Fantastic experience: I can’t truly express what a wonderful experience it is to have my dental care looked after by Addison Grove Dental! Dr. Singh is the ultimate professional! So thorough, detailed and personable! The entire staff is exactly the same way!

Negative experience: $89 for x rays!!!! This place charges way too much, lower your prices and you would have more customers! Just because to pay your dental hygienist $50 to $100 an hour doesn’t mean you have to get all from one patient!

Every detail explained if I asked, accommodations provided, great after care instructions, good practical advice. Knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Not to mention the actual dentistry was excellent and confident. SRP, exam, filling all went perfectly. Don’t hesitate. This place has really great staff.

They made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment and explained each step beforehand. Compared to dental visits I’ve had in the past, this one felt much less stressful. She gave the facts of my situation straight forward, no judgement but very clear and intelligent, she wasn't in a rush and made me aware of all of my options. Her team was similarly very kind, they made sure I truly understood all charges and did not push for me to win on anything additional. I would recommend to anyone. I recently went again to get a necessary service with her team, they were so kind and communicative that I am honestly not even scared of my next necessary procedure and I hope I get to work with the same employee as this most recent time. Negative experience: They told me I needed services that I did not need. Tried to convince me that the services were not covered by my insurance and attempted to get me to pay out of pocket; which I would later be denied by insurance. What they didn’t know is I am well educated on the insurance industry and I know when I’m being taken advantage of.

Because of that fear, I put things off longer than I should. But from day one, this team made me feel completely safe and taken care of. Dr. Primal Singh is truly amazing. She is kind, patient, and incredibly thorough. She genuinely strives for perfection—I had a crown sent back simply because she wanted the fit to be exactly right and refused to leave me with anything less than perfect. That level of care and integrity is rare, and it made me trust her completely. I had two root canals, a cleaning, and two crowns done, and every step of the way I felt calm and reassured. Maria, the Dental Assistant, is just as wonderful. She constantly checked in on me, made sure I was comfortable, and brought such a calming presence while I was in the chair. Spending time with Dr. Singh and Maria during my visits honestly felt like being cared for by the best duo—you can tell how well they work together, and that makes such a difference as a patient. Emma Papp, the Office Manager, is the heart of the office. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel welcomed with her warm smile. She helped me with paperwork, insurance claims, and made sure I got the most out of every visit. She truly is the backbone of this team. The office itself is bright, cheerful, and welcoming, the location is great, and even the music selection helps put you at ease. Positive experience: Mixed Experience – Considering Changing Dentists I’ve been coming here for my regular cleanings every 6 months and have always appreciated the care. However, at my visit today the hygienist completed my cleaning, but the dentist never came in afterward to do an exam or check for cavities like she normally does. This is the first time that’s happened, and it left me feeling unsure. I believe a dentist should evaluate a patient’s teeth every 6 months, not just once a year. A lot can develop in that time, and it’s important to catch changes early. Skipping the check made me feel a bit overlooked, and I’m honestly wondering if I need to start looking for another dentist who consistently performs a full assessment at each visit. I hope this was just an oversight, but it did make me rethink my trust in the office.

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment at Addison Grove Dental today for my annual check-in with X-rays. The moment i walked in Emma and the woman sitting next to her greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. Marie took great care of me getting me prepped for Diana the hygienist. Diana did such an amazing job making sure to be gentle while cleaning my teeth. I felt like my teeth were very clean after, and I was in absolutely no pain at any point in the process. Dr. Singh came out to give my teeth one final look and explained a process to help restore one of my teeth. She went into detail explaining why this was needed and I felt very cared for. I could tell each person at this office looked at me as a person and wanted to help me to the best of their ability! I will be coming back here and I recommended anybody to check them out, especially if you are in the area and looking for a new dentist! I'd give them a 10/10 if I could!

She's very comforting and observant, while being efficient with her cleaning (in and out in 30 mins w/o skimping out on the care). She also give great tips for oral care thats encouraging with being judgemental. My mouth feels and looks greats. Dr Singh is always very thorough and gives great explanations of what's going on and as well as great suggestions for solutions. Also chill vibes, good music/atmosphere - it's very calming and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: It has been years since I’ve gotten dental work done or been in a dentist environment. This was the smoothest process & Addison Grove made the process way less daunting. I finished my new patient forms online so when I arrived for my appointment, everything moved so quickly. The pricing & treatment plans were transparent and Dr. Singh was so thorough; in explaining what I needed and providing so much education on my dental care needs. Emma was so kind at the receptionist desk and their dental nurses are very patient and so friendly. Overall, a great experience and I look forward to working with them. Feels like a sigh of relief to be able to have a dental home again!

After going through multiple dental procedures during my life (jaw surgery, 3 sets of braces, expanders, multiple sets of Invisalign) I’ve come in contact with many many dental professionals. Jasmyne, RDH and Dr. Singh are unmatched. Jasmyne is exceptional and took the time to explain my X-rays and why certain things were happening. Again, I have sat through many dental appointments and never have I experienced such diligence and care. I feel like I could write a full dissertation on the care that Jasmyne shows to her patients can alter the brain chemistry of someone who fears the dentist.

It took me 2 YEARS to find thee right dentist to go to after leaving my previous dentist and I had been there over a decade! I am beyond over the moon! I was greeted BY NAME When I walked in the door by the beautiful Emma, had no long wait time, had every step of each process and procedure explained to me and that has RARELY been done. Dr. Bragg was wonderful and knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor, Maria was kind and helpful and explained everything she was going to do before she did it. I did not have a chance to meet the hygienist Jasmine as she was busy, but we bumped into one another and she was just as cheerful and bright as everyone else so Dr. Bragg herself actually performed my cleaning! Tell me that isn’t great care?!?! I was given great advice on continued care, the referrals I needed as well as price estimates for future work I’m thinking of having at great prices. They have great updated equipment and a nice and clean environment. I 100% recommend Addison Grove Dental to someone shopping around for a new dentist.
