Fantastic experience: Today was a really good experience. When we got there, the lobby was super clean, and Clarissa and Jackie greeted us. Jackie helped us with the payment and explained all the financial stuff, then checked my daughters in. After the visit, my daughters made their next appointment with Clarissa, who even asked about their school schedules to make sure their orthodontic appointments would work out.

Fantastic experience: I’m still here at this dental office and I want to say how kindly, Dr. Khan and his dental assistant Vania, treated my child, who is special needs. They were patient and explained everything to him. Actually their whole team is kind and you can tell they truly cater to children. They have so much patients for kids. Thank you again. We will be back for his next treatment.

Fantastic experience: We’ve had some rough experiences at this office before, but this visit was completely different. My kid was in a really bad mood for our early appointment, but Jessica, the assistant, was amazing. She was so kind and patient with him, even when he was acting out. Her calm and friendly approach completely turned him around. He relaxed and was happy and cooperative for the appointment, which I honestly didn’t think would happen. Jessica made the whole visit so much easier for both of us, and I can see why so many people leave such great reviews about this office. She really cares, and it made all the difference.

Negative experience: The worst dental service. My son was in treatment for over two years to fix his teeth, and in the end, they just told me they couldn't treat him anymore. His treatment was left incomplete, and his teeth are still not fixed. Now I have to find another dentist to finish the job.

Positive experience: I can't express enough how grateful we are for Jessica. From the moment we arrived, her kindness and gentle demeanor made all the difference for both me and my child. Jessica took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring that both of us understood the process. What truly stood out was her exceptional patience with my child. She interacted with them in such a sweet and caring manner, which instantly eased any anxiety they had. Thanks to Jessica, my child felt comfortable and at ease throughout the entire visit.

Negative experience: This business is an absolute failure in basic operations and does not deserve a single star. The scheduling is blatantly incompetent, with appointments stacked on top of each other and no regard for the time clients are given. My children were scheduled for a 4:00 PM appointment, yet nothing started until 4:55 PM—and only because I had to demand an explanation. Nearly an hour of silence followed, with not one staff member offering a reason, an update, or even a courtesy apology. This is not a minor inconvenience; it is a clear reflection of poor management, disorganization, and a complete lack of respect for customers. The hypocrisy is staggering. They are quick to threaten and enforce a $50 cancellation or rescheduling fee, yet feel no obligation to honor the very appointments they schedule. Apparently, accountability only applies to the customer. The sudden flood of five-star reviews over recent months is deeply questionable and appears to be driven by a so-called Disney trip promotion, which conveniently incentivizes positive ratings rather than honest feedback. This raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of their online reputation. Save your time, your money, and your time. There are far more competent and professional businesses elsewhere.

Positive experience: The doctors and nurses are very kind and responsible in their work; I highly recommend them. The only downside is the receptionists at the front desk; they have a bad attitude. I hope they can be more polite to people. If they don't like their job, they should quit.

Positive experience: So far service has been great! Every time my son goes in he is always explained what they will do to help calm his anxiety level which is highly appreciated cause it can be a scary experience. Definitely gonna continue to bring him here.

Fantastic experience: Got a referral for my son to come here from Dentistry 4 All. Actually all my kids went to Dentistry 4 kids (next door) ever since they started going to the dentist. This place is pretty good. Nice people. Everyone is so helpful. And my son has had no issues since coming here. Place is super clean. If he likes it then I like it. ;) You also get a discount if you got referred here!

And one of the old staff members is also back daisy I was so excited because I know she is very professional and attentive to her work. She has always been helpful and very nice I’m very happy to see old and familiar faces.

Negative experience: Super unprofessional they were doing a TikTok while taking me in. They hurt me, the lady wasn’t paying attention to what she was doing. She hit me with the tool and was being rude pulling my head aggressively. It’s not their first that their staff has hurt me and being rude and aggressive. They also left my gums purple.

Positive experience: Went there for my first time to take my kids and the lady in the front was so rude I believe her name is Daisy. She talked to me with an attitude and even made faces. I was even hesitating to go back. But overall they are good. Hopefully after my review and others review she changes a little.

Negative experience: I called this office because I was referred by my insurance as they are contracted. I needed an emergency appointment for my nine year-old who cracked his tooth and is in pain. I was told I would have to wait another week while they called and verified his insurance. I explained to them that it only takes 10 minutes to call the phone number and verify but they insisted this is the way they do it. They really don’t care about their patients.

Negative experience: We have been bringing our kids for many years but I think it’s time for a change. They take to long, even with appointments this is ridiculous, and front employees always with a rude face. I say take your kids somewhere else. I think the stars on google are because of the dentist but not the crew. They need more training on customer service. Super rude personal.

Negative experience: Horrible place when I came in the receptionist did not acknowledge me waiting there for a few minutes. The waiting time is way too long my son’s appointment was at 4:00 and did not get called in until 5:15 in a rush because it was time for them to close the office. It was just a cleaning. There is no point on making an appointment when they don’t even respect the schedule time.

I come to both places for my kids and I to the Regular dentist next door and orthodontist, 30 minute drive from where I live is so worth it. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been bringing my kids to this office for over seven years. The Dentistry 4 Kids staff is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and bilingual, for those who speak Spanish. Two of my kids also received their braces next door. Making it easy and convenient to obtain records. Making an appointment is fast, either making it after your appointment or on the phone there is no long wait times to speak to someone. We are usually in and out of the office within a reasonable time. The office is clean, organized and there is sufficient parking.

Fantastic experience: Wanted to give a positive feed back to the ORTHODONTIST OFFICE on marygold Ave . Took my son for the referral evaluation. Never thought we would come out with upper braces so soon. Everything was explained. Coverage, procedure, monthly payments. It was a good experience. They worked quickly and gently so my son wouldn't be late to his baseball game.. What I really liked was the staffs pleasant attitudes. Very pleased. Even my 12 yr.old complimented on our way out how the girls were so cool and nice.

Fantastic experience: Fontana Ortho location for Liliana (Lily) I’m so happy to come across this young lady. She has demonstrated above and beyond helping me find answers and options. I’m was very confused how to help my daughter, and other lady maybe didn’t know or maybe did not want to help but Lily was on top of things showed the initiative to help her coworkers with answer they might of not known. Very professional she handle her phone call took care of other patients, and answered all of my questions at the same time without being rude making sure I was content with the decision that was made and move onto the next task. Thank you Lily we need more like you ❤️
