Fantastic experience: Great experience tooth extraction barley even felt the Anastasia shot light hands and great customer service all around the staff were amazing

Negative experience: Had a appointment and for 930 they claim they open at 9 and I been waiting since 9 and it's now 10 and still noone is here to open , and there's 5 cars waiting

Fantastic experience: I been taking me and my kids at this dental office . I love the staff and dental assistants and Dentist really caring and careful make u feel comfortable they do well with kids.

Negative experience: Lied to me and told me I needed root canals and a specialist to do it. They also charged me $300 to see "IF" I qualified for dental implants. When I went to a different dental office, It turns out I didn't need root canals, all I needed were fillings. They also asked me why I'd been charged to see "If" I qualify for implants because their office didn't charge for that. I waited months with bad teeth and barely able to eat thinking I needed to go to a specialist "which is hard to find near me" and another $400 plus for a root canal scan. Used to be a good dental office at one point, not any more unfortunately.

Fantastic experience: Dr was overall very clear and straightforward about my situation. Haven’t been to the dentist in over 17 years so my anxiety was over the roof but Dr made me feel at ease. He seems to be a Dr who actually cares about the patient and doesn’t just see you as another paycheck in his pocket. I put my trust in him that he’ll be able to take care of me and help me with my problem in my upcoming appointment. Highly recommended and the staff was super sweet!

Negative experience: The dentist told me that I had several cavities and did not want to show me my x-ray. It was going to be $2,500 payment to get my teeth fixed. Got a second opinion and told me I had no cavities at all. DO NOT COME HERE. They lie to you and steal your money.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. I went to this place for a deep cleaning and was treated by Dr. Kim. Because my teeth are very sensitive, he gave me several tubes of anesthetic. This procedure has caused damage to my jaw, preventing me from opening my mouth to speak, work, and eat. I can't even brush my teeth. I had to go to the hospital for help, and after several tests, a CT scan, and very strong medications, I still have the same problem with no improvement, which leads me to think it's a more serious problem. It should be the doctor's obligation to warn about the risks of receiving excessive anesthesia so that the patient can make the decision. Today I went to the doctor's office to ask for his professional license number, which according to California law should be displayed, but they refused to give it to me. Fantastic experience: For my first time being at this office I have to say I was very please with the staff and the care they provided. Dr Han is great very informative and knowledgeable. He took really good care of my daughter and provided great dental work. The front desk clerks are super nice and helpful. Happy I came here!!!

Negative experience: I was waiting for almost an hour after my scheduled appointment time while they verified my insurance. I gave them my insurance details weeks prior to my appointment. Once they verified my insurance, they said I would still have to wait because they book multiple patients all for the same time. They did take accountability for their mistake, but blamed it on someone that supposedly doesn’t work there anymore.

Positive experience: The doctor was nice but! I did not like that there were no expenses explained for future treatment, once I said I’m not looking to get treated soon but I do want to get future treatment done , seems like I was just excused , no business no talk is what I felt . I miss the old staff and doctor. They gave me A full explanation of my benefits, and how much a crown was going to be covered, and how much I would pay out-of-pocket, how much would a implant cost me, and for every future cost. None of this was explained to me with the current staff, very fast and less communication, I believe communication is the key when it comes to having customers coming back with the right price too.

Fantastic experience: I love this place. The staff are always really friendly and make you feel comfortable during one of the most uncomfortable requirements of life: dental work. I had to get x rays, a cleaning, and a filling and was in and out in less than an hour.

Fantastic experience: my first time here was really good, i haven’t been to a dentist in a while and all the staff made me feel comfortable. the dentist asked before he did anything since i told him i had a bad experience at the dentist before. they explained everything very clearly and they do take out of pocket payment in full if insurance doesn’t cover it but they are very open about it, no hidden fees they let you know what the price would be before they do anything

Negative experience: Worst dentist ever, they deserve 0 stars, they only want your money, if you care your denture dont go this place

Negative experience: This place deserve 0 stars, the doctor cause a damage on my husban's jaw and when he went to ask for his medical record and his professional license they refused to provide. Be aware this place was attendend time ago for other doctor that was very good but he sold to this new doctor that I dont recomend

Went in for my wisdom teeth removal and he did a great job and it was so quick. Secondly I went in today to get a new crown and he took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my new crown placement . Will be going back soon for a clean up . Would definitely recommend this dentist if your looking for something in the IE area

Fantastic experience: Times I've gone there , didn't have long wait in sitting room or in dental chair. Doctor and staff are ALL wonderful. My family and I live in Redlands after moving from Fontana and we go back there for this dentist. My insurance doesn't cover them but I'll gladly pay out of pocket and I'm on fixed income. They have reasonable fees. I'd recommend everyone to go there.
