Fantastic experience: This is my second visit for an exam and cleaning. They were running behind in assisting peeps and they did come to me and gave me some options to try and accommodate the situation but because I was having a major fibromyalgia back pains they rushed my Dentist in right away to take care of me so I could get home and take my meds! I really appreciated that they did that for me! I understand that running behind schedule happens in many businesses…but my body aches wanted out lol Special thanks to Debbie for always being so kind and thoughtful!! Fantastic experience: Amazing Dentist Office! Starting with a very kindhearted front office gal who answers the calls and greets you when you enter. I wanted an immediate change from my previous Dentist that I did not like whatsoever. A longtime Amiga suggested using her Dentist and I’m so glad that I did! And they scheduled me the following day from my initial call! Very thorough and professional…Debbie in financing is terrific as well. She wanted to makes sure I was getting the right discounts. I’ve already referred a patient to them!

The hygienist Robert who cleaned my teeth was wonderful, gentle, thorough, and very attentive. The office is clean, and everyone from the front desk to the rest of the staff is friendly, warm, and professional.

Fantastic experience: I love my new dentist! He’s a Navy veteran like me! And now there’s another Navy vet working there. My cleaning was fast and efficient. The doctor exam was thorough and compassionate. I never have trouble getting timely appointments. The receptionists are great. I’m never on hold. They remind me to take my antibiotics. That is so helpful. That never happened at Beck Dental, where I was for 30 years. They treated me like I was on an assembly line. They caused me to have two infections, resulting in two knee surgeries. So glad i found a new dental home!

She helped set me up before and after the procedure, making sure I understood the post-care instructions and felt comfortable going home. The whole team from the front desk to the dental assistants was friendly, efficient, and welcoming. They are always asking how you are during your procedure and aren't rushed to get to the next patient. They explain the step by step process and make a not so pleasant necessity very comfortable! Fantastic experience: Staff is always pleasant and friendly! Dr. Hiep Nuygen always conducts himself as a Professional Dentist first and foremost. The bonus with Dr. Nuygen is he treats you like family which is always good while you’re in his chair, because this takes the edge off your anxiety from being nervous and scared of any part of the surgical process. By far he is the most gentle, caring and knowledgeable Dentist in the whole business in the Inland Empire District. I would recommend anyone that is searching for a good dentist. There are very few good ones out there but he is on the very top of your search list.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a contented client for 20+ years! Both dentists do excellent work and take the time to educate/explain procedures or topics on prevention. During my most recent visit, I underwent prep for a crown and had a temporary crown placed. The dentist and RDA were gentle, efficient and make appropriate and honest recommendations for treatment. The dentist was gentle while administering local anesthesia (i did not feel a thing) and even followed up with me later that evening to check on me. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs. The office is clean, staff are caring & friendly and both dentists are upfront about necessary and appropriate recommendations, while delivering superior and lasting work. Fantastic experience: I found these two wonderful dentists more than two decades ago when they were fresh out of dental school. That time my wife is needing immediate dental care. We left a dental office that day because the so-called dentist cannot even numb her gums with out giving her unbearable pain. She was crying throughout the process. So i told that office to stop because we are leaving. Then we stumble into Starbright Dental and we never left. These two wonderful persons are the epitome of what dentists should be. They are sa caring about their patients that we always get a call from them inquiring how we fell after the days treatment. The dental office has always been clean and have that cozy feel, unlike some I have been that feels like a torture chamber. We would be retiring and moving out of state but I think I would shell out the extra plane fare for my regular check ups and treatment. Dr. Hip and Dr. Linh thank you for caring.
