Fantastic experience: I love this dentist! They were so kind. Isaac was the dental assistant that assisted us, he was patient and kind. My son is on the spectrum and he was amazing with him, he spoke to him kindly and it was very genuine.

Fantastic experience: I brought both my kids 3 and 5 there for the first time. It was super clean and welcoming for kids. Victor, the dental hygienist was very patient and he was amazing with my kids! They felt comfortable with him and I’m convinced he’s the reason my kids had such a great experience there. They were very nervous going into this appointment and victor made the entire appointment seem very casual. I appreciate him so much! Everyone was so nice. I will definitely continue going there until my kids are adults!

Fantastic experience: Great place for kids! They are friendly and caring. They do a great job of cleaning teeth. Cool waiting area too.

Fantastic experience: The staff are AMAZING! They're patient, kind, energetic, and thorough. The office is very kid-friendly with lots of activities while they wait, a TV on the ceiling while they're getting their teeth done, and little vending machines for the kid's to pick their own prize for being good! (They're given a coin).

Fantastic experience: I take my 3 kids to this place and I loved it. Everyone is so nice and kind. Usually my oldest son was always afraid to go to the dentist but since day one when Dr. Adami did his treatment he has never been afraid of going there. She is so gentle and fast.

Fantastic experience: My son is 5 going on 6, I've been bringing him here since his first dental check-up. They recently expanded their office and it's looking great!

Fantastic experience: After searching high and low, I am so happy I found this dentist office for my two boys. My seven-year-old had to get cavities fixed today for the first time and it was shockingly such a pleasant experience. Wonderful staff, helpful and friendly. Could not recommend more! Fantastic experience: The entire staff here is incredibly welcoming and pleasant while providing a comfortable and calming space for the children. Dr. Scott was absolutely amazing with both my four and five year olds and was able to soothe them when they became anxious with her calm demeanor and soft voice. I wish I could give a higher rating and couldn’t recommend this office more. My kids and I had a wonderful experience and I can’t thank Dr. Scott and her team enough for the incredible experience

Negative experience: On December 19, 2024, I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this dental office due to the actions of Dr. Tello. My children have been patients here in the past for routine cleanings, and we've generally had positive experiences. However, my oldest child, who has dental anxiety, became very upset during a recent visit when a bite block was placed in his mouth without warning. This experience left him feeling uncomfortable and scared, making it all the more important that I prepare him properly for any future visits. On this occasion, as we were preparing for an extraction, Jacob, the dental hygienist, was so gracious and kind. He was incredibly patient and engaged my son with questions to help him feel at ease. My son needed an extraction, and gas was administered to help him relax. However, my son immediately expressed that he did not like the device on his nose and tried to remove it. He was told that the gas would help him stay calm, but he was clearly uncomfortable. At this point, I was asked to sit beside him while he was in the dental chair. When Dr. Tello came in, he did not address either me or my son. He immediately began to numb my son's teeth. The gas was still in place, and my son repeatedly expressed his discomfort with it. I asked if the gas could be removed, and Dr. Tello responded with, "Would he be better without it?" I explained that my son found it uncomfortable, so the gas was turned off, and they removed the device from his nose. At this point, my son, who was clearly not hysterical but visibly upset, started to cry. I did my best to comfort him, but Dr. Tello's response was surprising and hurtful. He turned to me and said, "I cannot work with you and all of your demands." I was stunned, as I simply wanted to ensure we were on the same page. I’ve always been respectful and easygoing in any setting. Trying to stay calm, I encouraged my son to relax, but Dr. Tello's response was harsh: "If he doesn’t let me, then I’m not doing it." I explained to my son what the dentist said, and before I could finish, Dr. Tello walked out of the room, stating, "I'm not doing it," without any apologies or remorse. I’ve never experienced such a lack of compassion or professionalism, especially in a pediatric setting. I’m relieved that the extraction didn’t happen, as Dr. Tello's demeanor was unwelcoming and rude. A children's dental office should be a place where children feel safe and cared for, but my son and I felt neither safe nor supported. Before leaving, I paid for the portion of the service that was requested of me, but I left feeling belittled simply for advocating for my child's comfort. Dr. Tello, if you happen to read this review, I pray you will remember that every child and family that steps foot in that office deserves kindness and respect. Create a gentle touch when dealing with children and understand that there may be a child who is nervous, but compassion goes a long way.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Scott is phenomenal with children. She’s an honest and caring provider. I’ve been going to her for over 16 yrs. My daughter has sensory issues and Dr Scott & her team were very patient and made my daughter feel comfortable. Highly recommend her!!!

Dr. Scott is hands down amazing! The office is very clean, full of state of the art equipment, and full of joy. Additionally, the staff goes above and beyond to ensure parents are truly educated on what, why, and how things are happening and developing in the mouths of our little ones. Fantastic experience: My son has been coming here for the past year now ( him being 2 years old ) . Every visit has been the best from timely waiting , staff , cleanliness and the amazing Doctor Scott. The environment is very appealing and busy to keep kiddos distracted. Highly recommend!

Every procedure is explained beforehand, and this is the only dentist I've been to that tries to save the tooth rather than just extract it, unlike other dentist offices I've dealt with. From the clean, kid-friendly lobby space, to the creatively themed exam rooms, to the TVs above the dental chairs that make the cleaning process enjoyable—it’s a great experience all around!

Fantastic experience: I waited I think about 5 months to get an appointment for my son here. But let me tell you it was worth it!!! I had major anxiety taking him to his first dentist appointment, mainly because I have trauma from dentist. Little house of smiles went above and beyond!! They really love and know how to take care of little ones. If there’s a wait for this place, I definitely recommend you wait!! Best decision I made bringing my son here.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Scott and her team are the absolute best. We have a little one who is very apprehensive at the dentist and Dr. Scott's friendly and warm personality makes it so much easier for her to relax. Her team is just as lovely. Fantastic experience: This is a great dental office. The staff is really nice and communicates well. The scheduling is very accommodating as I had to take my child in for an emergency appointment. They give little “tooth fairy” cards that show no cavities and take pictures of the kids too. The bags that have the toothbrush and toothpaste for their 6-month checkups are cute. And they give the kids coins to get a prize out of the machine after their appointment. It’s a very lovely office, and I’m so happy that all three of my kids have a wonderful dentist.

Fantastic experience: Ive been taking all my three kids here since my oldest was 3 and now he’s 9. We LOVE little house of smiles because their customer service is right on point and they make the child feel at ease. My oldest had a baseball accident a few days ago and the pediatric dentist wasn’t on site the day he needed to be seen so I as a worried mom took him somewhere else. At the other place we instantly felt something was off and at the end they did not help my son at all . He needed to have his tooth extracted and nothing was done at the other place. So as soon as we left that dental office I immediately called Little house of smiles made his appointment for the next day since the pediatric was going to be there. We head to our appointment and my son was so scared and worried for what was to come. We go in and immediately felt the difference. They took him in and the assistant we got helped my son feel less worried , Dr. Tello comes in and checks that everything is good and gives the go ahead to his assistant. From beginning to end the process was so smooth for my son and I. They extracted his tooth and made him feel so comfortable. I highly 100% recommend little house of smiles ♥️ they have an absolute great staff . You won’t regret taking your little ones here .

Fantastic experience: Came to the office for a second opinion. Dr. Scott and staff were more than amazing. They explained everything step by step and made the visit stress free. If your looking for a dental office for your child this is the place. I just wish I would've found this place sooner.

Fantastic experience: My son is autistic and has a difficult time at any doctors office but Dr Scott was highly recommended by a friend and so we made the 45 min drive to see her and we were blown away. From the minute we entered the staff was so warm and friendly. The X-ray tech was even able to take one photo when he’s never even been close to cooperating for those at all. When we met Dr. Scott even though my son was scared, she made him and us feel comfortable by showing him her tools and letting him play with the chair since he was hesitant to sit in it. She was extremely patient and though he needs general anesthesia for his treatment at a later day, I am confident she and her team will take wonderful care of him.

Dr Scott and her team are the best, professional and hard working. They open on Saturday's to allow busy parents the opportunity to be able to have those appts. That has helped us so much to not miss working days or kids missing a school day to attend. So thankful to her and team for that. The office is always nice. Waiting room is spacious, with plenty of seating, TV with kids movies, and Game Center. Dr Scott has away to speak with kids that they are comfortable being in her care and always laugh so they are less nervous about getting their teeth looked at. She has great communication and she gives that personal attention to the kids so you know she is great at what she does and her team are so good with kids too. We are so great full to have found Little house of smiles and have such awesome service thru out the years. This is the place to take your children and teens.

Fantastic experience: Wow I am very impressed with this practice ! My son had bad plaque build up and is terrified of the dentist. We had to take him to 4 dentists so they can all tell us he needed to be sedated because of his anxiety . We were referred to a practice in Indo California! We called various times and never got a call back or answer so we were desperate to have his teeth cleaned . His previous dentist would shame us because I wanted them to forcely remove the plaque . Honestly it comes down to the experience of the dentist. His previous was not good with kids. I finally decided to call Little House of Smile since they also do sedation and upon getting their the dentist noticed how bad his teeth were and decided to do the cleaning without sedation ! I know as a parent we want the best for our kids but literally this is the best for my son the plaque was affecting his gums and sedation has it’s own downfalls so I was so happy his dental hygienist Victor was comfortable doing the cleaning while still making sure he was careful and patient with my son. Man I am impressed with their service and professionalism! Highly recommend this practice for those nervous kiddos like my son ! After all the crying , my son does not regret getting his teeth cleaned ! He is so happy to see the plaque gone ! Thanks again !

Fantastic experience: My teenagers look forward to their appointments!!! Love and adore the amazing staff. From the first person you see to the last, they all make you feel comfortable, safe and important. There’s never a wait more than five minutes and they are always accommodating. My boys actually had fun and didn’t shed one tear. Both appointments were able to be made at the same time which was very convenient! Fantastic experience: Very friendly and comforting staff! Everyone was pleasant, polite, gave my child verbal positives, and made him feel at ease when normally he is stressed out by dental visits. Even with me the doctor and staff were super friendly and explained everything and even reviewed all of his teeth with me on x-rays. My son wants me to add his comment, "I liked everything." He gives them 10 out of 10.

Dr. Nyasha is the best when dealing kids and getting the work done. She always makes sure to make the kids feel comfortable and happy. Definitely recommending this place for pediatric dentistry!

Fantastic experience: The entire staff is amazing. They are patient and very thorough. Dr. Scott is unmatched... she is absolutely the best dentist I've ever experienced. I love her just as much as my daughters do. She is ALWAYS the same... very patient, takes her time to speak and communicate with the kids, and very honest. This establishment is NOT a money grab like many other dentists in the area. I go out of my way to make sure my girls are seen by her. Keep up the amazing, heart felt, genuine care. Fantastic experience: We always have a great experience with our dentist and the whole staff. Our son is 6 years old now and has been coming since he was 2 1/2 years old. He has had his routine check ups, caps done on his molars and one time he broke his front tooth. Each experience has been wonderful. The team is super friendly, they always have a positive attitude and make our son feel comfortable. The facility is clean, organized from the waiting room to the restrooms to the exam rooms. They explain what they are doing for the procedure being done and talk on our sons level too to make him feel involved in whatever work they are doing. I honestly can't say enough great things about them. I highly recommend them if your looking for a great kids dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to them since my daughter was 3 years old. She had a breathing problem at the time and I couldn’t find a dentist to do her dental work because she required to go under anesthesia and the dentist didn’t want to deal with it. But Dr. Scott saw the pain my daughter was in and decided to help her. as soon as I meet Dr.Scott during a consultation I felt at ease and had a sense of peace. I felt comfortable right away. And then to top it off her crew and all her employers are amazing!!! They are gentle, they connect with you. They make you feel like we are all team. I highly recommend little house of smiles.

Fantastic experience: My niece brings her kids here and recommended Little House of Smiles to me. I'm very happy with their professionalism towards my daughter and myself when we go there. All of the staff is always kind and courteous to us. The facility is clean and pleasant to the eye. I'm very pleased with today's visit (01-07-21). They always make my daughter comfortable and calm before any procedure. They have cartoons in the waiting room and also in the room were we wait for the doctor. I like the way the staff talks and interacts with my daughter of 3 years. They actually talk with the patient and in some rare occasions were i need to step in and clarify i do. For the most part my daughter and who is tending to her do a great job understanding each other. As a reward my daughter gets a toy on the way out. She loves the attention she gets from everyone she sees and talks to. I highly recommend Little House of Smiles. I want to say Thank You to all at Little House of Smiles .

Fantastic experience: I've been retaking my 3 girls here since 2014 and we have always been greeted with a smile. The entire staff is very professional and always with a smile. 2 of my girls aged out of Little House of smiles unfortunately but my 13 year old always has a great experience at every visit .

The staff is always nice and knows how to interact with kids. The office has removed games and toys for safety measures because of the pandemic. They still play movies to keep the kids entertained while they're waiting to be called. The cartoon Mulan was on the television the day we were there. I noticed the office is trying to keep everyone safe from Covid. They have spaced the chairs further apart, check everyone's temperature, and have everyone wash their hands before being seen in the back. We moved and I make the drive here because we love this dental office.

Fantastic experience: Quick appointment. Clean office and every employee was pleasant and courteous. My son loves Dr. Scott. She is an excellent dentist and is so charming with the kids. She is always smiling and we love that about her. We have been with Dr. Scott for about 10yrs and my son no longer fears the dental office. Thank you to Dr. Scott and her staff. Fantastic experience: The Dentist and caring staff are all amazing people. They are friendly, professional and work well with all types of children. I have a Special needs child who is terrified of any doctors or dentist and very difficult to assess or treat. The staff and Dr. Scott always make him feel safe and confortable during his visits. Fantastic experience: Best dental office for kids. I started bringing my daughter when she was about 1 1/2 and she's 9 now. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Its clean and the staff is great! The dentist Dr. Scott has always been amazing with my daughter. I will also be bringing my 1yr old son in soon since he has teeth now.

Fantastic experience: I love Little House of Smiles! The front office staff to dental assistants and the doctors are all amazing with the kiddos. You can tell that they love their jobs! Luckily, for me my son’s Godmother told me about this pediatric dentist office because I had horrible experiences at other places prior. I drive from Moreno Valley all the way to North Fontana and I don’t mind at all! Dr. Scott and Victor are the best and I truly appreciate them for all their hard work and commitment to the smallest members of our communities. Thank you Little House of Smiles!

Fantastic experience: LHOS has always been wonderful to my kids. Kind, caring, and quick. With covid around, they are taking the most precautions they can while still being inviting. They even evolved the prize giving at the end so the kids didn't have to lose that bit of normalcy during this time. I would recommend anyone bring their kids here.

Every staff member is friendly, patient, gentle and has the ability to work the skills of a Jedi that puts even the most fearful child at ease. I've watched my childrens fear of the dentist slowly diminish down to nothing which made the transition to Ortho and Adult dentistry for my older child a breeze. Fantastic experience: The whole team is absolutely fantastic. We love Sandra and Dr. Scott makes the kids feel right at home. They took every necessary precautions with covid-19. Sanitizing after every patient. Keeping patients with siblings/family members. Not mixing. Socially distant. Temperature checks. They ask you to wash your hands right on arrival and hand sanitizer immediately after. Great experience every time and today was no different!

Fantastic experience: We LOVE Dr. Scott and her awesome staff! Our daughter has enjoyed the pleasure of being Dr. Scott’s patient for the past 9 years. Fantastic experience: I have never been to a dentist that I trust until my daughter started getting her teeth taken care of by Dr.Scott and her team. Dr. Scott is nice, caring, patient, she knows how to engage my tween daughter, and she is supportive. Having left a dentist 5 minutes away (from her office) who was very harsh, negative, and had a poor bedside manner, it was so refreshing to find a dentist that is positive and encouraging. In addition, I felt from day one that they were surprisingly reasonable with their pricing. Again, I have had bad experiences with dentist who seem to try to squeeze every dime out of me. In addition, her team is great!They are very personable. Needless to say, I think she is great!I highly recommend Little House of Smiles!

Fantastic experience: The staff and Dr. was super friendly. Our kids & I love it here! We normally see Dr. Scott but our insurance changed so we’re designated to see Dr. Tello. At first I was a little hesitant since we’ve been seeing Dr. Scott for over 5-6 years but I figure if it’s a Dr. in Dr. Scott’s office, I’m sure that Dr will have had to pass her expectations. And I’m quite happy with Dr. Tello’s services. He was very thorough and sweet.

Fantastic experience: My kids love going to this place and are always asking me when it is time to go to the dentist. My daughter recently had a cavity and she was so nervous but the staff was so wonderful and kind and she said it didn’t hurt at all. I am so glad we found this place and I always recommend it to anyone who asks. Great environment and great staff.
