There were other perks and details too: the customized welcome screen in the exam room, the nifty (vs bulky) X-ray devices, the 3D video, the warm towels, being offered a blanket and being offered a sealant when past dentist just said we’ll watch it!! My teens appreciated going to a dental appoint that wasn’t in a “kiddy” office. Equipment used was readily available in each treatment bay - shifting rooms with multiples can be an inconvenience. I appreciated being able to see in real-time, images of the teeth Dr. Ross evaluated from a big screen television IN THE SAME ROOM. Lety assessed and communicated our needs to Dr. Ross prior to her coming in for treatment, so we were able to get right to my questions, concerns and answers. KJ seamlessly explained the costs for treatment going forward. Totals I believe are FAIR. KJ’s candor and the simple pricing format made our financial conversation painless. KJ was also very helpful with ensuring I had return-to-school notes for my sons and estimates for future visits available beforehand. Jade sweetly came to confirm aftercare with us. My sons walked out informed with personalized tips for care, a clear understanding of causation and prevention, to maintain their smile AND I was able to get my twins in an out in under 2 hours - WITHOUT feeling like I need a second opinion or have been overcharged. I believe I’ve found our new family dentist. Highly recommend for teens and adult. For parents of teens at WG and RH I honestly would feel comfortable with them going on their own for their routine cleanings. That’s how seamless the visit was, how clear and cut the directive is when communicating and how close the office is to both Prosper schools.

The dentist has never been my favorite place, BUT Dr. Ross and her staff have great bedside manner. I had a new dental hygienist today and she was extremely thorough. She cleaned my teeth so well! She took her time and didn't stop until she was satisfied with her job. I usually have my headset with me to block out the noise of the scraping, but I forgot and was a bit stressed about it. However, I found myself drifting to sleep while she was cleaning my teeth! That was to me! I had really been diligent with my dental care at home due to them seeing buildup at certain areas last year. I really honed in and took what they said to heart and it paid off. I have things I still need to take care, but with Dr.Ross I'm confident and comfortable in her knowledge, ability, and passion that I will be well cared for so that I can have a lifetime with my teeth!

Dr. Ross was VERY thorough and made me feel as ease. Danielle also was amazing and very detailed. I have found my Dentist and excited for future cleanings.

Fantastic experience: The best dentist I’ve ever been to. I filled out a comfort survey, got a blanket during my cleaning and even got a hot towel when I was done. The hygienist Jade showed me how to floss. No one has ever took the time to do that at any dentist. Wow ! 11/10.

Fantastic experience: We have the same last name!! Lovely, lovely establishment!!! Very pleased with the kindness, professionalism and just pleasant atmosphere from beginning to end!! I was greeted with a warm smile and bubbly personality from KJ who checked us in and kept us company!! Then Chris greeted me and showed me to my room, where it had my name and welcoming me to the office (see photo). He offered me a beverage, a blanket and asked if I wanted to watch something on tv. Then the assistant Danielle came and got all my imaging done and also was very pleasant. Then followed up with Dr. Ross who did a phenomenal job cleaning my teeth and explaining everything she was seeing and doing. Again very pleasant!!! The aesthetics were very nice! They have a flowers photo wall with their slogan! A coffee station in the waiting area! 10 out of 10 recommend!!! I have my return visit scheduled already!!! Thank Ross Dental Studio!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ross and her staff were/are amazing. From the ease of booking my son’s appointment online, allowing me to complete the paperwork beforehand at home to walking in the door. My son was greeted by name, they asked if they were staying our names correctly, and showing us back immediately. His name was displayed on the tv welcoming him in. The personal touch was really nice and he was excited. They treated him like a celebrity, entertaining his questions, and gauging him in discussions. He loved it. Everything was explained, time for questions from the assistant to the front staff to Dr. Ross herself. I really appreciate fast, convenient, clean environments. The music in the background was a nice blend to set a comfortable vibe. Safe to say I’ll be moving my husband and I’s dental care over to Dr. Ross and her team.
