As someone who has severe dental anxiety, I had a very pleasant experience here. They were so calm, positive, and understanding. They gave me all the info I needed and I walked out with a solid plan. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming since my baby had her first tooth and every time they have not failed to make us feel welcome. They are always attentive as soon as you walk in all the way to the end. I appreciate how they always try to make it as comfortable as possible for my toddler and I know she appreciates the balloons and toys they give her at the end of her appointment. The wait( if there’s any) is fun since they have a game room for the kids and massage chair for the parents lol they just make sure the visit to the dentist isn’t stressful at all. 100/10 recommend smile magic in Carrollton!

Ginelli was very helpful and nice she answered any questions I had and made my experience really great. I normally go to th Denton location, but this one was nice aswell.

Fantastic experience: This is a great dentist the staff is always nice and welcoming. Great for younger kids and teens.

Negative experience: I don't know why it takes so long to get seen my appointment was at 230 did not get in till almost 250 and we did not leave till almost 320 so we were there an hour when it wasnt even crowded or anything. My daughter was at least waiting to get her toothbrush bag and stuff they usually give but they just had that area with the lights off and did not give her anything just showed us to the door to leave and that was it. My daughter turned to me confused and said "mommy they didn't give me anything this time." All the other times they give her something so she's used to it. Its also what makes the kids want to go there since thats how they have always been. It was very disappointing not sure if we will keep coming back especially if they take so long. We usually used to go to the one on Lewisville but my daughter wanted to come to this but for me it was a very long wait.

First-time visit for my three kids—ages 14, 10, and 3—and they all did amazing! The place was super nice and clean. You can tell they truly invest in creating a luxurious experience for kids, from the play area to the toys and overall atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back! Staff was so good with all 3 of them, truly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Love Love Love going to this amazing Dentist Office. We’ve been going here for like 3 1/2 years now and my son and I absolutely adores everyone. We’ve seen many different dentist and they all make him feel safe and comfortable with their professionalism and care. The front staff is always welcoming and supportive if we need help! And the play room while waiting (which is never long) is always a grand time! They have the best games, even for me as a mom to enjoy until my child is called. I go through my nostalgic moment with the old games like PAC Man and Mr Dos Castle on the original arcade machines. We try to go earlier so we can enjoy the game room just a little longer each time. The end he always walks out with knowing he is doing amazing at keeping his teeth healthy strong and white. While walking out with a big bright smile a new toy and new toothbrush! I truly appreciate everyone there!! 5 STARS EVERY TIME

Positive experience: Went this last Saturday for a check up appointment for my 2 year old. Spent here almost one hour for a two minute visit. There were another few toddler parents suffering such a long wait. This is every single time we visit. I'm considering other providers by now. I'm only giving 3 stars because doctor was kind and friendly.

Fantastic experience: This was our 2nd appointment my daughter has gone to, and both times she’s done so great! Every one there has made her feel safe and comfortable with any cleaning or x-ray procedure. She loves the gaming/play area that they have, so before she gets called to the back, she’s already relaxed and in a good mood. There’s another Smile Magic that is up the street to my home, but the reviews at the Carrollton location pushed me to try them out and they didn’t disappoint one bit!!
