Fantastic experience: Working hard to get the best fit for my grandmas appt . She is so excited for her new dentures

Negative experience: Dr. Gorell is fantastic. As for the lady that tell you how much your bill will be. well she need to be fired. The first time she over charged me by $480.00. The next time she tried to over charge my by $110. I contacted my insurance company and they told me exactly what I should be charged for. Never again will I go to this office.

Negative experience: I came to this office because I had swelling and pain in the gum behind my lower left molar. It was just one area that hurt. I had no fever, no facial swelling, nothing serious — just gum pain. After taking X-rays, I was told nothing was wrong. I was not given any oral antibiotics or medication for the pain. Instead, I was presented with a treatment plan costing $1,240 for several antibiotic injections for periodontal treatment. I was told my Medi-Cal insurance would not cover it. It felt like I came in for a simple gum issue but was pushed toward expensive procedures that didn’t seem urgent. I was especially confused because three other dental offices previously told me I have multiple cavities that need treatment, but here I was told none of them needed to be fixed. I left feeling frustrated and unsure about the recommendations. I just wanted help with my gum pain, but instead I walked out with a large bill and no medication.

Negative experience: Waited over an hour even though my appointment was scheduled for 11 am. I came five minutes early. They did x rays right away and the tech was nice but then they had me wait in the waiting room for 20+ minutes and then moved me to the back where I waited another 30+ minutes. Then I hear the techs telling people they are going to lunch, others just standing around talking, I even overheard one guy complaining saying he’s been waiting forever and then they tell him that he’s next so that made me wonder how long am I gonna have to sit here before I’m seen next? Finally I had to to just leave and reschedule because I have to work today and I couldn’t reschedule an appointment until after I come back from my vacation so now I have to wait a few weeks just to be seen when I could’ve been just seen today to start the process of getting fillings done. Also forgot to mention that I was also just trying to get my past root canal checked because I’m having pain there. Before they put my new crown in one of the techs had nicked me right where my new crown would be placed and I was bleeding heavily, and I don’t know if now it’s gone infected because they put the tooth over this spot but now I’ve had discomfort for a month and I’m trying to get it seen just to have to reschedule once again

Positive experience: Before I went, I read Yelp about the reputation of this clinic, many people only gave it one star. But so far, no matter the wait time or staff, all fall at acceptable range. I will observe what will happen down the road.

Positive experience: I had an appointment on Monday, February 9th, for 10:30 AM. I arrived early and everything was fine, the staff maintained a level of professional, with one exception. The dentist extended his hand to me, and I told him my Islamic religion didn't allow for me to shake hands with a man. Any touching outside of medical support, is deemed unnecessary. He later told me that he knew about that restriction beforehand, and he apologized. I didn't appreciate the games, but I needed dental support. After his examination, he stepped out of the room so I could meet with the medical biller. OK, that's done. The dentist took an unusually long time to get back to me. As a matter of fact, I never saw him again. A woman came with dental tools and let me know she was setting things up for him. I told her I couldn't stay and needed to reschedule.

Fantastic experience: The staff here at BND were excellent. Especially Ignacio my hygienist. He was very kind and non judgemental unlike my other dentist office. Desert Dental in the High Desert. Also my doctor (my dentist) was also very kind.

Fantastic experience: Wait times can be better but that just means a lot of people like coming here. And I can see why. Staff are nice and they explain everything. If you hate the dentist this is the best place to go

Fantastic experience: I've always had a good experience here at Bright Now. Dentists are very nice and professional. Special shout out to my dental hygienist today, he was very nice and knowledgeable. Everyone takes the time to explain procedures, options, cost etc. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but typically I don't wait very long. Thanks Brite Now for taking good care of me!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Bright Now Dental in North Fontana. I had a deep cleaning yesterday with the Hygienist Maricella, pain free!! Seriously. Awesome customer service from the front office to the back. Two thumbs up!!

Positive experience: The staff is great. Although I had five fillings put in and in less than two weeks two of them had fallen out. I dont recommend the female who does fillings due to my experience. The hygienist was pretty great and did an awesome job and made the process enjoyable as did the X-Ray tech. If you have an appointment go at least 30 min before, since it's always busy. Don't be annoyed, mad or confused if you show up 5 or 10 minutes before your appointment and dont get seen exactly when you are scheduled. Ive seen some people complain on here about wait time, yet they come in 5 to 10 minutes before an appointment.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, professional staff and great chair side manner by the dentist.

Negative experience: Not a pleasant visit. My appointment was scheduled for 10:40am. I was there until 12:30 waiting for cleaning for which I didn't get. I became nervous from hunger so I rescheduled and left without getting my teeth clean.

Fantastic experience: Orthodontic surgeon Dr Choi was phenomenal. He listened to my concerns, he was patient with me and guided me throughout the extraction process. This made the experience fast, and comfortable for me.

Negative experience: I received a letter for a payment I need to do. Went Monday and I was told the manager already left. Went Tuesday and they took the letter and they said a manager would call me to explain the charges. They said I should've left the letter on Monday, but the guy at the front never told me to leave the letter. It's Wednesday and no call from any managers, I have no idea why I owe money every time I go I have to pay.

Negative experience: DONT GO HERE. Had an insurance issue, paid them for services. Since then fixed the insurance issue, insurance issues a check to them. They refuse to refund me the money I paid, always asking for another week to resolve issue. It’s been over a year now.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with my recent dental visit. I was scheduled to be seen for teeth cleaning at 4pm. I arrived at 3:55pm.I was called and to the dental room about 1 hour and 10 min. I noticed that everyone that signed in after me was called in the office to be serviced. I asked the front desk assistant what time do you have me scheduled. He confirmed the time to be 5pm. I asked him what is going on. He said with little empathy, "I guess they are running behind schedule." I sat back down. To be called a few minutes later and was temporarily placed in a room ,while I wait for the hygienist. Several minutes of waiting I was moved into another room to be serviced. The hygienist and dental assistant apologized for the inconvenience. I received irrigation for the inconvenience. However, I would have appreciated my time to be considered. I hope this office can do a better job of scheduling patients. They are several dental office in my area. I am so surprised of the level of professionalism and lack of empathy I experienced.

Negative experience: They overcharged me, billed my insurance anyway, and refuse to issue a refund. Completely dishonest and unprofessional. Don’t trust this office with your care or your money.

Fantastic experience: Very clean facility- Very friendly staff the doctor was also very professional and very nice. I broke my front tooth and the doctor reassured me that he could fix it bad news. I have to wait for my insurance to locate it but looking forward to getting it fixed.

Positive experience: Recently moved to the area and decide to stay with the same organization since I been going to them for years in orange county and LA county. Was scheduled as a new patient, waited one hour in a half to get seen. I understand they get busy on the weekend but they shouldnt double book if there is not enough rooms to treat patients.

Fantastic experience: I was having issues with finding a dentist last minute from having issues with my prior insurance I was recommended to this dentist n was having pain on one of my teeth n was desperately trying to find someone they accepted me n took care of my issue the first visit ever!Very friendly n welcoming environment will be going back for future appointments I highly recommend!

Negative experience: Our experience with this dentist office has been nothing but horrible. We wanted to try this place and see how it went. We had an appointment for a cleaning and was told we needed to get a deep clean, cavity, and a root canal done. That day we were supposed to get a deep cleaning and start the filling. After waiting over 2 hours, they said they can only do half the deep cleaning. So we made an appointment to do the other deep cleaning with the cavities and an appointment for the root canal. When going to the cleaning and cavities appointment, we are told they can only do the cleaning and need to reschedule the cavity appointment. When we came for the cavity appointment they said they can only do 1 side and we need to make another appointment for the other side. So we made another appointment and then had the root canal appointment. When we went to the root canal appointment we were told they can only do one side again and we needed to make another appointment. This is so frustrating, needing to have 6 appointments to get these services done.And every single appointment we have waited over 45 minutes to 1 hour just to be seen.And this means people need to make time to work around their work schedule. But having to reschedule new appointments every time is frustrating.

Negative experience: Still the worst. No communication between the front and back staff. Front staff makes promises, back staff can't deliver. The dental tech that worked with me had a nasty attitude, poor people skills and should not be patient-facing. Her attitude caused two other people to walk out without treatment prior to my turn in the chair. The lab they use for dentures absolutely socks. Sometimes they come pick up orders, sometimes they don't. I can't believe this place is still in business! I went a full week without my dentures due to their incompetence and lack of proper coordination, then they expected me to go an additional 2-3 days more without them. Long story short, my dentures were not religned and I ended up having to take them home and find another dentist to do their job. All this after my previous scathing review and a promise from them to get it right. What a waste of sick hours for me. I should've just gone to Western Dental from the start! DO NOT GO TO BRIGHT NOW DENTAL FONTANA, YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Negative experience: It is very Hard trying to hold a TOOTH in your Mouth until the insurance decides if I’m qualified!!! It’s my front tooth. Dentist did not Glue it back in. (So Sad)

Positive experience: Had to wait along time. I was told my appt could take up to 2 hrs since i was a new patient. I was there for 2 1/2 hrs. They booked many appts around the same time and 1 doctor bounces from patient to patient. He even forgot what work he was going to do. Thankfully he documented before coming back to perform the work. The room was not as clean as I would have expected. The floor was dirty and and a towel was on the floor. The doctor placed his dirty mask on the tray on top of the instruments that were to go in my mouth . The hygienist was nice and explained everything well. The dentist also explained everything he was going to do as he went along. They did try to charge for some BS irrigation... needless to say I declined the service. Very commercialized.

Positive experience: Got my wisdom teeth removed at the Fontana location. Procedure went smooth and they found a safe approach to performing the operation. I cannot complain.

Negative experience: My daughter had an appt today and she signed in before her appt time. I asked if I could make a new patient appt and was told I had to wait. I don’t know why I had to wait because no one was busy and the patients in the waiting room had already been taken care of. It’s been an hour and no one has helped me with a new pt.appt. and my daughter is sitting in the back waiting. It’s been over a hour and she still hasn’t been treated when there is a potential customer in front of you wanting to make an appointment that should be priority first. I will take my business somewhere else

Negative experience: I had a bad experience and won't be back. I had a 3pm appointment for my annual checkup and regular cleaning. I was taken back for Xrays around 310, was seated by 320 in the chair. I was seen by the hygienist who said I needed xyz (trying to make $$). I was then seen by the Dentist who said a couple things then said looks good aside from one small spot (he was really nice). I was then greeted by an office lady who showed me two separate bills, one for 1800 that was trays and mouth guard and another for 850 with a list of prices for things they wanted me to have done. I let the lady know I only wanted a regular cleaning as it was covered by insurance aside from copay. After she went back to let the hygienist know (around 340pm) there was no one. One guy came by and grabbed my chart/folder and looked at it then sat it on the chair and left without a word. No one came to do my cleaning and finally after waiting to be seen, I got up at 5pm! It was ridiculous. I'm sure it's because I declined all the extra stuff. It was very unprofessional and I would not recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: The majority of the staff is great! You can feel a good vibe! There are at least two staff members who do not need to work on kids. I think this dentistry is great for Adult but has a lot to learn about dealing with Children. The worker in this picture was great!!!!!! The doctor took over our case and was amazing. He got my kids and me checked in quickly and ready to be seen without any hassle. Lupita was outstanding—she was attentive, communicative, and made sure my kids felt at ease throughout their visit. Her professionalism and warmth truly stood out. While the wait time was longer than expected, the quality of care and service made it well worth it. I highly recommend this location—10/10 service!

Negative experience: If I could give this establishment zero starts I would. The staff is horrendous, they are extremely rude and inattentive. The wait time is absolutely ridiculous and unnecessary. The staff makes you wait for at times an hour just to be seated where one must wait even longer. The work ethic is ridiculous and they should be embarrassed of their business. Mistakes happen, however here they happen far too frequently.

Fantastic experience: 5 stars for Dr. Baker ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I believe Dr. Baker is the General Doctor in Fontana He’s so friendly and he explains everything that is going on and makes it less stressful/nervous for me. The whole staff is super cool if I have questions about payments, procedures, appointments etc they are happy to answer. :)

Negative experience: *** Please call your insurance company first before you accept any dental work *** I am stuck with a $600 bill for a deep cleaning and I have been trying to talk to the billing manager at this location in fontana to find out what happened after I paid $200 of my money. Every time I call I have to leave a message because she is busy or just went out to lunch.

Positive experience: Bright now has always been great! The dentists and back office staff have always been amazing, making a long experience not as bad. I would recommend for front office to be a bit more welcoming to patients. They are the first impression for all patients and although busy should prioritize patient experience, they were not rude at all but just dry.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love the staff at BRIGHT DENTAL. Today, Ignacio completed my deep cleaning and he was amazing in teaching and explaining everything to me. He is very kind, gentle and patient. Dr. Gorrell checked in and is always so positive and kind. Kaylynn, George, Paola and Lorena ( office staff) are always professional and kind. I love that they discuss out of pocket costs before proceeding with recommendations and procedures. I am very thankful for this staff!

Negative experience: Definitley not coming back again. My appt is 8:30am been there 8:15am. They’re not paying attention on me because I did not say Yes for the add on of $425 out of pocket. Until I realize its been 2 hours of waiting. Left and let them know I just wanna cancel my appt and they were like ok fine!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Baker was the dentist that I had when I went in and he was so incredibly nice. When i had fillings he kept checking in wihth me to make sure I was doing okay and would give me time when I needed it. I am terrified of the dentist but he made it a pleasurable experience!

Positive experience: The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was extremely gentle and light handed. Did not feel any discomfort or pain. Was very communicative. The only bad thing I didn't like was I had an appointment at 9am but didn't get seen until 1025am. Then there was a large gap from dentist examining my teeth to the actual cleaning. Didn't finish overall u till 11:15am. Being such a large clinic I would have expected to finish within at least an hour.

Positive experience: While I really like the head dentist, they truly need to work on that potentially hiring another one because they simply are too busy. They do a great job when they get to you, but I get frustrated when I’m waiting for and hour or more to get worked on.

Fantastic experience: I was a new patient on that day. They took me in and there root canal and replace it with a temporary cap very reasonable cost. I recommend this place to everybody. I absolutely was in no pain that took care of me, wonderful people and doctors.

Fantastic experience: I had a pleasant experience with the Hygenist IGNAGSIO at Bright Now Dental!!!! He offered a wonderful teeth cleaning experience. I asked him was this a new service with how detailed he was with the hygiene advice he offered for my teeth (i've never received this type of service). I give him 5 STARS. I hope he's at this office forever. Such a honest person through and through.. You could tell he loves what he does!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Bright Now for my kids for years and have NEVER received service as awesome as this. Don't get me wrong, the staff and dentists/orthodontist we have come in contact with have been great as well. Other than the occasional lengthy wait time, I have been happy with the service here. However, recently my son broke his permanent teeth and we had to rush to be seen. We were fortunate enough to see Dr. Baker. He was absolutely wonderful. He was so patient with my son. He explained every step to him and really engaged him so that he would be comfortable with the procedure and not get scared. As Dr. Baker spoke to my son, the expression on his face changed from concern to relief. My son likes things to be explained to him so this really put him at ease, which put me at ease. The last thing I want is for my son to develop an aversion to the dentist. 10 stars for Dr. Baker. Thank you for making this process for my son a joyful one.

Negative experience: This dental office put braces top and bottom on my teeth. Since I wear a partial bridge on my bottom teeth this is the second time that Bright Now plastered my partial down along some spacers. This time I tried to remove my partial on May 3 to clean it. Because of the material applied to my teeth that holds the partial, I was unable to place my partial back in its slot. I was told the orthodontist would not be back until today-11 days later. I suffered unable to chew properly for 11 days until I could go in for an emergency appointment, Guess what they had me waiting for over an hour saying that they would try to squeeze me in. This was an emergency that Bright NOW created. I just don’t care for this type of treatment and really would find it hard to recommend them. Also the tech who tightened my braces tried to smash the partial down into its place after I told her it no longer fit. I feel very uncomfortable with her skill level and she is downright rude.

Fantastic experience: I had to come here as an emergency visit. The team here took really great care of me . I explained to them my fears of coming to the dentist, and they assured me that I was in great hand. Sure enough, they took the time I needed to feel comfortable to work on my teeth. Being afraid of pain and how rough other dentist have been and caused me, I wasn't sure they could help me get passed that fear, not this office they were the best I didn't even feel when the dentist numbed my gums shooting to me and the staff that assisted him were also so mental and caring. Now this is the only dental office I'll visit.

Fantastic experience: Since the first day I took my kids for their check up my daughter felt very welcome and comfortable. She was always afraid when it came to her dentist visits but this time she was brave and let the doctors do their job. She left happy from her last visit and wants more visits to the dentist. That made me feel happy and calm. Definitely recommend going to bright now dental they have a great team and every member always finds a way to help you out!

Negative experience: Do not be fooled by the exterior of this place and the nice plaza that it is in, cause everything looks nice but this place is far from it. If you choose this place be prepared to wait a minimum of 2 hours, get lied to by staff, and be prepared for a possible infection breach. They had me waiting since 2:30pm-4:20pm, the frustration on my face was noticeable because the dental assistant proceeds to lie to me saying “there’s two people ahead of you but I moved you up since I like you, and I’ll write that you got here at like 2:30 so you can be seen next” as if that was suppose to make me feel better about a two hour wait. When I went to check the board the girl who lied to me wrote “3:39pm” even though my appointment was almost a hour prior to that. I had to walk out of the appointment without being seen because I have other responsibilities besides sitting all day hoping someone can do their job. TO TOP IT ALL OFF, this place is very dirty. There is used old tape all over the room, dirt and scuff marks on the floor, stained chairs and walls, dirty sinks and trash cans. This entire place is a health code violation from the moment you walk in to the time you step out. (Attached are only some pictures, my videos won’t upload… on here) Ps: the owner responds to everyone who complains with her email and lets them know to contact her if they have additional information but does nothing with it so no point in even pretending

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent visit. Very professional, from the front office, x-rays to seeing the dentist and hygenist. Dr. Baker was attentive to my needs. I received quality care from the hygenist, Ignacio. My experience with him was amazing. He was very professional, friendly and informative, while talking me through my SRP. I definitely recommend him for your cleanings.

Negative experience: The doctor was very knowledge and kind and I appreciate that I was able to get a consultation and a filling the same day. However his staff was very unprofessional and lacked customer service skills especially the RDA who initially took my X-Ray.

Positive experience: Overall, great service. The Employees were very nice, professional and friendly. The only negative- my appointment was at 9 and I didn't get called back until almost 9:45.

Negative experience: Don't waste your time coming here , find a better option . This place takes forever even with appointment. I had made an appointment, was able to take the day off from work just so they can tell me I don't have an appointment. I specifically remember talking to Lorena and her telling me my appointment time and day. Very frustrating.

Fantastic experience: Dentist and Dental Hygienist were as painless and quick as possible, very knowledgeable and kind when explaining how to care for your mouth, made sure I was comfortable during deep clean and fillings, receptionists made making appointments easy and they broke the cost down and answered any and all questions I had. Overall solid place

Negative experience: The office on limonite was doing my cleaning every 3 months because of my gum issue and this office has completely denied it. They didn't even offer to authorize it with my insurance which they could have. Lazy staff here. All bad. Please avoid this office if you can.

Fantastic experience: When checking in I did not get the best customer service. The man at the front counter was not very helpful. After waiting for a wild the manager came to talk to me and apologized for the wait. She was very nice & helpful she made the rest of my experience much more helpful.

Negative experience: On Friday evening I made an appointment for the next morning - Saturday. I arrived about 5 minutes early. I was called in from waiting room for X-rays about 30+ minutes after arriving.. I was then not seen by the dentist until about 2.5 hours after I arrived.. I purchased their $79 discount plan.. but don’t think I’ll be going through with the procedure I need because I’m uninsured & it will cost too much.. I feel like I just wasted $80 on an exam I could’ve gotten elsewhere for half the cost.. I feel ripped off for sure. I chose Bright Now because I’m a former ortho patient from about 10 years ago but sadly I will be choosing the dental tourism route & going to Mexico for my procedure, way too costly in the states

Negative experience: I've never seen a less organized and unprofessional front desk staff - I booked my appointment online and provided my insurance info, then they called me near the end of the business day just hours before my appointment, requesting my insurance info again. And then, when I arrived - not only was the front desk not friendly, they requested my insurance info two more times - once on the new patient forms, and once verbally (it's as if they don't trust their customers, and can't care less if customers leave). Get over yourselves, dental checkups aren't that expensive even without insurance. And as a customer with insurance, I shouldn't have to give you such details not once, not twice, but four times.

Fantastic experience: I never thought I could enjoy my wisdom teeth extractions but I actually did! Thank you Dr Choi! Not only did you act in behalf of my best interest but your non maleficence is what I truly admired the most THANK YOU! The chat during the process was heartwarming, I feel blessed to have you as my orthodontist. Will follow your instructions with out a doubt.

Fantastic experience: My initial experience with Bright Now was very positive from start to finish. When calling in to schedule my initial visit, the representative was very thorough in gathering information which provided reassurance that later billing issues would be less likely to surface. On the day of my visit, I noticed how friendly every was and quickly got through my x-rays and cleaning. I really cannot say how the process could've gone any smoother. Thank you Bright Now Dental!

Negative experience: Horrible place. I can't believe they have a 4 star. First time I went a lady was crying and warning us to leave. Wish I would have listened. I got a root canal that I didn't need. I heard the ortho say I didn't need it. It broke with in months and I went back. The ortho said "who did your root canal." "They did a horrible job." That was shocking to me because it was them who did it.

Positive experience: Typically everything is goof. The biggest issue I have is my appointments are always late. I always show up about 15 minutes early but never get called for my appointment until after my appointment time. I was in a room waiting for my cleaning about one and a half hours past my scheduled appointment on my last one. I had to leave & reschedule.

Negative experience: I had some fillings done about 3 weeks ago and have been having pain when I eat. I finally called today to explain the issue. The lady stated that it’s probably because, “it’s too high” and they “just need to adjust it.” I assume they’re talking about grinding down the hight of one of the filings. I asked how long it would take and they said it usually doesn’t take that long. The lady then wanted to schedule me to see the dentist on the upcoming Monday because that’s when the dentist that did my work would be available as he’s only in the office Mon-Thur. I then asked if I could come in tomorrow and she said that the dentist that did the work has to fix it. I asked her how about coming in right now (it was 4:50pm and just got back from work) and I would wait to see the dentist. She said we close at 6 pm and that the dentist already had a lot of people waiting for him. So basically after I explained that I’m willing to wait to see the dentist for a fix that doesn’t take long I was still told I have to wait 4 more days and deal with the pain until I see the dentist to fix something that should have been done the right way in the first place. Bottom line, If I’m willing to wait then the dentist should be willing to fix his mistake. I’m the one that has to deal with the pain for another 4 days now. Once I’m done I will not be going back here as clearly they only care about making/taking my money and not making sure the patient is taken care of.

Fantastic experience: My fear of dentist keeps me from going. I usually have full blown panic attacks so getting work done is almost impossible if they don't put me to sleep. Dr. Choi was amazing kept my calm and explained what he was doing every step of the way both him and his nurse was amazing. Thank you for understanding my fear helping me through the process of removing my tooth. You guys rock. I highly recommend Bright Now Dental.

Negative experience: Worst experience I have ever had with dental work in my entire life!! I went in to have a root canal done so they first had to get a temporary mold done which went fine even though they were drilling in my mouth I felt just fine however there were times where I was left in my seat for long periods of time waiting for my dentist to return and finish the job which took a total of 3 hours at the dentist. I wouldn't have minded if it had taken that long to work my teeth but to be absent through the process taking up more time was just silly. I'm scheduled to return to have my final crown and so I took the day off from work to go only for them to inform me in person that it wasn't ready and to come back in tomorrow. I was livid, to take a full day off from work, drive all the way there and be told it's not ready when they could have called me a day earlier or even the day of and yet no one did. So now I'm at the mercy of this dentist to reschedule and return to have my permanent crown put in and have one dentist who was concerned about the crown being put in correctly and the other saying how it's fine practically rushing to get my work done making me feel uncomfortable. At the end of it all I had x-rays done with a mount piece put in and a wire sticking out all the way down to the floor where the dentist tripped over almost ripping out all my teeth. Do not go here ever!! The worst ever!!

Fantastic experience: The care of quality, I received from Dr. G was amazing. as well as the front office experience. Taking me early than my appointment time. I was probably one of their biggest 31 year old baby patient they've dealt with; terrified of the procedure of pulling out my tooth . They comforted me, that created a comfortable and safe experience. It didn't even hurt. He is one of my greatest experiences, I ever had at the dentist. Mr G, is best at what he does.

Negative experience: The pediatric Dentist does not accommodate your wish to stay in the room with your small child. Says it’s policy but never had an issue with any other dentist before in that same office in the exact same room. He says room is to small yet has 2 dental assistance doing the job 1 can easily do. All the other staff is great.

Negative experience: I made an appointment with their call center for a “free” orthodontic consultation. I provided all of my personal information including insurance coverage and social security number. They confirmed that they accepted it and made me an appointment for today at 2:30. When I arrived to their office, the front desk agents did not have this information. They said that it was frustrating that the call center didn’t do their job (unprofessional). I would like to know who I gave my information to…..Then the front desk lady asked me if I had MEDICAL, which I do not and I found this to be….presumptuous. They eventually asked me to complete all new paperwork and even speak with my insurance company for this “free” consultation. After completing this paperwork, I waited and waited for another 45 minutes. At 3:30 I inquired about my wait time and was told that there were 2 more charts ahead of mine. I found this to be unacceptable and unprofessional, considering the fact that I was told that this would be a quick appointment. They were very unorganized and the waiting area is dirty! The children’s chairs are on the table and filthy. I am concerned about them having my personal information because they were very unorganized and unprofessional. The good thing about this place is that they were nice, but that does not excuse their actions. I will never go back there again…….
