Fantastic experience: I have a very positive impression of smile connection dental, I have been bringing my parents to this clinic for treatment for years, and I’ve always felt it’s been excellent. Dr. Chen is very kind to the patients and always patiently answers all questions. My father recently had a full set of dentures done here, and my mother also had some treatment and cleaning services. Both of them feel really good, and the charge is very reasonable. I highly recommend this dentistry to everyone.

Negative experience: Had a crown treatment done and it fell out the same day. This is not happening to me right now. Now I have to walk around toothless for the entire weekend because they are not open Saturdays and Sundays. All my plans are canceled for the weekend, I'm so embarrassed. How does this happen if they have so many good reviews? Unbelievable.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for a couple years now, along with my growing family, from 12 to 2… and the staff are amazing! I have to bring my newborn, And they’re always so patient. They make the experience comfortable for my children, even when my children are not making it the easiest (ny 2 year is a quite spirited lol)! I could have a crying baby, screaming toddler and nothing but smiles and patience. As for my own care and the rest of my family, they are knowledgeable, honest (which I respect the most), and professional. It’s definitely a family dentistry!

No more tooth ache no gum disease and my teeth are so shiny! And I like that they remind me of my appointments coming up even for my 3 month cleaning. Which is helpful for maintenance. Negative experience: I had a terrible experience here. I initially came for a root canal which failed — that’s okay, I didn’t blame them. Then I had a tooth extraction here in preparation for an implant. Three months later, I was still in pain. I came back to see Dr. Chen, and he insisted everything was normal. The pain became unbearable, so I went to another clinic for a second opinion. They did a quick scan and immediately found a remaining root fragment still inside. I contacted Smile Connection again and was told “that’s not possible” and that they are “very professional” — with no apology, no responsibility, nothing. I had to complete the treatment elsewhere. Please avoid this place at all costs. What kind of “professional” dentist leaves part of a root inside a patient and refuses to acknowledge it? Unacceptable.

Fantastic experience: I had three teeth extracted by Dr. Lim and received local anesthesia administered by Dr. Huang. Both procedures were performed with great skill, professionalism, and care. These procedures might not have happened at all had it not been for Dr. Chen’s friendly and welcoming demeanor. His clear communication and helpful approach are the reasons I chose to go to SMLE CONNECTION to receive my dental care. I also want to commend the wonderful ladies at the front desk. Their kindness and efficiency helped me feel welcomed and well-informed about upcoming appointments. Also, the dental hygienists were friendly and highly efficient, which made the entire experience even more positive. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a friendly and professional environment. I truly appreciate the excellent care and service that I have received.

Fantastic experience: I took my daughter to Dr. Peter's office since I've been seeing him for several years. The office is tidy and very inviting. I've been to his other location before, and this one is just as pleasant, which makes me happy since it's near my home. My daughter had her cleaning done, and she was happy with her experience. As a mom of a child who tends to be a bit anxious, I wanted her to feel at ease.

Fantastic experience: I got my wisdom teeth taken out here a few months ago and I was terrified, but the staff was great and the doctor made me feel less nervous since he answered all of my questions. About two weeks after I got them out I started feeling some discomfort and pain. I called and they saw me right away and assured me that what I was feeling was normal. It’s been a few months and I’ve healed properly, but I definitely recommend coming here! Super friendly staff, great doctors, and a clean and nice environment!!!

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for about 4+ years now after going through a few other dentist since I've been in this area (10 years). The staff here is friendly and kind. I haven't felt any unnecessary after visit pains, like at couple of other places before. I also like that while they are working on my mouth, they are thorough in explaining the process to me as they're doing each step. Very friendly and professional. Don't see a reason why I would switch to another dental location anymore. The staff are all friendly and they always ask me questions to see if anything is concerning me before doing any work. Positive experience: The office is clean and efficient and the staff are kind and helpful- I have absolutely no complaints there. However it should be noted that their oral surgeon will not perform wisdom tooth extraction without an expensive and medically unnecessary additional procedure that is not covered by insurance (PRF) The average out of pocket price for PRF at most offices is $300-700, but Smile Connection quoted $1200 for the procedure and required payment up front in order to schedule the wisdom tooth extraction. Although Medi-Cal dental would fully cover the cost of surgery and anesthesia, I cannot afford $1200 for PRF, so I was compelled to decline care. I hope this review is helpful to any potential patients who, like me, are struggling financially. I wish I had known about this exorbitant mandatory upcharge before I wasted my time going to the office. I reiterate that the staff was kind and professional; it wasn’t their fault that I left the office in tears. I’m sure getting care here is great if you can afford it.

Fantastic experience: Made the decision to switch to smoke connection after my life long dentist high priced me on an implant that i desperately needed. Smile connections senile entire staff has taken care of me since day 1! They are extremely accommodating in schedule changes and also getting you in for an emergency appointment if needed. Must I add, I don’t live in Ontario, I just have family out here. I live an hour away and they are my dentist of choice and always will be. Might I add, my extraction was a scary experience for me but the dentist and assistant were so caring and re assuring to me, it made feel very welcomed! Also cannot forget about the ladies in the front, their customer service is always exceptional! If any one of them ever had a bad day at work , no one would ever know ! You get the same top notch service every call and every visit!
