Fantastic experience: I went here to get some dental work fixed from a previous dentist (mission dental care) I can’t say nothing but good words. The staff and dentist are all welcoming and listen to your concerns. They fixed my confidence and the horrific work the previous dentist had performed. Took my daughter shortly after and she was also pleased with the work. Would definitely recommend this place.

Dr. Kristina Beljean is amazing and took her time explaining my x-rays and showed me the teeth to pay attention to before they become a problem. She keeps up with what needs attention. Dr. Kristina and ALL of the staff are always a treat. It’s a privilege to say this and I know “it’s going to the dentist” but they are all so kind, polite and keep you in the know. Good cleaning job and everyone at the front desk are all accommodating with your schedule and how the payments & insurance work. These are very important things in these times. Negative experience: This place is extremely unprofessional. Do not book same-day appointments unless you want to spend hours waiting past your scheduled time. They give you an appointment, tell you to come in promptly, and then make you wait up to four hours while they “get through” other patients. It’s clear the focus is on overbooking and profit, not genuine care. The entire operation feels like a money game they see your need for dental care as an opportunity to take advantage of your vulnerability. Instead of addressing scheduling or patient flow, they should consider hiring another dentist so the one on staff isn’t forced to rush from chair to chair just to keep up. The front desk staff also gives off the wrong impression—more focused on image and upselling than professionalism. When I expressed my discomfort and told the dentist I no longer wanted treatment, she abruptly removed the blood pressure machine and told me to “talk quietly,” even though she had been chatting and laughing loudly with others moments before. If you value respect, transparency, and professionalism, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Before booking, make sure the assistants and staff actually have time for you otherwise you’re just another number on their list.

Negative experience: My son got his fillings done and he came home with a swollen lip and bruise on his lips. Not good I had to rake him to urgent care and filed with the board on this will be suing them on not cleaning their equipment right as I have all the paperwork form urgent care indicating it was an infection. My son had to take antibiotics for this and this office did nothing to be of concern for my child. Bad place to go.

I was treated by DR. Kristina beljean with such care , clean, and very detailed professional work. I will definitely recommend any family and friends to her with high confidence!!. Her dental assistant (shady) was also the best! She was patient and had all the answers to all my questions she even stayed after hrs to assist the doctor with my new crown. Also very polite and professional. This place really exceeded my expectations!.. and the best thing ever!! Zeroooo pain during the procedure or after as well.. very thankful for your great hard work on me . both made it look easy!.

Fantastic experience: Today I had visit Ontario Village Dental and had my teeth clean. I have been going there for years and have seen staff come and go, but have to say that every time I visit the Dentist it is a pleasant visit. Today I had the opportunity to have this women clean my teeth who just started in July. Let me tell you she did a marvelous job. No one has ever clean my teeth like she did.
