Fantastic experience: This was my first appointment at this office, and it was a breath of fresh air. The staff were professional, kind, and thorough during both my exam and cleaning. I couldn’t recommend them enough. I’m glad to say I’ve finally found a dentist I can confidently return to.

Fantastic experience: I was a patient of Dr. Jia Lee for 15 years, trusting him with everything from fillings to crowns to Invisalign braces. When I had a change in insurance a few years back, I had to change dentists and never received the same level of care I received from Dr. Lee and his staff. I was recently diagnosed with mild/moderate sleep apnea and was told I could be a candidate for an oral appliance/night guard instead of having to use a cumbersome CPAP machine. The sleep study provider gave me a list of dentists in the area, and I was thrilled to see Dr. Jia Lee on the list. Since sleep apnea is a medical condition, I was able to go through my medical insurance for the oral appliance. Dr. Lee saw me right away in November and was able to take digital images with a 3-D dental scan wand - no messy impressions or a mouthful of gunk (if you know, you know). Special thanks to Faith who worked her magic with my medical insurance to authorize the oral appliance and have the manufacturer deliver the appliance by the end of December. Since I had already met my medical deductible, this saved me hundreds of dollars. The oral device consists of separate trays for the top and bottom teeth and only took a few days to get use to. My snoring has already lessened, even after the first adjustment. I highly recommend Dr. Jia Lee and his staff. They are always professional, kind and explain every detail of treatment. If you suffer from mild/moderate sleep apnea, check into a custom oral device with Dr. Lee.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended this DDS by a coworker. She was spot on. DDS Jia Y Lee and his dental Assistant Chantelle are experts. I broke my tooth on vacation and I came back for ASAP appointment and the got me in. They perused damaged tooth, did their diagnosis and gave some good options. I opted for a new Crown. They first made me a Temperary crown installed it on day one. And on they software configured me a emax CNC built me a permanent crown the very next day! Wow! Professional and like a well oiled team they installed that permanent crown. It fits like a glove! Fair, incuslive, and transparent! Timely and very good work! I recommend DDS Jia Y Lee.

Fantastic experience: I have had several dentists and many experiences and outcomes, both good and not so good.. that being said, Dr. J.Y. Lee has been my best experience! It’s extremely rare to find a provider that is both highly skilled and very caring. I would highly recommend Dr. Lee with complete confidence. I’d like to also acknowledge his staff, from the front office staff to his support staff- they are very conscientious, knowledgeable and very helpful! The office is very clean and I personally observed that the staff cleans everything so thoroughly. Fantastic experience: Had an immediate good impression upon entering the dental office. Brought in my 94-yr. old extremely lucky father and even he had no complaints. Staff was professional and respectful, as well as considerate. We were given a comprehensive explanation about the dental work that was needed. The staff appears to work well together also, which has a positive effect on patient outcomes. I’m so thankful also for their state of the art exam with 3D pictures which is not what I am offered from most dental offices today.

Negative experience: I have been going to Dr. Lee's office for almost 10 years but I finally had enough of the receptionist's attitude so I will never go back. She's always extremely rude and unprofessional. I hate to judge but I don't think she like people of color. STAY AWAY if you are not white!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr.Lee is an excellent dentist - very thorough and caring. He takes his time with patients and explains what he is going to do before he proceeds. Dr. Lee made an oral mouth appliance for me for sleep apnea which very few dentists know how to do. He did an excellent job and has had me come back two times to make sure it is working properly. I could not be more pleased. Also his staff are all so nice and caring too. I definitely recommend Dr. Lee and his office for expert dental care.

Fantastic experience: We love Dr. Lee! My family and me have been going to him for well over 12 years. He is very thorough and professional. Most of his staff is professional and friendly. The office is clean and very modern. Awesome doctor and location! I recently visited for my semi-annual cleaning and Erin a new hygenist performed the cleaning. She is the BEST dental hygenist I have EVER encountered! She was personable, professional and extremely gentle. She is a welcomed addition to Dr. Lee's wonderful staff! EDIT 7-26-19 My 12-year old daughter is now seeing Dr. Dale for orthodontia. Dr. Dale makes my daughter feel at ease through his gentle approach and child-friendly jokes. Dr. Dale's dental assistant Anna also does a wonderful job. She is very gentle and communicates well with my daughter. We continue to have a wonderful experience at Dr. Lee's dental office. EDIT: 11-21-19 I had the occasion yesterday to visit Dr. Lee for tooth sensitivity. He determined an old filling was causing the issue. He had to drill the filing out to replace it with new materials. During the procedure, Dr Lee was so gentle in his approach that I easily fell asleep. I will NEVER leave this dentist! EDIT: 6-28-24 We have been coming to Dr. Lee's Dental Office for over 20 years. My youngest who is 17 has had to have a lot of dental work due to an under bite. She has been in various dental apparatuses and braces for a long time. We are finally at the end of all the corrective work and she is 4 weeks away from having the braces removed. Along with her under bite, my daughter has a gag reflex when various tools are placed in her mouth. Today, while she was being fitted for her retainer by the dental assistant, she began to gag. Dr. Alex Nee, her orthodontist, came in and conducted the remainder of the fitting and replaced her wires, which is something the assistants do. He was very gentle and reassured my daughter throughout the session. It was a very positive interaction!!!! Thank you Dr. Nee for such outstanding care and commitment to my daughter‼️

Negative experience: Front receptionist is a seasoned lady, but she lacks business ethics and communication skills. She will respond to text messages with rude comments and not identify herself as who she is. She would test patients threatening comments about handing them over to collection prematurely without even explaining them upfront the reason for the visit and would they owe the clinic at the end of the service today. I like the Dentist but not the front seasoned lady at the reception. She might get Dr. lee get a call from California Dental Board for inability to communicate effectively with the patient.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lee and his staff are wonderful! The office is modern and very CLEAN. The dental hygienist did an excellent job with my mother (she is difficult to please). The entire office staff were so warm and welcoming. Dr. Lee was very thorough and spent a considerable amount of time to ensure that all my mothers questions and concerns were addressed. We are so pleased that we’ve transferred our care to Dr. Lee.

Negative experience: I have been going here for almost 10 years now! Dr. Lee and his hygienists are amazing and have always treated me with kindness and respect. However, it seems like they recently acquired a new receptionist at the front desk and she has been constantly rude to me and my family. She does not need to ask me why I need to reschedule or could not make it to my appointment. She had the audacity to say “what did you forget or what’s the deal because you pressed C to confirm the appointment.” I had to cut her off and explain my personal reasons which I should not have to do. I am a busy person who is in his final years of college and can often have situations arise at awkward times. It made me very uncomfortable and upset. Let me say again, this has happened multiple times and I will not be speaking to this receptionist the next time I am there or over the phone. (February 27th, 2024)

Fantastic experience: I was a little surprised that they did not clean my teeth on my first visit. I have to go back for a second time. I was told that the cleaning was 30 minutes. I have no complaints as to the xrays but don't understand why no cleaning. This was a new way I guess. Always had my teeth cleaned on the first visit.

Fantastic experience: Hi I’ve been going to Dr Lees office for two years now and besides the fact that I love this office, I brought my daughter here recently! She had gone to one of those dental offices where we spent an hour and a half she never got her teeth cleaned but they told us she needed to have all this work done! Including her wisdom teeth right away! So I brought her here and they agreed she needs her wisdom teeth pulled, but sometime in the next four years! This office doesn’t do unnecessarily work! The other office told me I was going to owe about $3000 and they didn’t even clean her teeth! That’s why I brought her here to my dentist that I trust and they are straight forward!! Plus they have the nicest people working here! I won’t go anywhere else my wife starts coming here next month! This is a nice family dentist!

Fantastic experience: The staff greets people by first name. The receptionist that helped me (July 11th, 2022) was very nice. The office is extremely clean. They provide organized scheduling with convenient email or text reminders. They run on time. I have gone about 5 times now and never had to wait long for my appointment. The dental hygienist is very thorough and pleasant. She explains what she is doing and why. She frequently checks in with you regarding your comfort level. She does a quality job consistently. The dentist is very good too.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lee is a very talented, experienced, and conscientious Dentist. I highly recommend his office. He has taken care of my family dental needs for over 25 years. I won’t go anywhere else. I recently had to have a badly decayed molar removed and a bone graft done. Dr. Lee performed the surgery flawlessly and the procedure was 100% successful. He is truly the “no pain” Dentist.

Negative experience: In all of the years of having delta dental through different employers I have never had to file a Grievance but there’s a first time for everything. I scheduled an appointment for last week. Any dentist I have visited in past always informed me whether I was in-network or out of network after I told them what insurance I had. This office didn’t do that, just scheduled the appointment. I arrive at the appt and dr.Lee and the staff that did my X-rays were very nice. When I received my claim summary from delta dental afterwards it didn’t match what I was charged at my appointment. Looking at the charges for just an exam and X-rays I was overcharged. I called and explained everything to Denise , I was put on hold and a few min later I’m told that I was charged correctly and that my insurance only covered 85%. So basically my insurance is wrong ? She didn’t even ask to compare what my insurance sent me versus their records. I felt like it was a nice way of saying you’re wrong and your insurance is wrong and I’m right so no refunds have a good day. After talking to two customer service reps from my insurance they couldn’t figure out where the dentist came up with that amount. I do not work for an insurance agency nor do I work for billing at a dental office but what I was charged does not match my insurance and anyone can see the difference in numbers. After this whole situation ( which isn’t even resolved yet) I will not step foot inside that office unless I am receiving a refund NOR will I be referring anyone to this office. It is stressful enough trying to find a reliable and trustworthy dentist during a pandemic but now having to go thru a grievance process too ? Hopefully I can find a new dentist office with front desk staff that are transparent and willing to hear out a patient when asked about billing and not just say without saying they are wrong. **** UPDATE**** 4/25/2021 After filing my grievance with delta dental , it was found out that I was overcharged and the dentist office wrote out a refund check and mailed it to me. Thankfully this has all been resolved and I can move forward going to another dentist. Hopefully the front office staff can be a little more understanding and not assume the patient is wrong without comparing numbers first.

Fantastic experience: This is the first time in my 35 years of living that I did not have a cavity! Which makes me think that all of the other shady dentists I went to were just trying to take the insurance money. SUPER CLEAN - When you arrive they make you put on hand sanitizer before you touch anything, they take your temperature before moving forward, masks required in lobby and before prescreen questions, receptionist cleans/disinfects after EVERY person checks in, and they ask covid screen questions before your appointment. NO PRESSURE- After my first appointment they had some suggestions and they laid out pricing if I did decide to have some minor things done. The pricing for some minor chips fixed and an upgraded cleaning was sooooo affordable it was great. I am SO happy for Yelp and Google! I finally have a Dentist office I can trust! SO NICE - Literally every person I met was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable. I am traumatized from all of my previous dentists and I ask ALOT of questions during my appointments. I learned a lot from the hygienist yesterday. I am changing my daughters current dentist to go here. So glad I did my research. This is the first time in my life that I will come back for my 6 month cleaning and not wait 2 - 5 years.

Negative experience: Please tell me what kind of joke is this place. I've just called in trying to schedule an appointment for my gum issues, trying to get a second opinions. They immediately denied me as new patient, I tried to ask why, (just out of curious). they refused to let me know. It seems like that they do not want to help you as a patient, they only want to take in patients that is easy money such as a basic over priced cleaning.
