Fantastic experience: Today I met the best dentist, Reza Parhizkar, at Advanced Family Dentistry. I went there because of the excellent reviews I found online, but I was also a little apprehensive. My oral health was in terrible condition due to the after-effects of cancer treatment 20 years ago, and I had been somewhat disappointed with some of the other dentists I had seen before. So I went to see him with mixed feelings. He listened patiently and attentively to everything I said, even with my unclear pronunciation, and provided extensive consultation about my oral health. Most importantly, he showed genuine concern for my condition and worked hard to find solutions. I am so grateful to Reza Parhizkar and his incredibly kind staff.

My hygienist was gentle, thorough, and explained everything she was doing, which I really appreciated. Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about this place! The girls at the front are amazing as well as the rest of the staff and sooo helpful. I had a lot of questions about the treatment plan and I felt comfortable asking questions. They also don’t push treatment. Dr. Reza told us what he would recommend and what could wait. My kids haven’t had the best experiences with other dentist so they hate the dentist. My twins both walked out and said this is the best dentist I love this place! Give this place a try you won’t be disappointed I promise you !

Fantastic experience: Had to have a big molar extracted. I was terrified being the big baby that I am, but doctor and assistant went out of their way to comfort me. A big thank you! Once all was numbed up, I didn't feel a thing. Had to ask if tooth was out lol. Sutures were added and minor pain is controlled by Advil. Dr Parhizkar and his assistant were amazing!!! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at Advanced Family Dentistry. I came in with severe tooth pain, and Dr. Nouri was able to see me the very same day. The injection was the least painful I’ve ever had, I barely felt it! Dr. Nouri quickly and gently removed my tooth, sent in a prescription for me, and even followed up the next day to make sure I was doing okay. I truly felt cared for and appreciated her kindness and professionalism. Thank you so much, Advanced Family Dentistry, you have the greatest staff!

Fantastic experience: Most dentists don’t spend the time or energy to fully answer your questions or put your mind at ease, but they are different. They carefully explain each step, reassure you that your teeth will be treated gently, and make it clear their top priority is your health and long-term dental well-being. The office is bright, modern, and welcoming, and you always feel valued from the moment you walk in. It’s rare to find this level of skill paired with such genuine care.

Negative experience: I am a past patient, this is one of the poorest operated dentist that I have seen. They purchased this operation from a pair of good tennis and now nickel and dime their clients they look for things that don't exist so they can charge you additional fees and they make sure that they charge you upfront so that you can't complain about their poor service. I really you go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dr. Mercer. I got there a little early the girls were at lunch but the doctor greeted me and Gave me the paperwork so I could fill it out before the girls got back. Which was helpful because they took me right in. The hygienist cleaned my teeth like I’ve never had them cleaned before amazing job! she was gentle. I shared with her that I’m not a fan of coming to the dentist so they offered me the numbing cream which was amazing. It actually calmed my nerves as well. The doctor came in checked my teeth and recommended I get a crown on a tooth that has a large filling which was a good call. Looking forward to having my teeth taken care of by Mercer Mercer.

Fantastic experience: I have to leave a review because I was so pleased with my care recently. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to dental work. I had a really bad experience at another dental office, unable to get me numb. I avoid the dentist which doesn't do me any good because things just get worse. My last experience, I was given a prescription to take the morning of (i had to have a driver but that was ok with me) Dr.Reza gave me the most gentle and slow numbing medication (i think with a small needle first before the bigger one-which i didn't feel). He frequently asked if I was ok. His assistant Natalie was awesome. Informed me when she was getting ready to do something. She was very thorough with the suctioning of the secretions in my mouth. I never felt like I was going to swallow or choke on something as I have previously. And a big deal for me is that she didn't blow water or air into other teeth that were sensitive. When putting on the temporary crown and putting air up near my tooth I initially flinched. She asked if that was sensitive, I said yes, she said "we're not going to do that then" She dried it well with gauze and applied the temporary. I honestly was so so surprised at what a good experience I had. If you have anxiety with dental procedures, just let this office know and they will hopefully accomodate you as they did me. The whole staff from front to back are very friendly and professional. I am a nurse and I pride myself with giving locals when I start IVs. It brings me alot of joy when patients ask me "that's it? The IV is in? I barely felt it" A little extra time goes a long way and I am so grateful that I found Dr.Reza, Natalie and their office. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Sherry Brown

The office setting is beautiful and welcoming but the staff takes the cake. They are an excellent team. Well coordinated, friendly and professional. They remember your name and situation and are superb in accommodating your time when possible. They always answer the phone and call you as promised. Fantastic experience: Follow-up review: I’ve been going here for five years and counting. Service is still excellent. I was 10 minutes late to my appointment and the staff were still able to accommodate me. I have been going here for two years and counting. All of the staff are very kind and welcoming. They are military friendly, which is a big plus for me.

Fantastic experience: It has been nearly 4 years since I have been to see a dentist. Within 20 years, I have been through at least 5 dentists, and it is not because our dental insurance has changed. I have had a partial bridge done, and less than a year, it came out. They wanted to charge me again for a new one. I have had bad infections from one dentist and had a different dentist treat that infection, and it was the worst pain ever. Every dentist and front office was never pleasant. I felt it was all about money. If I didn't want certain treatment, they would make me feel bad. I finally decided I was done with all the dentists. At the end of March, I had 2 molars crack with missing a piece on each one. I searched and searched on Google and came across Advance Family Dentistry. When i had to call them, the front office was so very kind on the phone. They were able to get me in right away. I was very emotional going in because I just didn't want to be there, but I had no choice. The front office was so friendly and really cared about how I was feeling. They really made me feel welcomed. When I was taken to the back to see the Dr Reza. I was still pretty upset. Dr. Reza really worked with me. He was so patient and very friendly, which eased my anxiety. We set up the appointments to have the 2 molars repaired, and it was the best experience ever. I didn't even feel pressure about other treatments they could do for me. I did set up an appointment for deep cleaning and a night guard since I know I ground my teeth at night. I finally have a dentist who makes me want to come in routinely and finally take care of my teeth. I could never thank the entire staff and Dr. enough for making me feel like part of their family at Advance Family Dentistry :)

Fantastic experience: Such a wonderful office. Everyone is so friendly and warm. I have TMJ so going to the dentist is always traumatizing for me. Dr Reza is really nice and professional. He had to give me dental work. This normally is rough on me, due to keeping my mouth open for an extended period of time. He worked some magic because I didn't feel any jaw pains. Also got a deep cleaning, it was done in two parts first with Jackie and then Lorena. They understood that I can't hold my mouth overly open or keep open for an extended amount of time. They both were able to get the cleaning done without me noticing that I have TMJ. Glad I found a new dentist

Fantastic experience: Stop looking for another dentist. This dental office is best in town. This comes from someone that doesn’t like to go to the dentist. I went in for an emergency and was seen by Dr. Reza. I needed an extraction. The shot was painless and the whole procedure took less than 30 min. He did an excellent job and took me out of pain. Negative experience: i called a few times a few months ago and they said dr nouri would give me a call and i had been waiting on that until today. today i called back asking about it and they said i cant get a consult even though ive been there before? the receptionist bridgette has been very rude each time ive tried to call and all i have asked for is when i can schedule a consult with dr nouri since i was uncomfortable with the male doctor of the practice. this practice has very little patience.
