Fantastic experience: Did an extraction surgery with Dr. Nail, procedure was fast and smooth, and heal time was very fast. Dr. Nail even call at the same night to check and make sure patient is doing ok.

From the moment I arrived, the entire staff was professional, kind, and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Dombrowski has an easy, warm manner that makes patients feel comfortable and confident in his care. I noticed how attentive and approachable he was not only with me, but with other patients as well. His expertise is evident in everything he does, and he takes the time to thoroughly answer questions and provide clear, thoughtful feedback throughout the process. Dr. Dombrowski is a true dental professional, and I highly recommend him and the Center for Facial& Oral Surgery without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nail and his team were absolutely incredible. I was really nervous going in for a wisdom tooth removal after hearing so many horror stories, but they made the entire experience so smooth and comfortable. From day one, the front desk staff remembered my name and 4 weeks later still do. They were so helpful with financing options and working around my busy schedule to get me in the same week. Dr. Nail and his surgical team explained everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease before the procedure, and it took less than an hour (only 1 tooth). The recovery instructions were very concise and I experienced zero pain, I was so pleasantly surprised. What truly stood out was the level of care- my surgery was on a Friday, and Dr. Nail personally called me on Saturday to check on me. That meant so much, and it’s a true reflection of their commitment to patient care. I would trust them with any procedure and highly recommend this office to anyone!!!

My prior review: I had a wisdom tooth removed at age 85. Everything went smoothly. Dr. Nail checked on me later, and his staff responded to my questions when I called. It’s an office filled with competent, smiling professionals.

Fantastic experience: The staff is always smiling and very kind. That’s important because who wants to get on surgeon chair after you have been talked to unpleasantly? You won’t have that here. Dr Dombrowski for me in next day , right before Christmas I might add. This wasn’t the first time for me to see him. He assisted me with implants in 2023. I highly recommend him for any procedure. He calls and checks on you and who does that these days?

Here it is, February 2nd, and I’ve come back for a follow-up after the implant post was put in. Dr. Nail says I’m healing great! Let me tell you that I had NO PAIN AT ALL after that procedure. If I could I would nickname Dr. Nail “Dr. Painless “. If I would have to have more teeth pulled Dr. Nail is the only dentist I would come back to. Fantastic experience: Dr. Nail is quite simply the most impressive doctor I have ever met, and since I'm 73, I've known a few. Since he has a medical and dental degree he speaks from a depth of knowledge and confidence few people possess. In addition to being an obvious expert in his field, he comes across as a genuinely caring individual. He did a couple oral surgeries for me and always followed up that evening with a personal call from his own cell phone. I'm pretty sure this is not common practice but it was certainly welcome and comforting. The staff was top notch as well. I would rate my experience at this clinic higher than 5 stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nail and the entire team at Center for Facial & Oral Surgery made the whole experience of getting dental implants straight forward and worry free. On my first consultation Dr. Nail went over the procedure in detail, pointing out what would need to be done at each implant site and what it would entail. My treatment plan was very understandable. Every question I had was answered. For my case the procedure was literally pain free as general sedation was offered. I only had one day of post-op discomfort. Dr. Nail called me personally the evening after my procedure and gave his personal cell number for me to call back should I have any concerns or questions during the healing process. I felt very well taken care of. I highly recommend this practice for anyone needing oral surgery. The atmosphere is very friendly, the people are very personable, and all the information and reassurances needed for the treatment plan are very understandable - no surprises.

In 2017, my dentist referred me to Dr. Nail for three dental implants. Over the course of that treatment, I was so impressed with the level of customer service the practice provides. Recently, two teeth broke. This time, I knew where I was going to get the roots removed and the implants done--Dr. Nail. The process this time has been dragged out for almost a year due to me having heart surgery between the time the teeth were removed and the sockets placed. Everyone in the practice has worked with my scheduling requirements. I will soon get my new teeth! I cannot imagine a better oral surgery practice than Dr. Nail's Facial and Oral Surgery Clinic. I told Dr. Nail this morning that his treatment of his clients is the best I have ever experienced in healthcare. They treat people as customers who have choices where they seek treatment, rather than patients, which has a captive audience. I am ALMOST sad that my treatment regimen will end soon. I enjoy my interaction with every member of the staff ranging from Shari and the other members of the front office team that I joke with on emails and when I arrive to Dr. Nail and the other medical professionals involved in my treatment. Fantastic experience: For years I had put off getting my wisdom teeth removed. From the anxiety of being put under for the first time to worrying if I’d have any complications at all, I held it off for so long until I couldn’t anymore. I was having pain where one of my wisdom tooth was coming in that led me to calling out of work due to the ache and pain. I had gone to the dentist to do an updated x-ray and saw my top wisdom teeth were pushing my roots on my other teeth and my bottom ones were pushing the back molars (one had already erupted in 2020 but it was impacted). Needless to say, it was time to get them out at age 26! I was recommended to this practice from my dentist and I could have not asked for a better experience with everyone, especially Dr. Dombrowski. From my first visit talking about the next steps to my follow up after my procedure, I was very impressed and so very thankful for how great everyone was. I explained my concerns day one and they eased my anxieties through thoughtful consideration and patience with me. They were detailed in how they’d get all 4 wisdom teeth out and informed me of possible nerve damage since my back molars were close to the nerve. In hindsight hearing that, that made me more nervous, but I appreciated the truth! Not that it was a guarantee it would happen, but more of a precaution just in case. Almost two months pass and it’s the day of my appointment, I booked it at 7:45 am which I highly recommend doing to get it out of the way! One thing I am very appreciative of was that there was no time to sit and think. By the time I got checked in to sitting in the chair for my surgery - there was no time to think which I am very grateful for as someone who has an anxiety disorder! Dr. Dombrowski came in and asked if I had any questions before they began and after my questions and excessive talking from my nerves, he administered the IV and all I remember is the walls moving then I was out. I woke up once either mid/end surgery but fell back asleep and then woke up sitting in the chair. It really was the quickest nap ever! The assistant helping alongside Dr. Dombrowski was so kind and wheeled me off to my guardian and from there I was on the road to recovery. Recovery was honestly not bad at all. The practice gives you everything you need from detailed instructions after surgery to extra gauze. They also give you a ice wrap with extra ice packs for your face which was wonderful!!! If you stay on top of meds, doing your salt rinses, icing your face as well as eating what you can to replenish your body - you will be a okay. I only needed the meds for the first few days and was taking Advil on the last home stretch. My post op appointment went perfect and I was cleared to eat and drink normally! I’d also like to add that Dr. Dombrowski called after my surgery to check in on how I was doing and was available for any concerns I had. A big thank you to him for taking time out of his day to get back to me when I had questions and concerns - that in itself shows their care and dedication for their patients. Getting your wisdom teeth can absolutely be nerve wracking and worrisome, but if I knew how great of care I’d have and how easy the recovery would be, I would have not held it off for as long as I did. The hardest part for me was having trouble taking my capsule antibiotic for 6 days, but we made it through! Oral and facial surgery have 5 stars for a reason, they are exceptional in providing the best care to their patients. If I had to do it again (thank the Lord I do not have to!!) I would choose them again and not change a thing! Thank you Oral and Facial Surgery for being a place where anxiety, worry and nerves are welcome and never judged. You guys turned this fear of mine into a positive experience. For that, I am thankful! Thank you guys! ❤️

Pre-Operation Examination, Operation/Surgery Day, and Post-Operation Examination. All parts of the operation occurred smoothly. Fantastic experience: Dr George Nail , I went there to get all 4 wisdom teeth removed, and I have to say, getting them removed here was a great choice. When arriving at the office, the procedure was very quick, only taking half of the projected time. After getting home, I followed all his instructions and it helped me with the recovery time as quick as possible. I would highly recommend and advice that he gives you, you should have an incredibly pleasant experience of having your wisdom teeth removed. Fantastic experience: Recently had oral surgery at this office with Dr. Dombrowski. Got all my wisdom teeth out at a relatively older age (30). The office is efficient and never started appointments late which I appreciate as a busy person. Dr. Dombrowski explained clearly everything that was going to be done. I was in and out within an hour and all of the post op instructions were very clear. They accept Delta which is the most common dental insurance I’ve had at different companies so everything is simple and as painless as surgery can be! Highly recommend .

Extraction day was a breeze. Arrived and was immediately brought back and made comfortable. Dr Nail came in and again reviewed what would happen. Fantastic experience: I had to have a tooth pulled and Dr Dombrowski was referred by my dentist. I was extremely nervous as I had not had one pulled in a very long time. Going to the dentist has always been difficult for me so I was not looking forward to this experience. However, that all changed after my first appointment. I left feeling very much at ease. All of his staff were very helpful and friendly. I will recommend him to anyone who is needing his services.

Positive experience: Overall 4.5 out of 5. 4 wisdom teeth pulled everything went good I went to sleep super fast. My doctor was Dr.Dombrownski he was very good with explaining everything that was gonna happen, only thing was that after I was prescribe medication to prevent infections but my mom was never informed about it, but I turned out just fine

Fantastic experience: i went to Dr George Nail to get all 4 of my impacted wisdom teeth removed, and I have to say, getting them removed here was a great choice. When arriving at the office, the procedure was very quick, only taking half of the projected time. After getting home, I only really needed pain medication for the first day since my mouth hardly hurt, and didn't need the nausea medication at all. As long as you adhere to the advice that he gives you, you should have an incredibly pleasant experience of having your wisdom teeth removed. This is the first place I'll be recommending to my friends and loved ones if they ever say they're looking for an oral surgeon, and I am for sure coming back here again if I ever need anything done.

Fantastic experience: Great team, from the receptionist to the assistants and Dr Dombrowski who performed my wisdom tooth removal that multiple dentists told me would be complicated as it was right over the nerve. Dr Dombrowski was honest and completely upfront about the risk and gave me clear expectations through the process. Fortunately, the procedure itself went well and when I had questions or concerns their team fit me in for a same day appointment out of an abundance of caution and provided multiple follow ups to ensure I was adequately healing. I’m glad my dentist recommended them and I would highly recommend them as well.

Fantastic experience: A few months ago I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed at the same time here with Dr. George Nail. The whole experience/procedure/recovery was AMAZING, I felt completely fine afterwards and the recovery had NO pain at all. It was like magic! My parents were telling me beforehand that getting all 4 out would cause lots of pain, but I seriously felt no pain at all. I 1000000/10 recommend Dr. Nail, he is the best!!!!

Fantastic experience: Two of my three sons have had wisdom teeth removal surgery by Dr. Nail. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable, but he also knows how to take that knowledge and explain it in a way they understand, and empowers them to be the primary participant in their recovery. Dr. Nail and his staff are kind and encouraging, and know how to comfort their patients in a very stressful situation. My third son has an appointment in December for the same surgery, and I'm 100% confident we will have another successful procedure.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had all 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed. The process went extremely smoothly including the initial evaluation, review of insurance benefits and out of pocket costs, prescriptions filled prior to procedure. They were patient with my daughter when getting the IV started (she is not a fan of needles) and the 4 extractions went well. Post procedure healing went well with only moderate bleeding and then swelling for a few days. We are extremely happy with everyone involved in the process! Thank y’all very much!

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience. The entire staff was incredibly kind and attentive. My son, who usually gets very nervous with medical procedures, needed dental care. As a mother, I’m not comfortable with the use of anesthesia or sedatives for my children, but in this case, it was necessary. Dr. Dombrowski was exceptionally attentive and explained everything to me in great detail, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. For my son, it was an excellent experience. They extracted a molar that was severely damaged by a cavity, and from the first consultation to the day of the operation, and even the follow-up afterward, everything was impeccable. The doctor even called me that night to make sure my son was doing well after the extraction.
