Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient here for 23 years, along with my husband, and my kids know no other dentist. Dr. Dennis is kind and competent. The hygienist are all friendly and professional. I left 1x many years ago because I wanted to save money with an HMO. Big mistake! The HMO dentist scared me into spending $300 on a procedure I didn’t need. She wanted to charge me $700, but I decided to postpone the cavity filling she said I needed so that I could go back to Hospitality Dental after going back to PPO. Of course, when I returned to Hospitality turns out I didn’t have a cavity at all. Hospitality Dental is family friendly and do a great job of taking care of patients, not coughing them.

Negative experience: I had a new patient appointment scheduled today and was running behind but on schedule to get there within 15 mins of my appointment. When I scheduled the appointment I told the person I spoke to that I have a severe cavity and need to be seen asap. If I could have been there on time I would have - but unfortunate things happen all the time and that’s what happened to me today. I already was stressed and trying to get there and when I was a few minutes from the office, I got a call. I expected it to be a check in, making sure I was coming so I let them know I was on the way, and 5 minutes away according to my gps. I live in Rancho so there was no freeway involved - i was a few blocks away. But I was told there is only a “10-minute grace period.” No attempt to see me, no attempt to help when they knew I have a major dental issue that needs attention. If you’re someone who needs a little grace sometimes, don’t pick this provider. I hung up immediately upon learning they couldn’t see me and will be finding another dentist.

Negative experience: There’s a saying in the field of family law: “You never really know a woman until you divorce her.” Apparently, the same thing is true in the field of dentistry. I was a patient at Hospitality Dental in Rancho Cucamonga from 1989 until 2022 and I found their service to be good—especially the teeth cleanings by hygienist Denise. We stayed with Hospitality even after we moved to LA County in 1997 because we thought their service was worth the drive. In 2022 I retired and moved back to my home state of Colorado. In the last year of my time with Hospitality we were having issues with a crown that attached to an implant. It was a new, expensive crown, and it kept falling off. Dr. Dennis told me that if it came off again, she would have a new crown made. During my relocation to Colorado, the crown came off yet again. The implant stem was cutting up my tongue and cheek. I was bleeding and couldn’t chew on that side of my mouth. It was a dire situation. My new dentist in Colorado needed my prior dental records to identify the type of implant and the dates of prior service for several crowns which needed replacement. (Dental insurance companies require records because they won’t cover crowns which are less than five years old.) I called Hospitality Dental from the parking lot of my new dentist and advised them of this urgent situation. The receptionist who answered the phone seemed utterly dismissive of my situation. She made it clear that my situation was not her priority. I told her exactly what was going on, and the pain I was in. I repeatedly asked her to have Dr. Dennis call me back—which she never did. Eventually a rude office manager called me back. She said the records were in storage “upstairs” and that it would take time to get them. (My Colorado doctor received my entire 35-year medical history from my California medical group, including referrals to specialists, in two hours after I requested them.) Hospitality sent me an authorization-for-release form which I immediately filled out. I asked for ALL my records. They sent only records for a few teeth. My new dental office also tried to get the records from Hospitality, and they were met with rudeness and wrong information about how the records should be obtained from the insurance companies. We later had to make another request as other teeth needed repair. Again, we got the runaround and grudging response.To this day I have not received all my records, and I will need them sooner rather than later for teeth which need new crowns. Suffice it to say, Hospitality Dental and Dr. Dennis lost all credibility and respect with me. I even wrote Dr. Irving Feldkamp, President of Hospitality Dental, a five-page letter advising him of all the details of this incident. I never heard a word back from him. When I next need a record which has not been provided, I will go directly to the Dental Board and ask them to assist. The good news is I now have a dental office which is in the 21st century. They keep all records in digital files which are easy to transfer as needed. They have other far more advanced technology than Hospitality—laser cleaners, and 3D printing of new crowns which are built of zirconia and can be installed in one session. And my new dentist will call me promptly if there is an issue. And, they don’t nag me for a new google review every time I go there for a cleaning or advisory visit as Hospitality does. And they don’t constantly try to sell me other products and servicesI don’t need as Hospitality does.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for 30 years or more. I have experienced the best service from my dentist and dental assistance. One name stands out for me and that Rosie Arias. She is the best! Professional, warm, kind and understanding! I would give her 10 if I could. Keep being who are Rosie! My interaction with Giselle Olguin has been professional and informative. She breaks down all your fees, explains everything and also ask you if you have any questions for her. She’s amazing coordinator for your insurance. She knows her stuff. Way to go Giselle.. You are amazing!

I’ve passed through many dentists hands and there’s been no one near as good as her. I moved counties and I go out of my way to secure this office as my go to. Worth every penny and worth the drive. Now that I'm over 65, I could go to a closer HMO dentist, which would be insured. However, I prefer to pay cash and commute to Hospitality Dental because I know I will receive their excellet care

Kris was so gentle taking my X-rays and the dentist was very kind and understanding but also their financial planner was so personable and worked with me on my treatment plan with ease. Colleen has been my hygienist for more years than I can remember and Dr. Dennis for as long as she has been there. My experience from the moment I get there to the moment I leave is always a great one. I’m treated with kindness, professionalism, and just the right amount of concern . I never have to wait long and procedures from cleanings to in-depth tooth care, are always top notch quality work. I will continue to drive to this location because everyone there is wonderful.

Colleen has been our primary hygienist and is like family with the care she takes in providing dental hygiene. She's very gentle in cleaning and makes sure all areas are thoroughly clean. Positive experience: Dr. Dennis was nice and professional. The office gave me a same day appointment when I called in the morning, for late afternoon and I was happy about that. My overall experience however, I felt as if I did not have a appointment at all, I arrived 1 hour early and was not seen by the Dr until 1 hour after my appointment time which left only 30 minutes before they were going to close. I left in pain with a referral and a prescription.

I overheard someone sing Tia Dennis’s praises and I see why. She was very professional, my X-rays were done with lighting speed. Tia didn’t make me feel uncomfortable because I needed a lot of work. If you are looking try them out.

Positive experience: Hi I received good treatment while I was visiting the dentist. Dr Dennis was very nice and respectful when checking my teeth. Although its been awhile since my last previous visit to dentist I wasn’t feeling judged for doing that. Coleen also is very respectful when cleaning my teeth and I feel comfortable with her. Especially the receptionist, they are very respectful and friendly with me. I feel welcomed. The missing star is from the x-ray photo I had with Ria I believe, although everything is okay. I was very uncomfortable with the tool she put in my mouth. I don’t have any problem with Ria more like the tools. Many times I feel like I wanted to vomit and it feels like forever until we finish with the process. Another thing to improve is to try to limit the patient waiting time in between the process but other than that I had an enjoyable experience here. My teeth is very cleaned and I would refer this place to my family and friends. Good day!

Fantastic experience: Everyone is so polite & they made me feel so comfortable & they see you within minutes. The Dentist, Tia Dennis numbed my mouth topically for several minutes before numbing it with the needle & I had 0 pain, even with the crown procedure. I have had pain for a year & no one could find it. However, Tia Dennis found i had a fracture horizontally & this was causing the pain when I 1st bit down on anything. I am so grateful I will be able to chew on both sides now. My only complaint is they gave me Epinephrine & I have a heart condition & i started shaking & my heart rate went up. She said she will make a note not to give it to me in the future, which i appreciate. I highly recommend this Dentist.
