Negative experience: I have been a patient here for at least 10 years. I had no negative experience with Dr. Tram however his office staff is terrible. Starting with scheduling, contact, patient treatment, care, etc. I have fond them to be disrespectful uncaring and flippant when it comes to patient care. I am sadden to now have to find a new dentist but ater the treatment I have received my family and I will not return. I know Dr. Tram has no Idea because they clearly screen his calls and messages so he never receives them. I do not believe he would like the way patients are being treated by his office staff.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff is exceptionally friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment they walk in. The staff and doctor take the time to know their patients and their preferences, fostering a genuine, caring environment. Dr. Tram, is thorough and does not recommend unnecessary services or tries to "upsell" treatments. He is very educational and knowledgeable, he always takes the time to explain conditions and procedures, which builds patient confidence and understanding. Dr. Tram is highly skilled in various dental areas, including general dentistry, oral surgery, implants, and cosmetic restorations. He also lectures to other dentists on topics like implantology and 3D printing, indicating he is at the forefront of dental technology.

Negative experience: I’ve been coming here for years and I truly believe my dentist is the best — his work is excellent and I’ve always appreciated the care he provides. However, I recently had a disappointing experience with the billing process. After my treatment, I paid the remaining balance and even asked the receptionist if I owed anything else because I wanted to make sure everything was settled. I was told no. Later, I received an invoice reflecting the balance I owe, which turned out to be charges not covered by insurance. While I completely understand that insurance doesn’t always cover everything, what bothered me was the lack of communication. A simple heads-up about pending charges would have made a big difference. When I called to clarify, the receptionist pointed to the disclaimer, but after years of being a patient, I had forgotten about it. Unfortunately, the interaction left me feeling more like a number than a valued patient. To be clear: the dentist himself is outstanding, and I have nothing but praise for his work. My concern is with the front desk experience and communication, which I hope can be improved for long-time patients like myself.

Fantastic experience: The professionals at Kaio Dental are not just crafted in their skills, but friendly and caring. My husband and I drive approximately 100 miles to go to this particular group of dentist. We always feel welcome and the employees treat you as if you are the favorite member of the family! If you want an excellent job, excellent service, and the feeling that someone actually cares, looks no further, this is your place.

Fantastic experience: I have only been going to Kaio Dental for a short amount of time and within that time I have nothing but good things to say about this dental office, and I haven’t been able to say that about any other dental office I have been to. Not only is the office clean and welcoming, the staff also makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Tram is thorough and takes care of his patients, he listens to any concerns and is very honest. Jill at the front desk has always made me feel welcomed and works around my schedule. Jody, the best hygienist I’ve ever had. She’s very thorough and takes her time to make sure everything is clean and that I don’t leave the office in pain like other offices I’ve experienced.

Fantastic experience: I am writing to share an updated review to my previous review from 3 years ago. My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Tram for more than three years, and we visit this office twice a year for cleanings and preventive checkups. We have consistently received excellent care. Today, we attended our second cleaning session this year, and we were greeted warmly by the professional and courteous front desk staff. Diana performed the cleaning, and then Dr. Su conducted the periodic dental exam. I had a wonderful experience and would happily recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Hadn’t gone to the dentist in a while so I was kind of nervous, but Dr. Hsu made me feel comfortable and was very meticulous with my teeth. She was also very helpful and informative about the bone loss starting in my teeth and how I can prevent it from getting worse. The office was clean and comfortable. Will definitely come back again for my regular dental checkups.

Fantastic experience: Kaio Dental? More like 'Ka-YAY-o Dental!' Dr. Tram and the crew are like the cool dentists you wish you had growing up. They're so friendly, it's like catching up with your favorite cousins...who happen to have drills. Dr. Tram's honesty is refreshing – he'll tell you straight up what's going on, no dental fairy tales here. Basically, they're awesome, and my teeth are living their best lives. Fantastic experience: I found Kaio Dental to be exactly was I was looking for in a dentist. Their facility is state of the art with most specialized procedures offered in house. The attention given to my dental needs was exceptional. The hygienist was gentle and meticulous, she related the condition of my teeth in detail and gave me positive suggestions on how to improve my dental health overall. After seeing the dental specialist I was confident that all my dental needs were addressed and very pleased with the outcome of my visit.

Fantastic experience: My husband works nearby so he found Kaio dental by looking for a place near his work. He raved about them since his first visit years ago and I didn’t believe him at first because I have been fooled, upsold and scammed into unnecessary and poor quality dental work too many times in my life… sadly. My first experience with Dr was a semi emergent visit in 2023 (fit me in same day I called, so nice) and I was fully ready to be told I needed some crazy expensive treatments. However, with a simple adjustment of my bite, all my pain was gone thanks to Dr! He refused to charge me too! No upselling for costly dental work, so honest and so nice. Now, because his office is a bit far from my home, and I have young kids, I decided to find a dentist closer in my city. Well, last week I had an appointment with a dentist nearby that I patiently waited over 1 month to be seen, but unfortunately I was scammed yet again by another bad dentist. All I’ll say is “deep cleaning.” Pfft. I had my dental cleaning and exam today and they were kind enough to use the X-rays that were taken by the bad dentist I saw last week. They confirmed my suspicions about being upsold by the bad dentist. My gums are healthy and I do not need a deep cleaning! Phew. I have learned my lesson. I am sucking it up and driving the distance to keep Kaio Dental as my permanent dental care provider because they are truly the best. The Dr. and the hygienist are honest, on time, and thorough with their care. I am so grateful for Dr and the hygienist. Trustworthy dental providers are sooo important. Don’t let bad dentists ruin your experience and deter routine dental care like it has for me. I’m going to recommend Kaio to all my coworkers and friends as well.

Dr. Hsu was extremely professional and made me feel at ease during the whole process. I was in and out the same day for my crowns. I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Hsu for any of your dental work.

Negative experience: Arrived at 1:38 noon, they were not allowed to go in, and told us that we had to go to work at 2 o'clock, and it was 100 degrees in such a hot day. After entering at 2 o'clock, the attitude is very bad! Never go to this store again!

Positive experience: Everyone was very nice but their Covid measures are more extreme than the hospitals. Having to wait out in my car and then texting my arrival was a bit over the top for todays recommended Covid mitigation measures.

This dental office services you as soon as you arrive. The employees and hygienists are friendly, the office is extremely clean and inviting, and the doctor is very nice and funny. Fantastic experience: My dental insurance changed this year, and I was assigned to a new primary care dentist (NOT Dr. Tram) who said I needed scaling, root planing, and a laser treatment for gingivitis/periodontitis. However, I go to the dentist every six months and brush and floss daily, so I was very confused by this diagnosis and treatment plan. After reading up on it and talking to my previous dentist, I had serious doubts that the new dentist (again, NOT Dr. Tram) had given me an honest diagnosis. My sister is a longtime patient at Kaio Dental and recommended that I come to Dr. Tram for a second opinion. He explained that, based on the exam and x-rays, the condition of my teeth does NOT warrant scaling, root planing, or laser treatment at this time. All I needed was a regular cleaning/polishing. He even explained that it can be common practice at large dental group offices to prescribe unnecessary treatment because their top concern is the bottom line. I’m very happy with the care I received at this office and recommend it highly!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Tram and their staff are amazing! Having retired from the military, my teeth were ready for some maintenance due to minimal gov care. Dr Tram conducted an evaluation, presented a plan, and to date is the best dentist I have ever been treated by. His injections are painless, he and his staff are seamlessly on top of every step and at no time in the last 3 years have I felt like I was not the priority during visits. No needless waiting, crowns are cast on-site so no 2 week wait with caps and another injection. Dr. Tram is a really down to earth and easy to talk with. If I wasn’t moving all the time Dr Tram would be the permanent provider for me and my family! Just a good experience every visit!!

Fantastic experience: I have not been to a dentist in years as I've had bad experiences and life always managed to get in the way. I know I needed a lot of work, but did not feel comfortable with any dentists in the area. I found one and made an appointment, they were nice enough, but they did not have a lot of newer technology nor were they cutting edge in their treatment plans. I came across Dr. Tram. I read every single review. I was impressed, but still hesitant. I canceled my first appointment and then forced myself to put on my big girl panties to attend the rescheduled appointment. I am soooo glad I did. Dr. Tram was incredible, he has the best bedside manner ever. He took his time to make me feel comfortable. He listened to my concerns and addressed each one. About an hour into my appointment, I was able to unclutch my fist. Dr. Tram thinks outside the box, he is a perfectionist and he will always tell you the truth. Fantastic experience: I was amazed that I hardly felt the shots to numb my mouth where I had an implant placed. It was an almost pain-free experience. It took Dr. Tram about a half of an hour to complete the implant procedure. It has been two days since I had the implant put in and I have not experienced any swelling. So far, I am very happy with my experience and results. I will try to post again as I get treatment for the next two following steps. I still need to get a build up and a crown. Additionally, he has a very nice office and modern equipment. Everything is very clean. The above was the first review that I wrote. Here is an update. Dr. Tram is the most skilled dentist I have ever been to. I had a unique situation and he was able to adjust to best meet my needs. I am super happy with his great work. I wish that he was a preferred provider for my dental insurance. I would love to get all of my dental work done by him. It is a 45 minute drive for me to see him, and it is well worth the drive.

Fantastic experience: I find that Dr. Tram takes time to explain all the procedures. He explains all the pros and cons of the treatment so that I can make an independent judgment. Her staff is also extremely helpful. Dr. Tram has a great rapport with his assistants and they work very well together.

Dr Tram has worked with me the past few years to repair the issues that my prior dentist left for me. Went yesterday for my six month cleaning and check up and had zero cavities. Fantastic experience: As someone that has always hated anything and everything about the dentist, I can say Dr. Tram is a professional. I have had rough times in the dentist chair and at Kaio it was the first time I’ve felt comfortable enough to trust Dr. Tram and his team to work with me. They are all kind and have an incredible sense of humor which helped me with mu anxiety towards everything dental. I highly recommend his office if you are looking for a relaxed office that will adapt to each patient, especially if you are someone that struggles with the dentist.

Dr. Tram's approach and attitude toward his patients is so refreshing, professional and you get the since you can fully trust his judgements which unfortunately is very very rare .The quality of his work is hands down the best in my 60 years I have came across . Fantastic experience: Completely blown away so far! I have avoided the dentist for a LONG time due to poor experiences and PAIN but I found Kaio dental and I've had many root canals and extractions with Dr. Tram and each procedure has gone so smoothly and efficiently. They truly make you comfortable prior to starting and not once have I felt any pain...you don't even feel the shots its incredible...I had 3 root canals yesterday and I took one ibuprofen after the procedure because Dr. Tram told me to just in case for when numbing wore off but that's it...I don't even feel like i had any major work done its amazing! The team work so well together and I feel so incredibly blessed to have found Kaio dental! Thank you Dr. Tram!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Tram is the best! A consummate professional, his work was thorough and gentle. He solved an issue I'd been having with a molar for nearly a year and a half in 2.5 hours. His bedside manner is excellent and put any concerns I had about the procedure to rest. Nurse Kate was also skilled and friendly.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely LOVE Dr. Tram and his staff! From the minute you walk in, his entire staff always makes you feel at home. The office has a modern look to it which I love and you can tell that they really keep their office look and housekeep as a huge priority for their patients. Dr. Tram is an amazing professional who has the best personality and you always know you are in a relaxed setting there.
