Negative experience: The dental assistant was okay. After the dentist took some photos, examined and told me what are needed to be done and told me to take advantage of my coverage he left without asking me and giving me the chance of what I want. Later someone came and already have the estimates. It is almost like you are pressured of saying yes to ensure they can take advantage of your coverage for the year. I’ve been to other dental clinic and this is not one of those that you want to recommend. I’m very disappointed with the dentist not having that professional courtesy of making sure you leave the clinic with satisfaction and a smile.

Fantastic experience: I booked my free consultation regarding implants in early September 2025 and have been really happy I did!!! I have neglected my mouth over the years and the consultation helped push me into a new frame of mind about my teeth and my smile. New Image Dental in Fontana is fabulous. Dr Truong is great!! He is so friendly, caring and he's ultra educated!! He always takes a moment to say hi to me and asks how I'm doing even if he is with another patient. (He even has a robot that assists him when necessary!!) The entire staff is very nice, engaging and well educated too. They seem like one big happy family that has your best interest at heart when it comes to your health and teeth. I also feel kinda special when I am there. They call me by my first name and always ask how I'm doing. Having had numerous bad, painful experiences starting at about age 10 for braces I am NOT a big fan of going to the dentist at all. In fact I neglected my teeth because of my fear and feeling like I was being taken advantage and not being heard at other dentists when they didn't seem to take my fears of being there seriously. One dentist in Fontana, I won't say the name, told me during my free consultation that I had multiple cavities and needed 2 root canals!! Because I rarely, if ever get cavities, I knew he wasn't being truthful and because their quote was so high I didn't stay. My next visit to another dentist proved it!! I had NONE, ZERO, of what the other dental business had told me!! Since my first visit and consultation at New Image Dental, and and deciding to go with top teeth implants and a lower bridge, I have felt very heard about my fears and concerns. The techs always ask me if I'm doing Ok with what is going on and want to know if I have any questions or if I am in any kind of discomfort or pain. (They have this AWESOME goo that numbs your mouth so well that I was able to have a deep clean without shots to numb my mouth!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME???) In closing, all my experiences at Imagine Dental have been amazing! So far my implants look unbelievable! I'm not totally finished yet but I am looking forward to the end result Call them for a FREE CONSULTATION TODAY!!

Negative experience: The dentist here is great along with most of his staff but one of the receptionist-Elia. Brianna was nothing but sweet along with dental hygienist. First interaction she was very kind and I paid over $1000 worth in services but then when I asked about EOB I received she became defensive and her whole attitude changed ever since, she wouldn’t even acknowledge me just stared.I called my insurance and let them know of the situation and since then they have not asked for any payments! I am still working with my insurance about documentation they were suppose to send to see if I am due a refund. Today I had an appointment and called to reschedule she said they have a 48hour policy notice and she would have to charge me $75 dollars. I told her well my car messed up today obviously that’s why I’m calling you now, she put me on hold as she had to ask the dentist if she would waive it. She said it was okay to waive only once and proceeded to remind of their 48hour policy with an attitude. I agree with older reviews about staff rudeness issues and insurance benefits issue. I would not recommend this place !!

Negative experience: Had an appointment at 12 and was told at 1220 to come back at 130 and I would have to wait. Arrived at 130 and still wasn’t seen by 2 so I left. Seems like they don’t know how to book accordingly and try to fit in too many people

Negative experience: I went in for first time consultation in July was told I needed a cleaning and a referral and that it would take a few weeks because of insurance procedures. well I called every couple of weeks for about two months. every time I called it was oh we’re still waiting on your insurance. The last few weeks when I tried to call, I can’t even get a call back let alone someone to answer the phone. I finally called my insurance to see what the hold up was and they never sent in any claim paperwork! so I don’t know why she would lie or she just wasn’t thorough at her job, but I won’t be going back and it truly is a shame since the dentist was very nice and it was so close. I can’t overlook the fact that they just never sent in the claim paperwork and had me waiting for months for something they had no intention to completing. So unprofessional in my opinion.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience here. I used to go to my mom's dental office and had the best care there. Now that I live further away from her office I chose a new office. I had the worst experience at the new office I chose with terrible cleanings, If you could even call it a cleaning. So I went on Yelp, looked at reviews and came to New Image Dental. I had the best experience with the front desk, dental assistant, hygienists (shot out to Fiona, who does such an amazing job cleaning my teeth and doing a thorough cleaning job that reminded me of my cleanings at my mom's office ) and the dentist himself. Highly recommend.

Positive experience: I didnt have a good experience. Went in for a basic cleaning and check up. Got the check up but they left out the cleaning. I filled out the paper work before my appointment still had to wait for them to verify my insurance coverage. Waited 2 hours. Will not be going back.

Positive experience: My dental hygienist this time was very friendly, attentive and gentle (I forgot her name). My visit this time is better than my visit last year. As always, the place is clean and receptionist is very friendly. My husband’s experience though with his dental hygienist was bad (my husband rembered he r name). He felt like he wa rushed, the procedure wasn’t explained and his gums were hurting and was a little bleeding on different parts during his cleaning.
