Fantastic experience: My son’s appointment was at 8:30 am and we were out by 9:00 am. Everyone is friendly and the dentist takes the time to discuss any concerns and gives pointers to help maintain good oral health for little ones. Very happy with this dental office.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful office!! Dr. Julia Brown is so gentle, calm, and overall just great with kids. Office is fun and inviting with colorful and fun kid murals and kid movies playing (great distraction from procedures). My kids love going to the dentist! We have also had Dr. Mariano do a treatment for our 7 year old. She also kind and thorough and communicative in talking with kids about what’s happening. Hygienists have always been helpful and kind. Highly recommend this office and dentist!

Fantastic experience: My 7 year old had been traumatized by his former dentist. My good friend told me about Sweet Tooth, so we scheduled an appointment. He was nervous the first time and the dentist couldn’t perform the procedures, but I saw and felt very safe and comfortable, so I scheduled another appointment. This time, my son knew he was going back to the nice dental office and that he wouldn’t be forced to get any procedures done. He was ready and confident and allowed the dental staff to take care of his fillings. What a relief. He’s no longer scared of the dentist! Fantastic experience: Sweet Tooth is the best place to take your children hands down. Starting from the initial phone calls, front desk staff, and to the Doctor. Professionalism and Comfortability is 100% given at all times. This place has given my children and I the best experience ever. Dr. S is the best at his professional skills, the unique way he guides his patients through every single step of treatment even so when he grabs a tool the patient is informed. He made my daughter so comfortable and continuously asked her about her comfortability and never stopped communicating with her. Thank you for making the visit professional and enjoyable.

Negative experience: I'm very disappointed with my recent experience with my conversation with Carina about my son's Care. I have been coming to this office for 5 years plus. Despite my CLEAR explanation that my son communicates well, behaves calmly, and I DO not feel comfortable with him being given sedation or laughing gas for procedure but, instead prefer local anesthesia. Due to my son's Autism and Asthma, Carina responded dismissively. Rather than working with me as his advocate, she immediately suggested we seek another office. I felt her approach was condescending and dismissive of my son's abilities. It seems like this office only wants to seem to treat patients who agree to their high-cost services, and if not, they push them away. As a parent, I expected a more respectful, collaborative approach to my son's care, and I did not feel hear or valued in this process. P.s JAILEN was AMAZIN 10/10 communicating with my son and treating him so was the actual DR. so will update my review if anyone reaches out. BRB

Fantastic experience: My kids absolutely love it here! The whole staff is amazing! Especially with little ones. We have recently tried to find a children’s dentist closer to home and they did not compare. My kids were begging to go back to Sweet Tooth. It is absolutely worth the drive for us, knowing that our kids are comfortable and happy to be seen. Not one bad experience in the last 10 yrs we’ve been going… even with extractions and cavities. My kiddos will be going here until they age out!

Negative experience: Staff is very nice however, my appointment was at 2:30 and did not get seen until 2:57 pm. I know you guys are busy but don't schedule so many people at the same time. Dr. Brown was very thorough and kind. Be considerate of peoples time.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about sweet tooth dentistry. The staff is consistently so nice and caring and both dentists. They are so kind and helpful and patient with every single one of the patients I’ve ever seen there. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever seen a crying child somehow. But I have nothing but great things to say about them. I’m so glad that we came to them when we did.

Fantastic experience: Brought my twin two year old daughters here for their first dentist appt after my sister-in-law recommended them. They were so kind and accommodating to wild toddlers and worked so well with them. As a mama and nurse I was so impressed and thankful!

Negative experience: I love the Dentist and the assistants, but the receptionist or those working at the front desk have poor customer service skills. I was called and no message was left to inform me my sons appointment had to be canceled. I found out cause I called the office back, put me on hold roughly 7 min and the person assisting over the phone made me feel as an inconvenience to reschedule. Keep in mind that if I was to cancel after 48hrs I get charged $100. I had to take time off work for this appointment and I don’t get compensation. Now I understand emergencies happen, but leave a message and show more curtesy when customer calls back. Thank you

Fantastic experience: From start to finish, this office was amazing! The receptionist was so welcoming, and my boys loved the movie playing in the lobby. We were quickly called back by a friendly assistant who even gave us a tour since we were new—such a nice touch! Leon was fantastic with my youngest, super friendly, and made the whole visit fun. My older son’s assistant was wonderful too! They even gave my kids a “menu” of flavors for their cleanings—how cute is that? TVs on the ceiling kept them comfortable, and Dr. Mariano was so sweet and thorough going over everything with us. The boys left with smiles, goodie bags, and a coin to get a toy—such a thoughtful detail. This place truly knows how to make kids feel comfortable and cared for. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a dental office their kids will actually enjoy visiting!

The office is clean, well-organized, and equipped with the latest technology, ensuring a smooth and efficient visit. The staff is attentive and patient, making sure that all of our questions are answered.

Negative experience: Came to sweet tooth just to ask the dentist about the pulling of my daughter's teeth (from another ortho consult) before I proceeded with any ortho. My regular dentist gave me a couple of options on where they would send me to have teeth pulled. When we were taken back, the girl said she would get ready to clean my daughter's teeth. I told her we weren't there for a cleaning (I did explain the entire thing when i called originally to make the appt). She took her back for x-rays, and when she came back said again, that she would clean my daughter's teeth. She asked me a total of three times about cleaning her teeth. I told her we had a regular dentist that we see for that. We waited at least an hour and ten minutes to see the dentist. While waiting, there was a little boy who was screaming and crying (yes, the business cannot help this, he was nervous) but still didn't help my daughter's nervousness. Also, one of the employees was looking at apartments online while waiting for the dentist for her patient (very unprofessional, and very annoying while waiting a long time for the dentist to see employees blatantly not caring that patients and potential patients are around). Finally, when the dentist did come, the little boy who was crying was still crying and so loud that we had to leave to go to another room to talk. The dentist herself seemed competent. But I should have listened to my gut and left before having this bad experience. I even received a call with a voice mail about a week later asking me to call back to schedule my daughter a cleaning since it wasn't done. And now, since they are billing this as an exam and not a consultation, I have to pay out of pocket for my daughter's teeth cleaning since there are only two exams a year. Very frustrating. I would not recommend this business to friends or family.

Fantastic experience: Excellent. All. The. Time. I’m so glad we picked Sweet Tooth for our 2 daughter’s Dentist! My girls are always excited to be seen by both the Hygienist & Dentist themselves. Our girls normally see Dr. Mariano and they love her! So gentle, so sweet! but with our conflicting schedules lately, we were unable to see her so we were seen by Dr. Samer. They couldn’t have placed our girls in better care. professional, polite and worked so well with our girls!! And the most amazing thing happened… Dr Samer recommended my daughter use the bitter tasting nail polish called, Mavala to help with my 2yo’s 2-finger sucking. It’s been a nightmare and difficulty trying to have her stop along with the anxiety and worry of causing oral health issues, but with the Dr Samers recommendation, she literally stopped sucking her fingers the moment I applied the polish!! I was mind blown!!! She’s been 4 days sober of finger sucking lol I wish I knew of this sooner! The office is spacious, very clean, and welcoming. Thank you so much for always taking care of our girls and their dental health! I wish i had dental experience like this growing up!

Fantastic experience: Updating because here we are a couple of years later, now bringing in our second child regularly, and we still love this place as much as ever!! Dr Brown remembers our kids and that is huge for us. She is so sweet and patient with them, and so is the rest of the staff. I refer anyone I can to this office because they’re that amazing. We had the best experience for my son’s first true dental exam! This place is adorable, warm, and welcoming. Doesn’t seem scary for a child at all. Reception staff is very sweet and immediately answered any questions we had regarding insurance and copays and all that fun stuff. The dental assistant we saw before meeting the dentist was so nice and really wanted to get to know our son and his background before the appointment truly began. She made us feel very comfortable and validated in the choices we’ve been making for our son. Now the dentist, I don’t think I’ve ever met anyone as sweet, welcoming, and approachable as her! Dr. Brown was truly amazing! My son was crying the whole time, but still let her examine his mouth and teeth and she did it in the fastest and most efficient way. I don’t know why we had not come here before this visit. We will definitely be back for all our children’s future dental appointments. Would recommend this office to anyone with a young child!

Fantastic experience: For first-time appointments, they text you forms to fill out ahead of time. I really appreciate that so I don't waste time sitting in the office with my kid! However, my first appointments with both kids, one of the forms I filled out did not go through and I ended up having to fill it out on paper - both times. So that's a little bit of a bummer.... But I appreciate how efficient this office is and how they stick with their schedule! From the time of our appointment, we were out 20 minutes later! The staff were friendly and the assistant and dentist were both very clear in their instructions and genuinely cared if I had any questions.

Even though i was by myself today the staff and doctors were very kind and made be feel like i wasn’t alone. Fantastic experience: Seriously, this office was amazing. Both of my girls were seen, ages 2 and 4 years old. They’re both fairly shy and do not like any type of “medical” office. My youngest will get to the point of screams and tears. This office was the complete opposite for them. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They also spoke to my girls in a way that made them feel completely comfortable. They both got a cleaning and fluoride treatment and my oldest also got her x-rays taken for the first time. The visit honestly could not have been more perfect. We found our forever pediatric dental office. Thank you! Update: My girls are now 6 and 8 years old and we still love this office! Today, I want to specifically mention Dr. Samer. He is truly amazing and literally the best dentist we’ve ever had. He’s able to speak with me and give me more information than I originally had questions for along with speak to my kids in way to keep them smiling and comfortable. He completes every procedure with great attention to detail and it truly shows how much he cares about what he is doing. We couldn’t be more happier with him and will continue to keep him for as long as we can!

Fantastic experience: We love Sweet Tooth. The staff is amazing and very patient. Especially with my little 18 month old who was completely losing it during her very first cleaning. But the doctor and nurses were awesome. They tried their best to calm her down and they were so patient with her, that meant a lot to me. Both my daughters are patients, and as timid girls, this was the perfect office for them.

Fantastic experience: I write this for my fellow parents with special needs children. This place does a great job of taking care of my 6 year old with Autism. My son has grown more and more comfortable with each appointment. The office has a note in his profile stating his condition and that he does best in a private room. The staff are friendly, competent, and professional. His dentist is gentle but still gets the necessary work done. Sweet Tooth Children Dendistry is great overall!

They are really child friendly, the environment is cute and clean, they have TVs for the kids watch during service and they think even the little things like wearing sunglasses to protect against bright light. Negative experience: If I could give them 0 stars I definitely would, they aren’t friendly, they lack compassion the front office assistant manager Stephanie is incompetent for a lack of better words my daughter was 4 mins over the grace period and they wouldn’t see her after I drove an hour to their office and they were not busy at all they just didn’t care that she was in pain and I’d never ever give them my business again and would strongly advise that no one else do the same. I will be filing a report on there lack of care as well with the BBB and advise anyone else who has had issues with them to do the exact same thing. These offices need our business not the other way around and they need to know we are keeping there doors open! Sweet tooth dental is the WORST!

Negative experience: Supposed to be first exciting dental appointment for my toddler but turned out to be a total disaster. Front office staff was so rude and unprofessional. Get scolded for more than 15 minutes late. Please post a sign that that says be 1-2 hours ahead to fight for parking space there. After scolding, they kicked us out of the office and asked us to return next time. We won’t be going back back ever again. Inside looks like a nice space for kids but front office staff made a nasty and ugly impression.

Fantastic experience: I have been bringing my 3 girls to Sweet tooth dentistry for about a year. We love it here. I’m glad I switched all of my girls here. The staff is extremely friendly and they go above and beyond for the kids. My girls love it here.

Negative experience: We went here despite having a dentist in riverside that we love but my daughter was in a lot of pain and this place was close by. I believed my daughter had an abscess or tooth infection. I had called and they got us in very quickly due to her being in a massive amount of pain taking Tylenol and ibuprofen every 4 hours for 2 days. When we got there we waited about 40 minutes to be seen. Then all they did was x rays and a cleaning?? Why would anyone do a cleaning on someone who is in pain? I even asked them why they are doing that. Finally about an hour and 10 minutes after our scheduled appointment Dr Brown comes out and to see the tooth. She said she didn’t see any signs of infection. I asked her specifically about a possible abscess she said no. She sent us home with a suggestion of a doing a root canal at a later time to correct the filling. We left and immediately called our dentist in Riverside, sent them the x rays that I had call for 5 times! and they were baffled that the x rays they took didn’t even show the root. We went to our dentist the next day and they took correct x rays and found the abcesss and said treatment would be extraction or it could be recurring infections. I called Dr Browns office back and asked them why they didn’t take correct x rays and how did they diagnose without x rays of the root. She didn’t immediately call me back and when she did she said she based it off looking at the tooth. She literally had nothing to say! She didn’t even say sorry or ask how she was doing. My daughter is 5! She then sent us a letter explaining to find a new dentist because we were not a good fit! Like no kidding!! My poor girl was in so much pain and you only cared and about tooth cleaning and making your money! -

Fantastic experience: This dentist is great because they have availability when your child has to be seen ASAP. I love that they have a “toothpaste menu” so your child can choose their toothpaste and feel independent. The dentists and dentist assistants are all nice. The receptionists are also helpful.

He explained every step of the way to my daughters he was just awesome and you can tell he truly cares about having his patients relaxed and comfortable. Fantastic experience: Sweet Tooth Dentistry is a dream come true for children, especially my son. My son has been nervous about the dentist from the beginning. When I first called Sweet Tooth, I explained how nervous he was or has been at a previous dentistry. He was never able to complete X-rays before and he’s 5 years old, we want to know how is teeth are developing. Our first visit at Sweet Tooth, he completed his X-rays without tears, or fear. Dr. Andrade is absolutely amazing. So sweet. So kind. She was so gentle with my son, and explained every movement to him as she gave him an exam. We also have seen Dr. Samar and he is absolutely amazing as well. His demeanor, friendliness and loving energy made my son relax during his exam as well. Fantastic experience: Love this dentist so much been taking my little guy since his first teeth came in and all the nurses, staff and doctors have been truly amazing and informative. Highly recommend this place! I have so much more to add my son needed to go back to do an extraction and crowns placed and staff was amazing, comforting and informative the general anesthesiologist was just as amazing! We were in good hands for sure! Procedure was great and staff was amazing at keeping me posted with how my son was doing and any changes being done during process. I can't say how appreciative I was to this place!

Fantastic experience: We recently switched pediatric dentists for my almost 2 year old. It was such a pleasant experience. He was traumatized from his past experiences from the previous dentist. As soon as he walked in, I could tell he wasn’t anxious and was smiley and happy the entire time. The waiting area and rooms were so inviting and playful. My son loved the paintings on the wall. The staff are all warm and they gave us a tour. The dentist was knowledgeable and great with kids. My baby left with a smile on his face and we are soooo happy we made this switch.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Samer Rashad is incredible. My daughter had an awful experience at another dentistry down the street, California dental care and orthodontics. Dr. Rashad comforted my daughter and made her feel at peace and explain the entire procedure to her to put her mind at ease. Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful with my son every one of the staff members and of course Dr Rashad absolutely patient kind informative. I am cash only no insurance and Dr Rashad never over charges and is honest with what needs to be done and when. I was quoted by a former dentist over $500 to have 2 of my sons cavities filled. I went to them fully expecting to have to go this route even explaining to him this Is what the prior dentist recommended and he said lets wait. The cavities were on his baby teeth and he could tell they were close to falling out (my son also had preventive care formally placed inside the cavity to keep from growing) sure enough my son lost the baby teeth and now is cavity free. I will forever come to this dentist. Thank you each and every one of you for being ethical honest kind professional and respectful

Dr. Mariano is the best dentist I have ever met and she is very patient helping Mia to calm down and explaining everything step by step. We had another visit this morning and I thank Dr. Mariano again for being so patient and the best at what she does! I’m so happy with Maura as well the dental asst this morning she is warm and engaging. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: My almost 2 year old and 4 year old had their first ever dental appointment with Sweet tooth. The dentist and hygienists were amazing with both kids. The only issue we had was my online paperwork not going through to there system and having to fill it all out again in person when we got there but probably a computer glitch or something. Two of my coworkers recommended this place and now so am I.

Fantastic experience: My toddlers very first visit was today so we didn’t know what to expect, but it was so smooth and the staff was amazing! From receptionist, to assistants, to dental doctors! Such a kid friendly place and they are so patient and interactive with the kids!! My 4 year old was not scared and cooperated so well, because the staff was so approachable and friendly! Thank you for a great first dental trip, trauma-free!!

Negative experience: I took my 5 year old daughter here for a year-and-a-half. The first appointment they took X-rays, conducted a cleaning and an exam and told us my daughter had impeccable dental hygiene. (Which filled my heart with joy as I worked several years in pediatric dentistry!) The second appointment was 6-months later, they took my daughter to the back and took X-rays without my permission or my knowledge. Fine, their bad, but also my bad for not asking I guess. She got another excellent report card on hygiene. NO CAVITIES EVER!! We made our next appointment 6-months later. We received COUNTLESS reminders via email, text and calls. Each including a disclaimer that if we didn’t show up, we would be charged $100. We had a family emergency the day of the appt but with great effort made it to the appointment. I told my husband, please tell them no X-rays this appointment, just an exam and a cleaning. (X-RAYS ARE NOT MEDICALLY NECESSARY FOR ANYONE ESPECIALLY CHILDREN MORE THAN ONCE A YEAR!!! This is based on professional and personal experience!) you know what that office did - THEY REFUSED TO CONDUCT A BASIC CLEANING OR EXAM ON MY CHILD. This dentist is completely unethical and more interested in the insurance money grab of X-rays. To all the parents: please know X-rays are not required for children more than once a year. If a righteous DDS performs an exam and sees an issue, absolutely, X-ray. But not otherwise! I spoke with the dentist later and she said my daughter was prone to cavities. This is the same daughter who had impeccable dental hygiene twice and zero cavities ever - which I promptly reminded her of. PLEASE BEWARE. And if they tell you taking X-rays is just like standing in the sun for 15 mins - remember - you don’t wear a lead vest in the sun. I will be reporting this dentist to consumer affairs and the dental board. (As an aside I received a letter a week after this from the dentist “withdrawing as my daughter’s dentist. No ma’am, I called you and told you I was taking my daughter else where and that before I became a lawyer, I worked in the dental industry and know how a proper pedodontist works. …by the way still waiting for my daughter’s prior X-rays and dental records.)

Fantastic experience: My children had the best experience while getting their 6 month check up. Dr Mariano was gentle, kind, and made my children feel at ease! I definitely recommend any parent looking to take their little ones to the dentist to request this dental office. Ortho section is also great Dr Carlson is awesome

Fantastic experience: ️️️️Listen!!! We bring our 3 children here at Sweet Tooth because EVERY SINGLE MEMBER OF THE STAFF, from reception to Dentist and everyone in between, are beautiful souls. They understand that dental work brings anxiety and they are compassionate and empathetic about each child’s individual need. My husband and I are SO-SO-SOOOO very happy with the choice we’ve made bringing our most valuable assets here at Sweet Tooth! Special shout out to: Dr. Andrade, Maura (D.A), Dr. Samer, Aleeseya (D.A) and Theresa (D.A) for always being TOP TIER with my babies! I absolutely appreciate every member of Sweet Tooth Dentistry! The facilities are CLEAN and very accommodating with Televisions in the ceiling for the patients as they receive services. Also, my kids all love the prize vending machine they get to use as they complete their appointment! Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this dentist. From the office staff, to the dental hygienists, to the doctors. Everyone is always SO friendly, helpful and are so amazing with kids. My daughter always looks forward to the little “goodie bag” at the end of her visit. My insurance doesn’t cover this office so we pay cash out of pocket became we love them so much. I have many friends that bring their kids here as well. Highly recommend! And so far we are in the no cavity club! :)

Fantastic experience: We Love sweet tooth it’s the only place I have ever taken my son he has been going every 6 months since he was 2 and is almost 5 . Due to the fact my son has Autism and has sensory issues I’m very picky when it comes to his dental care and they are so amazing I love Dr Brown she is so patient and caring and very thorough. The office staff and dental assistants are all amazing. The office is super clean and comfortable.I highly recommend sweet tooth

Positive experience: My daughter loves coming here! She looks forward to visits with the dentist. They’re usually on time for appointments but today they were 30 minutes late. As a courtesy and respecting my time, it would be nice to know they’re behind so we don’t have to sit there and wait so long.

Fantastic experience: Reception staff is very friendly. They have a cool playhouse in the reception area and play Disney/kids movies on all the TVs. Very nice furnishings and equipment. Very kid friendly. Dental staff and dentist are good.

Fantastic experience: So happy a friend referred me to Sweet Tooth. They are professional, the facility is clean, and the staff is amazing. Great front desk staff, they make sure things run smoothly. Dr. Brown, Dr. Carlson and the Dental Hygienists are great with kids and great at what they do. Absolutely, recommend this place to any parent looking for a dentist or orthodontist for their child.

Negative experience: I was sent here by a referral but besides that I probably wouldn't want to come back honestly. The Gentleman that was taking care of my son teeth was very sweet and handle everything professionally. My biggest issue was the assistant. My son was getting his teeth scan through an x-ray, I understand there was radiation active in the room, but the women before her told me its not heavy radiation, its like the sun shining outside it won't cause any harm. I ask the assistant if I may stand at least a distance from the doorway because my child will give her a hard time, if he doesn't see me from a distance. She tells me I need to go to the sitting area and wait. My child is three and has hearing and speech problem, you can only imagine how frightening that is for a child. Sure enough he didn't let her scan his teeth.

Fantastic experience: We love Dr. Brown and all the staff! We've been going to Sweet Tooth since the kids were young and now they are older, but still ask to go get their teeth cleaned! The staff are patient and take their time to explain everything to you, from what will be happening that day to what they recommend the kids do at home until their next visit. Dr. Brown is an absolute gem. She is always so professional and very polite and takes time to actually listen to my kids when they have a question. We couldn't imagine going anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: We’ve been with this office for 8 years. My kids love go to the dentist. Everyone does a beautiful job making the kiddos feel safe and have a positive experience. When I was a new mom they did an excellent job educating me on things to avoid and how to best care for my kiddos teeth.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been taking my two daughters to Sweet Tooth Dentistry for 8 years. Dr. Brown is awesome and always takes time to talk to you about the examination and explain any findings or needed procedures. The hygienists have always been extra friendly and patient, and my girls have never dreaded going to the dentist. I would 100% recommend Sweet Tooth Dentistry.
