Dental Kidz Club - Ontario

Negative experience: I usually have a good experience here with the wait times and service. But recent visit they allowed a family go in on their lunch break to be seen. The front door was locked and the family entered the back door and was allowed to check in and be seen. While everyone that arrived before that family was waiting outside in our cars for them to open at 1pm. My son’s appointment was at 1 and patients that checked in after me were seen before us. Some discrimination going on here and favoritism as well. I waited over an hour for my son’s appointment. I’ve been coming here for 8 years and this is disappointing to experience.

Negative experience: My daughter was seen here recently and i have been trying to get a hold of the dentist that took her because she still has pain and i keep getting the run around from the front desk saying im not allowed to talk to the dentist who saw my daughter . Id like to know what they did if they even did anything . Very unprofessional and hoping the owner sees this and reaches out to me. I would Definitely not recommend this place .

Fantastic experience: I love all of the girls here—they are all so kind, from the front desk to the dental assistants. The dentist is incredibly kind, calm, and thorough when explaining everything. My daughter is super scared of the dentist but she loves coming here. We have had bad experiences at dental offices in the past, but here they make me feel so confident and comfortable bringing my kids. Such a great experience!

Fantastic experience: I really have enjoyed the attention to detail and making sure both parents and children are getting the service they deserve. Dr. Liz and her staff are great. My youngest, 7yrs old had to get a crown for the first time. I was nervous to see how she would react due to this being the first big procedure needed. Dr. Liz did an amazing job to comfort my daughter and made sure that she felt comfortable to continue getting the procedure done. Staff are super friendly and you feel heard and left without any concerns. If you do have any concerns the doctor really does a great job with putting you at ease. I would definitely recommend you to bring your kids here!

Fantastic experience: We have been coming here for over 3 years, dental exams and procedures all done well. Service is great here, staff is comforting to kids and the Dentist also showed lots of patience with our 5 year old. Wait times are usually minimal. They do good at scheduling.

Fantastic experience: My child had a bit of a dental emergency that required a molar extraction, and Arianna and Dr. Liz made the experience positively FUN--they chatted with her, laughed with her, distracted her, and answered all my questions in a friendly, professional and courteous manner. Their administrative staff were knowledgeable and courteous, and made our first visit easy and pleasant. We were able to be seen the same day we needed to be seen, and didn't even wait that long for our appointment. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Today again in 6 months, our experience is wonderful. With Alexis taking care of my daughters anxiety, we could be able to do her checkup

Fantastic experience: I've brought my children here twice and each time they've done great. They are so friendly and patient even with the nervous patients. Everything is clean and quick. Augustine helped with my nervous child for his fillings and he was so patient and kept the conversation going to help my child relax.

Fantastic experience: Dr. David and Augie were great. They are an efficient team and made my son and daughter feel comfortable while working w them! Definitely recommend this place for anyone who has children. Their ability to work w children is awesome.

Negative experience: All the dental assistance were really nice and helpful, but as for the dentist, he was very rude and inconsiderate of my child. I will not be going back here.

Positive experience: Nice staff. Great service. Small office. I have to give a shout out to Eli who just started but was the best with my 4 year old. He very sweetly calmed her down and was such a sweetheart. Thank you. Update: Eli does not work there any more, he was the best dentist assistant ever and I've been going there for over 10 years. He's the reason I finally gave this place a review.

Negative experience: The Dr and medical assistants are Always so nice and a pleasure to work with . However the front office people i can not say the same. Every visit or phone encounter i have had they are always rude, patronizing and speaks with an unprofessional tone .

Negative experience: Vanesa at the front office is rude. She told me my daughter wouldn’t be able to get treatment done because I didn’t have her insurance card on me. Mind you we had just been there a week ago. I’ve been there for years so I know they have a copy of her insurance card. The staff is always wanting to use a papoose board although I specific always ask not to. Kimberly the dental assistant is amazing! She helped us these last two times and for the first time my daughter felt comfortable and the treatment was done. Thank You Kimberly!

Fantastic experience: The staff and service at DKC Ontario are amazing! My daughter had cleaning done and was nervous to get their teeth extracted for braces. Kimberly, Ariana, and Dr. David were so nice and made her feel comfortable, at ease, and less nervous. Great bedside manner from the entire staff from reception. I recommend DKC Ontario for their excellent service and care.

Fantastic experience: I love them here! My daughter was a new patient in April 2024. The doctors and staff were super nice and made my child feel safe. They were really informative and what really sold me on them was the dentist was actually suggesting to save my daughter’s tooth with a filling instead of just going straight for a crown. We do have Medi-cal and it’s hard to find places that aren’t just going to try to do the most for more money which I already know medi-cal doesn’t pay a lot as is. My daughter listened so well to the dentist and now reminds me to help her brush and floss everyday. It was super easy to get an appointment as well for both initial and treatments 10/10

Negative experience: This is my second time I scheduled an appointment for my 6yr old and 7yr old for 2pm and they want to take my child alone with xray tech that's not happening and leave my other child alone or vise versa not happening I can only go with 1 child the other option is reschedule bring someone with me never coming here again. Don't trust anyone alone with my kid. The last time they want me to leave daughter alone to do cavity didn't not let that happen eirher

Negative experience: Do not recommend. They strap your children down and say it’s protocol. Even if the child is feeling the dental work being done to them they are just seen as “exaggerating”, my child told me she was actually feeling the dental work being done and was not numbed, but I was told she would “cry” and just have to be ok with it because that’s the ONLY way. Well I realized that’s a lie, Because I found a way better dental clinic who does NOT strap children down and confirming on how traumatizing that can be to a child, I realized the protocols here are just really bad, and the staff is not friendly at all.

Fantastic experience: Love the experience here that they gave my daughter , they are all very comforting to my daughter they talked my daughter and I through every step when a tooth needed to come out, (painless my 7 year old said) very clean and friendly place I highly recommend to all Kids…………….. JULY 11th 2023 im writing my new review on here bc it wouldn’t let me write a new Review , so today is JULY 11th 2023 my daughter is now 10 years old she’s been coming here since a baby and I’ve always been happy with their services the dentist is the best dentist I’ve seen or tooken my daughter too, todays visit was great as always Dentist was very informative and her assistant ELI was very comforting and helpful making my daughter feel comfortable he was great :)))))

Fantastic experience: Took my son last Tuesday. They were very understanding and supportive of his needs, he has Autism. Paulina really took her time and was very patient with him and he responded very well letting them check his teeth with very little issues! It was awesome to see that.

Fantastic experience: After having the worst experience at another office. My son feels safe and heard here at Kidz Club Dental. All the office staff are so happy and eager to help. The dental assistances are very friendly and explain everything that needs explaining to my 11 year old. The dentist is such a such a warm and kind women. I always leave with a lot of peace knowing they did their best job.

Negative experience: The service is great and so are the staff members but the waiting period is always in issue. I came 25 min early today and my daughter appointment was at 4:30pm. It’s now 6pm and she’s now been seen to get started. She missed her sport class and I got out early from work to be here on time. Maybe if I come next time I wouldn’t plan on scheduling late appointments since this will be the second time with this issue and I have been coming here for years.

Fantastic experience: I had to take my daughter in for her first cavity (that I'm mortified over, but Grandma's will be Grandma's ) I was super nervous for my daughter. Not only were they fast, but they made the experience for her a joyous one, which made me so happy! No tears, no nervousness. I can promise this is her last cavity but I'm happy this experience was here.

Fantastic experience: Beyond happy with our visit. It’s was our first time here, everything was well explained to me as well as my daughter. The doctor and her assistants were great my daughter went through her procedure with out crying or screaming, Which was quite impressive since she is scared of going to the dentist she’s only 6 years old. I will definitely be bringing all my children here. A bonus I didn’t have to wait long.

Fantastic experience: The steps they are taking to make sure every family is safe is very well done . They have everything very well coordinated. Not to mention that the staff and dr are very nice friendly and respectful. They make sure the child feels safe and understood as well as answering any questions we may have .

Positive experience: Absolutely love the dental assistants, they interact with both my son's great especially my three yr old. The Dr. Has always greeted us with a smile. Only suggestion...The employees behind the desk could use some training on customer service. Or buy them mask with a smile imprinted on it, a great attitude goes a long way. Other then that, no complaints will continue to take my Boys to Kidz Club

Negative experience: I had an appointment today 10-29-20 at 4pm but they told me I was not on file today. They asked for the appointment card but I did not have it with me. So I asked if I can go home and get the appointment card and I was told there will be no way they can squeeze me in. I had to leave work early for them to forget about my appointment.

Negative experience: Staff was great. Just took forever to get seen by the dentist. We waited over 45 mins after they cleaned and did xrays. Knowing kids are impatien they should not book too much if the wait will be that long. Latest visit Staff was ok. Seen by dentist alot quicker this time but staff mainly the dentist doesnt have patience for kids and it shows. Also I dont get why we had to wait outside to get screened and temp checks before being allowed to be seated but anyone can come inside and ask questions without any of the screening being done.

Fantastic experience: Bring your kids here if you want them to leave with happy and bright smiles. Paulina went above and beyond to make sure my kids weren't scared. She did such a great job that their excited to come back. Thanks again Paulina.

Fantastic experience: First time there today. The doctors and assistants were great. They understood and respected all of my requests. They knew exactly how to help my daughter stay calm. Everyone worked fast and efficiently. It’s also a very colorful and clean place. Going in I wasn’t expecting to switch dentists but I did. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: First thanks to the staff and dentist for working for us. To be honest I'm so glad that I took my daughter in today I was so nervous about going, they made us feel good and secure the process was so easy. It was so clean and the staff took more precautions then my own exspectations. Just I've never felt so good walking out of the dentist. Just wanted to post for my fellow parents who just want what's best for our kids don't be nervous love my community and the people apart of it we stay safe buy keeping each other safe.

Negative experience: Worst place ever! Assistants are so cold hearted have no remorse towards children! Please please do not take your child to this dentistry! Fantastic experience: ive been taking my kids here for seven years. Love the staff they're very friendly. They keep there work space nice and clean. Waiting room is clean and have video games for the kids while they wait to be called.
