I had seven (4)consultation with various Dental Implant Specialists before making the wise decision to select Vernon Dental Speciality Group.They were by far the most professional and they were approximately $7000 less expensive than the other specialists I visited. Not only is their office remodel,every piece of equipment is brand new I would say also Despite some health concerns, the procedure was completed with no problems. I could not be happier with the finished product. Dr. And Maria Santos were very professional, friendly and accommodating. I wish I could more effectively articulate how high I recommend Vernon Specialty Dental group .In fact, I was so pleased, I sent my brother to them and, as expected, he is just as pleased with their services!

Fantastic experience: I came directly from my dentist with a probable need for a root canal. The assistant Maria Santos and Doctor were caring, competent, and very efficient! I’ve had root canals in the past and wasn’t looking forward to another. This one was not bad…..can’t ever really call a root canal a great experience, but if I could, this would be it! Fantastic experience: Having a root canal. The first thing you think is MAJOR PAIN!!. But with this Doctor you feel nothing!! Maybe like some of you, you think about going to the dentist. Your blood pressure goes up. You start sweating and everything. That is me! Doctor makes you feel calm and comfortable. He explained everything what he was going to do . And even the injections to numb my mouth did not even hurt! If you ever need to have a root canal I would highly recommend him! His assistant Maria Santos super friendly with yes of experience knew what she was doing such a great team ! They don't treat you like a patient but they treat you like family. The receptionist greets you with a smile and welcomes you to the office. It's like if you've known her for a lifetime. Fantastic experience: Doctor was asked to evaluate a tooth for possible extraction which had a 15 year root canal. After reviewing the X-ray and speaking with me about the time line for pain and what were the circumstances contributing to the pain we had a brief discussion and agreed to continue treatment ( antibiotics, pain control) and see if time would alleviate the pain. And if not then probably the tooth would need to be extracted. He was very nice at long with his assistant Maria Santos very kind, compassionate and straight forward. I enjoyed his input and will follow his advice.

Fantastic experience: I really like Vernon Dental because everyone was very nice. I felt comfortable being there. I didn't have to wait long at all. I recommend them highly. They understood that I was in pain and needed help right away. Staff called me when someone cancelled and took care of my tooth. I am grateful to everyone and will continue to go there. Negative experience: I would not recommend this location. Appointments take an excessive amount of time, and if you arrive even 15 minutes late, you are required to reschedule for the following week. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Fantastic experience: I'm 63 years old and have gone to many dentists through my lifetime. With all of my American dental experience I could not even imagine the high level at which this entire practice operates. Everyone's oral situation is different but you can leave it to them to do whatever is necessary in the most skillful and professional ways. I had many procedures completed including Endodontics and cosmetic work in one week and they were all completed with perfection, speed and created very little pain or discomfort. I have not the slightest complaint including pricing. Thanks to Doctor and the lady Maria Santos who was very patient and kindness .You will be happy that you chose the best!

Fantastic experience: This is truly a first. I had occasion to have a root canal done. This was not my first root canal but this one was truly amazing. I have never been for dental procedure that made you want to go back for more! This one was nothing like the scary ones I previously had. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable, careful, and calming. He thoughtfully talked me through every step relieving my anxiety to a point that I almost went to sleep. The highly experienced dental assistant Maria Santos took the X-rays without gagging me. She was so skilled and masterful, I thought she was the doctor! Her relaxing island accent was better than the anesthetics and process was 100% pain free. Everyone in the office from the moment you stepped in was so welcoming and caring . In the end the procedure wasn't painful at all . Thank you guys !

Positive experience: I have been a patient for several years and although I have had concerns over my treatment at times for the most part they have been addressed and resolved in a timely professional manner. They have always been polite and treated me with respect. The wait times are short and the office seems organized and extremely up to date with state of the art equipment. There does seem to be a shortage of parking at times because they share the lot with other businesses but it doesn’t take long for a space to become available. I would give them a 5 star if I could reach them personally instead of being assisted with an AI assistant phone service.

Negative experience: I received a referral to this place from western dental. The front staff is ok. The dentist assistant was edgy and angry for whatever reason. The doctor moved fast but both him and the assistant were kinda rude during my root canal. They asked me if it "actually hurt" in a rude and dismissive manner multiple times mid drill on a raw nerve causing me more distress than necessary. Its upsetting because im Black and we know how medical industries feel about us and the myths they spread about our pain tolerance being high. But regardless of that situation, my procedure seems solid and my pain is minimal hours later. All in all wouldn't recommend if you have any anxiety about dentists. Otherwise, its just OK. Not for everyone forsure.

Negative experience: what this dentist office did to me needs to be exposed so nobody else goes through what I did. When I first went there, I was young and didn’t really know what I was doing, so I trusted them completely. They took full advantage of that. This place did a huge amount of unnecessary work on me just to juice my MEDI-CAL insurance for as much money as they could. They didn’t care about my pain, my concerns, or my long-term health. All they cared about was how much they could bill my medical — nothing else. Because of their greed and negligence, I’m now dealing with chronic mouth pain and long-term problems that should have never happened. Now I have to go to a different dentist to repair the damage they caused, and it’s going to cost me a lot of money, time, and stress. They rushed through appointments, ignored what I was telling them, and treated me like nothing more than a way to make money off my medical insurance. I was too young to realize they were taking advantage of me. Please learn from my experience. Do NOT go to this dentist. They do not care about your health, your pain, or your future. They care only about billing your medical for as much as they can. I wish I could give zero stars.

Fantastic experience: The sedation team that took care of my son for his dental procedure was so kind and caring! He is extremely afraid of the dentist and the way they talked to him and comforted him and put him at such ease literally made me cry!! I highly recommend them and would suggest using this route for you child if they are distraught when having to get dental work done! Fantastic experience: Had a good experience here, I needed a wisdom tooth extraction. At another place they sent me to another specialist but I changed to this one, (on Mt. Vernon) instead and they gave me an appointment real quick and the procedure took a couple mins. And I was out. I'm changing my sons here too. Why have to struggle going to different places when they got it all here. The staff was nice too. My parents also come here for their dental needs, they like it too. The only Con is the phone line, sounds busy most of the time.
