Fantastic experience: I’ve always hated dentists because of bad experiences. I’ve been coming here since early 2025 and it has changed the way I see dentistry now. Kevin is the best hygienist. Makes you feel appreciated and I promise you’re in good hands with him! Never a dull moment during cleanings. Dr. Naseem Rowther is my dentist and you can tell she loves what she does. I’ve gotten 2 crowns done here and she’s very gentle. I’ve also gotten all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed at this location and 10/10 experience. I was very nervous to be put under but I sat in the chair, talked a little to my nurse and next thing you know I was home. Will keep coming here as long as I possibly can!

Negative experience: I went in to get my wisdom teeth taken out all and the plan is to put me out because all of my wisdom teeth are crowded and not even up for the most part and one even has a cavity to it. So I’m put with anesthesia that should’ve lasted until they were done and then I come to as soon as I heard the ortho surgeon tell the anesthesiologist to lighten it up when they started to take my top ones out and I was able to feel them crack my tooth and pull it out. I started to cry because I can feel what they were doing and was starting to freak out, so they put me back under to finish it up. This was so traumatic for me from them calling to bully me to change my time because it was late at 3:30 and the surgeon was doing a half shift that day when I made this appointment two weeks in advance that they told me to come in earlier or to schedule again, to waking up during my surgery. So any surgery that I need to do will be some other orthodontist at a different location than this place.

Negative experience: Went here for a root canal and the dental assistant sliced my gums around the tooth down to the bone with a dental dam clamp when it collapsed. It's been more than a month and I can still feel it. I just wanted to add an update. About two weeks ago I received a letter from my insurance saying the dentist overcharged me by 700$ and have 60 days to issue me a refund.... After all I've been thru with this place I hope we don't end up in court...BEWARE

Fantastic experience: The staff was super thorough and informative, had so much to share about my oral health. It was such a pleasure speaking with Janet especially who was not only prepared to answer every one of my questions, but was so friendly and fun to work with - great to have a new friend in the office ready to provide so much knowledge!

Fantastic experience: Always a wonderful experience for our family of four! Timley check-in, gentle procedures and very good explanations of preventive measures. Very fair pricing and payment options. Dr Aguilar has a very light touch and easy pressure free demeanor. Dental Tech Anna's guidance for better flossing to prevent other health issues was informing as she flossed my teeth very deeply into the pockets. My cleanings here always make my teeth glow compared to previous cleanings I've experienced elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Dayna, the Hygienist, excellent, patient and very, very good at what she does. I am one of those super super sensitive people, and not exaggerating at all, my gum line and teeth are extremely sensitive, and I always ask for Dayna as she does everything with ease and comfort and PAIN FREE! Dr. Rowther is VERY GOOD AS WELL. I have been to dentist locations where I feel that the doctor is literally just trying To find any work to be done just for extra charges such as “ hey, you need your wisdom teeth removed asap” or something like “ It looks like you have a cavity forming we should probably take care of it and you might need a root canal “ CRAZY STUFF LIKE THAT. But not here, Dr. Rowther was EXTREMELY TRANSPARENT AND ONLY DID WHAT I NEEDED IT, It felt like someone I can trust !! PROBABLY ONE OF THE BEST DENTIST LOCATIONS I’VE EVER BEEN TOO.

She makes sure my wife and I are always on point with our appointments, but does it comfort and care. Negative experience: I would not recommend going here at all. There are far better dental office’s in Rancho Cucamonga. Staff is super unprofessional and make you wait 30 minutes + past your appointment time without even notifying you on what’s going on. Not recommended, go somewhere else this place is a waste of time.

Negative experience: How this place stays in business is beyond me. I have honestly lost count how many times I have had a horrible experience with them. If it’s not sitting there waiting hours in a chair for 10 minutes of work to trying to charge for things that the insurance covers, literally prob 6 times they have tried to get me to sign for something that the insurance has already approved and then have to do their job and call the insurance get the auth and then email it to them. Literally every time I have something done it’s the same thing over and over and over. This last time, even called and made sure everything was in place to prevent having to go through the hustle that they put me through and they said yes it was all taken care of only to check in and then have them try to have me sign off on some ridiculous amount, and then have to do the same thing over and over again.

Fantastic experience: I am a new patient @ N. Rancho Cucamonga Dental. So far, I have had a great experience. From Dr. Andrew to Daynah to the front desk, I felt welcomed and cared for.

Negative experience: I took my son 1 month ago. When I made the appt, I was told that the Ortho consult was free. I still gave them my insurance over the phone to make sure they take it but they stated the visit was free. During the appt, the Ortho receptionist came in and told me about the cost. I told her the reason I came was because they told me they take my HMO and explained I was told by the ins I don't need a referral for Ortho. I also, have secondary ins through met life. The lady was renuant about using the HMO after I told her the HMO is primary and she kept saying no that's no how it works, etc. I told her can you call the Ins to find out because apparently she did even bother to call the insurance. One month later, I get dental explanation of benefits with the office charging the insurance. I called the office and asked for a call back because no manager was around and the Ortho receptionist was at lunch. I explained to the person who answered the phone about why my ins was billed when it was supposed to be a free visit. She put me on hold and asked. She stated that that they don't charge a copay for the consultation and I said, well that is not the meaning of free. I also told they that I'm expecting a copy of my consent about allowing the insurance to be billed because I did not signed any paperwork while in the office being a first time patient. I will be filing a complaint to the dental board of California and the insurance.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient here for at least 15 years! I love Dr Aguilar and would not trust anyone else with my family. I’ve never experienced such a thorough cleaning either and the hygienist Dayna is amazing. Everyone there is professional and welcoming every time.

Negative experience: Avoid this dentist at all costs. My partner visited N Rancho Cucamonga Dental Group for a routine cleaning, and had no prior dental issues. They diagnosed her with excessively receding gum lines, bone loss, and periodontal disease. They recommended a deep cleaning, which she paid extra for. But they also wanted to do many other treatments due to the periodontal disease, which she declined. She got a second opinion from a periodontist, who confirmed her teeth and gums were healthy and that no treatment was needed.

Fantastic experience: Dayna is amazing. Gentle, kind, and skilled. She is great at making you feel comfortable, and distract you in a good way. Definitely sticking with her moving forward. Highly recommend her !

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. After years of being a patient here, having healthy teeth and gums with no issues, I was shocked when this dentist tried to convince me that I needed thousands of dollars in dental work, considering I was just there 6 months ago and had a clean bill of health. It was clear the focus was on money, not my actual dental health. Something didn’t sit right, so I sought out a second and even a third opinion from other dentists. Both confirmed what I suspected that my teeth and gums are perfectly healthy and no treatment was necessary. This office was simply trying to upsell unnecessary procedures. These people are liars and scammers! I wouldn't even give them one star, they deserve zero stars.

So, Lousy and Inconsiderate front office staff but this was because the oral surgeon was or has apparently an arrogant wait for me because I’m too busy for you attitude. Please do not respond with your blanket AI reply which is rubber stamped and not at all personal or considerate. I’m very close to looking at other dental locations because of My lousy experience of inconsideration, wait and disrespect by the oral surgeon. Ms Lillian L is the best and most professional hygienist. Dr. Aguilar is the best. Very thorough and helpful in keeping this patient conscious of doing my best in between visits. The office and dental assistants are very good too. Thank you all.

Fantastic experience: I Googled for a dentist near me that accepts my insurance. This office was the top result. It was pretty easy to register as a new patient. Dr. Aguilar was very knowledgeable and nice. What I appreciated most was I was given options and guidance as to what procedures I needed. My last dentist would only try to upsell me things. Overall I had a great experience.

Fantastic experience: Scheduled an emergency appointment as a first time patient and was well taken care of. Dr. Saad and Aly were amazing and assisted me with scans, procedural explanations, aftercare instructions, etc. I needed a lot of work done, and I appreciated that they were constantly checking on me and making sure to ease my pain throughout my procedures. Lea was equally amazing at breaking down costs/financing, and I was able to get approved for credit with affordable payments within seconds! Thank you Lea, Aly and Dr. Saad. Fantastic experience: Very clean office. Staff is friendly and understanding. My procedure was quick and painless and they supplied me with much needed after care information.

Positive experience: It was a very bad experience for me. My appointment was at 1 pm and I was seated at the room at 1 pm. That's really good. But then they made me wait till 2:20 pm for the doctor to come in. It was almost one hour and a half of waiting. So what good is it to have an appointment if it was not even on time.

Negative experience: Please train your staff on the payment plans or if they are unsure so double check before running things. I specifically asked if I can add on the procedures as I go to my sgc and was told yes this wouldn’t be an issue especially since we look and saw I was approved for the total amount of procedures. Come to find out today that now I am only approved for the one procedure I did that day for 400.00 and I need to have another HARD inquiry to increase this. I have worked extremely hard to get my credit at what it’s At and it was severely affected for 400.00 I could have paid out of pocket.

Fantastic experience: Ezzie in the front office is fantastic! Very knowledgeable, very organized, very respectful. So important to have her upfront. Dr., x-ray tech, and all support staff were great too. Definitely did not need to go searching for another ortho consult somewhere else to compare. We got started that day. Happy to know the quality of service we will get through this orthodontic journey.

Fantastic experience: Our first time with this dental clinic because we changed insurance and we were assigned to them. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised at how clean the reception area was and how it smelled so fresh. We were greeted by a very nice young lady who made us feel welcome right away. The equipments are all state-of-the-art. The dentists are very thorough, explained everything so well. Dr. Saad and Dr. Aguilar deserve a special mention. They are simply great! So far I am happy with my experience. It is worth noting that I am very apprehensive when it comes to dentists. My husband more so. He notices every little detail---from gloves to equipments-- and he says he is satisfied also. We are very lucky to have been assigned to this dental clinic by our insurance. If I can give them a 10, I will definitely do so. **********

Negative experience: This is only my second visit as I am a newer patient, but after reading the rest of the reviews, I may have to consider switching providers. I had an appointment for an exam and cleaning at 3:30pm and didn’t get seen until after 4pm. There were two additional people who walked in after me and had later appointments (I overheard them) and they got seen before I did. I’m usually so understanding of wait times but to me, waiting over 30 mins past my appointment is excessive, especially for a fairly simple appointment (cleaning). I was finally seen and taken in for my X-rays, no problem there. I was then taken to an exam room where I then waited ANOTHER 35 minutes before I was seen by a dentist. The exam took 10 mins, then he left; I’m assuming to pass me on to the hygienist. I wouldn’t know, he didn’t say much. After the exam, I was then made to wait ANOTHER 30 minutes before finally the hygienist walked in. At this point, it’s about 5:10pm FOR A CLEANING. The only saving grace was the hygienist Dayna. She’s so knowledgeable and offered me some additional tips and was very friendly. She’s the only reason why they didn’t get one star. Cleaning was done fairly quickly and was fine. I was given a referral during my exam. The receptionist didn’t seem to look at my profile or notes and didn’t seem to care about setting up a follow up appointment for the referral. So when she said “you’re all set to go”, I was a bit taken back she didn’t set the follow up appointment. I don’t think she would’ve unless I had told her. The final straw was the fact that she was expecting payment after I was told at check-in there would no out-of-pocket cost. Now, I understand that there are costs that may come up during the exam, but this was NEVER brought up and told to me during the exam or before the cleaning took place. I agree it’s not her fault but it seems like communication is an issue here and seemed very sneaky. I paid and left at 5:35pm, so over TWO HOURS for an exam and cleaning with a majority of my time just waiting. My first visit was quite the opposite and didn’t have any issues, but maybe because I was a first-time patient, they were a bit more attentive. Overall, the experience was not up to par and will consider switching providers if there’s no improvement.

Fantastic experience: First of all I would like to say that I never post anything like this but I felt I had to give this office and every single employee that works here and accommodation of Excellence I personally dealt with each and every individual in this office and the experience has been awesome I work in construction and my hours vary due to weather and other circumstances and each time I called they accommodated me they did everything they could in their power to help me get my dental work done I cannot thank this office enough

Negative experience: I don't have complaints over the staff nor the provider, very nice people. My frustration is that they change your appointment the day before and they say they call but don't. I didn't get a call nor a voicemail. I arranged schedule with work and then they changed it for earlier time. Not very considerate in that part.

But every person on the team was so kind, friendly, gentle, and consistently checked in with me that I was comfortable. I don’t think I’ve ever had an experience like that before. Not only that, but with each new procedure I received an explanation of what was being done so that I wasn’t left in the dark. I don’t think I’ve ever genuinely smiled or laughed as much during a dentist visit as I did during my visit to the N Rancho Cucamonga Dentist. So thankful to have found them, and I look forward to my next cleaning!

Negative experience: My appointment was scheduled for 9:30am. I am still sitting in the lobby and no one has called me to be helped; it is now 10:10am. I understand that offices are short staffed. I also understand that if I was late to my appointment they might have rescheduled my appointment and or charged me a fee. If there is an understanding that they won’t see patients well after 30mins why not schedule my appointment closer to the actual time I’ll be seen? Asking for a friend.

Fantastic experience: Excellent car from everybody at the office from the front desk Janet to Dr Nadeem Rowther. Janet helped explain everything in detail and gave me a print out breaking every charge down. I have never been to the dentist where they did that. I really appreciated it. It was so helpful. I felt comfortable and at ease. The doctor took away all my anxiety and answered all my questions. It was a great experience.

Negative experience: Waited 45 minutes to be seen. And the only reason I was seen after 45 minutes was I started to walk out and wrote the reason I was walking out on the sign in sheet. I'm considering finding a new dentist as these people will always make you wait and will never take responsibility for making you wait. Edit: I will not be calling in. The person who made me wait 45 was a manager. Calling and getting them will result me in getting the same excuses again, "I was helping other patients [while you waited for 45 minutes]". I have filled out the contact form on the company's website. I hope someone higher up and more responsible reaches out.

Fantastic experience: Kevin and Savannah are AMAZING! Fantastic team here and I would def recommend! They take their time with you and make sure you are comfortable while fully explaining each step as they go. Couldn’t ask for better!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended . We found this office through our insurance and google reviews and must say the reviews do not do it justice . The staff at the front was super helpful and courteous , but the stand out stars were my dentist Dr Aguilar and my hygienist dynamite Dyna. They were so awesome and professional . Hit me with some hard truths and also went above and beyond what they needed to do.

Fantastic experience: I had the most beautiful experience with Doctor Agilara and Savanna. I'm obsessed with their welcome. Pleasant professionals and they have awesome listening ears. Love it Kevin is phenomenal, I had a great time and he did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. I felt clean and my teeth looked clean. I’m glad I picked the right dental plan. I'm happy ❤️❤️❤️.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sam was very thorough! He answered all of my questions and repeatedly checked in to make sure I understood everything correctly. He was detailed in his explanation of what was needed for my care and provided many options! Front desk staff is super friendly!

Fantastic experience: Really impressed with this dental ofc . I was very hesitant to come because I’m scared of the dentist but I came to the right place . Savanna made me feel so comfortable and her customer service was top tier . I would also like to mention Dr. Aguilar she knows what she is doing !
