Fantastic experience: Dr. Robin is incredibly skilled and compassionate. She was recommended to me by a friend 16 years ago and I've been grateful ever since. She has completed three crowns for me and is excellent with pain management. My hygienist is Annie and she is wonderful! During my appointment today, she explained the meaning of the gum recession measurements. Also, Annie offered tips for improvement, such as not brushing vigorously and letting my Sonicare do its job. At the completion of my cleaning, I actually felt like I'd had a spa treatment! I know, it sounds implausible, but Annie is very gentle and kind. Thank you to Dr. Robin and her awesome team of employees!

Positive experience: I have been coming to Dr. Su for years and really like her. I have also met two other doctors that I thought were nice. Generally everyone in the office is polite, professional and helpful. However, there must be some new people in the office because when I called to make my appointment this time I did not feel the person that answered the phone was polite and their grammar was extremely poor. Also, when I went to book follow up appointments the availability was so limited that I had to accept an appointment which will now require me to take an entire day off work or wait for almost a month. This is particularly frustrating considering the appointment that I was able to book is already two weeks out.

Fantastic experience: With what was likely my 70th visit to Dr. Su’s office throughout my life, I must say, I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. The service is always terrific and efficient. Though I live roughly an hour away now, I cannot see myself being a patient for another practice. The juice wouldn’t be worth the squeeze, and like most juices it would likely be highly acidic and result on permanent staining. Dr. Su’s office goes beyond making my smile a 10/10, they also provide me with advice like cutting back on chewing gum to reduce my tension headaches (which totally worked) among other tips which have improved my life. If you are considering or actively fielding new dental offices, Dr. Su’s should be your first and only stop.

Fantastic experience: While my visit was for a cleaning, I have some pockets of receding gums that cause a bit of discomfort. Both Erika and Dr. Robin took the time to give me some pointers on how to take extra preventative care and some options to consider for the future treatment. She is caring, compassionate, and very smooth when working on your teeth. She explains the process as she is doing the work and will ask if you are doing ok.
