Last year, Dr. Noor created a beautiful dental bridge for me after I had teeth extracted. The work was exceptional, natural-looking, and comfortable. She paid close attention to every detail and took great pride in making sure everything looked and felt right. I was amazed by the final result. Recently, Dr. Noor completed a crown for me, and once again, her professionalism and dedication were outstanding. She is incredibly skilled, patient, gentle, and caring. Throughout every appointment, she constantly checked on me and asked if I was comfortable. She always said, “If anything doesn’t feel right, please come back and I will make it right.” That level of care and commitment is rare and truly appreciated. Negative experience: service is okay. wait times are genuinely horrible do not come here if you can’t stay atleast 2 hours waiting. i’m literally here right now. waited 30 minutes just to get any service and then once they took me in the back i waited well over an hour just sitting here. they then came , looked at my teeth and are now making me wait again

Negative experience: My husband just had a root canal done there with the specialist and we would not recommend this dentist and go back. He was rude and rough while doing the procedure. I know a root canal isn’t suppose to be pleasant but the dentist was not very welcoming or friendly. Just not what we expected.

Positive experience: Service was good. Did not have any procedures done yet. I will do after my procedures and see how they go.

Fantastic experience: This location Is amazing. I came to this dentist 6 months ago to get a lot of work done and all of the staff is so friendly, they always have a smile on their face. Negative experience: So I went in with my dad and the ladies in the front they were talking about me I could see it they were looking at me soo bad but other then that the dentist were nice to me and there was two walk in they let them before my dad I left sad and mad they should do better then this !!

Fantastic experience: This is a wonderful dental office. The entire team is incredibly kind and helpful throughout every step of the process. I’ve never had such an easy and comfortable experience at the dentist. They are also amazing with my 5-year-old son. They always ask about him when I come in, and when he’s had to sit with me during appointments, they’ve been so accommodating and friendly with him. It really means a lot. Negative experience: I don’t know what to say about this establishment!!! I went in to get an estimate and overall better understanding of the work I would need done! The Doctor looks in my mouth then concludes the visit doesn’t bother to do her job and explain to me what her plan moving forward would be! I was handed paperwork with a price and numerous procedures I needed! All I know is the Doctor was a middle aged middle eastern woman!! Horrible service!! What happened to talking to patients insuring they understand and are aware of what is recommended she must have felt I wasn’t worth being treated with common decency

Negative experience: Bright white on limonite has the rudest dentist I’ve ever met , not once but twice they refuse to just clean my teeth and keep selling me more things to pay for out of pocket!! I got up and left! Horrible service!!

Negative experience: Very disorganized and a complete waste of time. We had an appointment scheduled for 12:30, but when we arrived we were told the hygienist was out for lunch. Instead of honoring the appointment, they sent us to a second office. When we got to the second location and explained the situation, they told us they couldn’t do an X-ray or a cleaning anyway. At that point there was no reason for us to be there, so we left. Poor communication, poor scheduling, and no respect for patients’ time. I would not recommend this place.

Positive experience: Started a year ago. To get a recommended root canal and they were unable to communicate with me and dental insurance. Don't get me wrong I'm not the brightest person on dental billing. Every time I left that office. I was not happy. Staffing doctors everybody was nice.

Positive experience: After waiting over a hour and not receiving the service was greatly disappointing, and having to take off from work too. Not all their fault at the Eastvale, however, Bright Now Dental in general doesn't seem to communicate effectively, specifically at the Chino location, where this irritation all began. Having to go to different locations for specific services are time consuming.

Fantastic experience: The new dentist took her time and it was good. I’m super happy that the Dental Hygienist (Carolina) is back, she is amazing.

Negative experience: I have been coming here for years since i was a little girl and i used to love it.. obviously i knew nothing behind the scenes. Now as an adult this dentist really sucks. I came to get a crown done and they told me it would come in, in two weeks so we make an appointment. I come in and its not until 45 minutes later the main receptionist tells me “oh we actually dont have it yet, its coming next week” Thanks for telling me when I checked in?? My next mishap with them; I had an apt maybe 3 weeks ago and whoever scheduled me; did it at 12:30. When i go in its empty with two other clients and the staff walking out. The lady mireya (main receptionist) says do you have an apt and i say yes.. and shes like at what time and i say 12:30..and shes like well everyone at at lunch right now.. WHICH LEFT ME BAFFLED. I then ask why they would schedule me at this time if no one was here and they take an hour lunch? She then retracts her statement saying; oh you know what, youre right they took an earlier lunch today. I tell myself im only waiting 30 minutes (i knew she was lying). I wait the 30 then tell her i cant wait any longer & to cancel my apt. She tries to ask me to stay but again they have no respect for other people’s times. Last one: I was told i needed a treatment for gingivitis which would be 300 more because my insurance doesnt cover.. again the main receptionist lady comes in to tell me this. I declined because i had to pay the crown out of pocket and being in school im not working much. Once I come out to schedule my next apt in 3 months; she then says are you sure you dont want it? I will bring it down to 120 JUST FOR YOU..girll you just want money that i dont have so no.

Negative experience: Please be weary of the place. Get a second opinion. They told me I needed a crown, so I went to another dentist for a second opinion and I didn't need crown. Be careful because you will pay thousands of dollars and have pain for unnecessary procedures.

Fantastic experience: Office staff, dentist and hygienist were very professional and courteous. My experience was that they go out of their way to make you feel as comfortable as possible. While being very thorough in there diagnosis of my teeth. Good news, no cavities and the hygienist was fantastic. I'm actually looking forward to my next dental visit.

Positive experience: Went to Limonite branch If you don’t ask the front desk nor one of the staff in white coats, you will never know if you are done with your appointment. There’s no channel on Tv that makes our first visit not enjoyable

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to the Eastvale location a few times and the last visit was the most pleasant visit of all. Lupe was my dental hygienist and she was extremely knowledgeable, caring and gentle. I highly recommend her for a teeth cleaning. Superb service!

Negative experience: The worst customer service. My wait time is no less than 40 to 2 hours and that is with the booked appointment. I complained multiple times but seems they don’t care whether you have take break from your work or pickup kids. Their ultimate reason either short staff or running behind schedule. I told them to inform your clients because their time is important too. I tried to call corporate office.

Positive experience: I’ve been coming here for a little over a year now. Had two root canals and everything went smoothly. The dentist and staff are friendly. Wait times can be an issue but it’s never been anything unreasonable.

Negative experience: This dentist is very convenient for me it's a 3 minute walk from my house, anyway I got a little freaked out on 12/13/24 it was my first time being a patient there and was told I have a infected tooth and I was giving antibiotics told me it would be ready in 30 minutes nope it took more than that but finally had received A TEXT MESSAGE AND went to go pick it UP that SAME DAY AT my pharmacy anyway they are a scam I see they do this to everyone that goes here ANYWAYS I CALLED MY INSURANCE AND I FOUND OUT THAT TEETH WHITENING IS NOT COVERED BY MY INSURANCE BUT EVERYTHING IS COVERED ILL WAIT ON THE TEETH WHITENING FOR THE NEXT TIME SINCE IM NOT WILLING TO PAY 300-400 HOPEFULLY BY TOMORROW 12/20/2024 THE DENTIST WILL EITHER PULL OUT MY TOOTH OR DO A FILLING ON IT SEE YOU GUYS TOMORROW!!

Fantastic experience: Went to the oral surgeon who was great. With me suffering from PTSD they completely made me feel calm and was able to get all the tooth out. The nurses were all great as well.

Negative experience: I will not go back. The doctor never introduced himself. His accent was so severe I couldn’t understand him. Their prices are high. They were suppose to send a prescription to my pharmacy. They never did. I had to go back that afternoon and have them re-send it.. it was rediculous!

Fantastic experience: The team here is amazing. I bring my kids here coming from riverside because of how amazing they treat my kids. They are patient, they make things easy and always explain everything to my kids so they don’t get too scared. Of course my kids are nervous coming here for dental work but the staff is great. The front desk ladies are fun and always nice when we come in. Never a dull moment when I bring three kids in but they always help with coloring pages /crayons. Definitely recommend this dentist to friends and family.

Fantastic experience: I normally don't post reviews but I've been to a couple of dental offices and this one by far has been my best experience. The front desk girls and office manager were very friendly and answered all of my questions the office manager was very engaged on what was going on she came into my treatment room and welcomed me as she knew I was a new patient and most importantly the treatment and care I received was great I will definitely recommend this office to friends and family.

Fantastic experience: It was our 1st time coming to this dental office. My daughter had her wisdom teeth extraction yesterday. The staff were courteous. The office was clean. Valeria explained our insurance coverage and what's not covered. Sonia explained the X-ray results and why bone grafting was necessary . Dr Sharobiem even called us few hours after the procedure to check on my daughter's condition. I appreciate that a lot. We had a good experience at this dental office.

Negative experience: HORRIBLE STAFF!! Had an appointment last week. Was told I needed work done and someone would call me to schedule, never heard anything. That’s the least of the problem. I am a breast feeding mother of a 3 month old baby. I was under the impression we fill out papers they give us for a reason. I checked that I was breast feeding on my intake papers. I also told the staff member who comes to talk to you about your payment options and scheduling, that I was breast feeding. This was before she told me the dr was sending amoxicillin into the pharmacy for me. Which I was fine with. Knowing that’s safe. Well needless to say nothing was ever sent in that night and I had to call 3 times the following day to get it sent. After FINALLY picking up my medicine I come to see it is not amoxicillin but a different kind. I proceeded to take it for a couple of days. I noticed my baby was extremely irritable and I thought it was teething. After 2 days he had a rash all over his body and was soo cranky and screaming. I ruled every thing out that could he bothering him. Nothing worked. A light went off in my head and I thought to look up the medication. It indeed said that it isn’t recommended for breast feeding babies and to chose a different option. Can cause gastrointestinal problems in babies. Smfh! After stopping the medication my son is feeling better. So 100% was the cause. I called to address this and was greeted by a nasty receptionist who just wanted to get snippy with me and proceed to put me on hold when she didn’t have an answer or another snarky comment. I have been in pain for a full week and still have no answers on when I will be getting my teeth fixed or a solution to my medication problem. Apparently there is no oral surgeon in this office now. This is photo is how long I sat on hold after the extremely rude receptionist decided she had no answers or was done for the day, I’m not sure. Ladies check your prescriptions if your breast feeding because you never know if it will be safe for your baby! Contacting the insurance to report this office!

Mirella in particular was super helpful and answered any and all questions I had. I even received follow up texts after my services to make sure I was doing well, which I really appreciated after getting dental surgery. Negative experience: I left. They lied on the phone. I went to an same office Bright Now in So Corona that cancelled my appointment before I got there then told me to wait they would still see me and then after cleaning and X-rays and 2 hours said the dentist could not see me. So I went to the office in Eastvale hoping they could just share the info, see the dentist and be done. Nope. They said I would need to request xrays to my email then I could send them to them? Or they would need to take more X-rays. Who pays for that? Just give me your drivers license. I’ll take a photo copy- uh no. Not doing that. Cancel my appt please thanks. Seems super sus. I wouldn’t go here. A good dentist is so hard to find!

Negative experience: Wouldn’t recommend this place. Scheduled a dental check up and waited 2 1/2 hours when there was no one else in the lobby. The doctor was lounging in the reception area talking to the nurses. Scheduled another follow up appointment for two of my kids. They called me an hour prior to the scheduled appointment to reschedule. The second appointment they call me a day before and they stated that the doctor doesn’t do fills in the afternoon. I called the office to speak to the manager to expressed my concerns, and they stated they didn’t know when the manager would be back. They wouldn’t even give me a time or date. The receptionist are rude and unprofessional. I called twice to speak to the manager and they denied me. They said she was busy both times and wouldn’t provide a good callback time.

Fantastic experience: Ana on ortho team was absolutely amazing. She’s been nothing but a joy and super helpful since I’ve been working with her. She’s help me out with both of my braces plans and helped me with my budget. Definitely would recommend working with Ana in the future

Fantastic experience: Wonderful and very understanding of my urgent request to see the Dentist. I was having a toothache and spoke to someone who found availability to squeeze me in RIGHT AWAY. I was treated with respect also was able to get medication and an appointment with the specialist. They gave me a better understanding of my treatment made me feel calm and prepared me in a way where I would not have to worry so much about my upcoming procedure. The teams ability goes above and beyond also speaks a lot about their team leaders and their positive environment I recommend this place. 10/10

Negative experience: Took my daughter for her wisdom teeth to be removed. Got there at eight in the morning they ran her insurance and they told me that she was not eligible. I contacted her insurance company. They mentioned to me that she was eligible. Had to wait for Manager to get into the office so she can assist me, once Manager got into the office, she ran a eligibility and my daughter was eligible front desk receptionist girl was not running her insurance correctly. Had to wait over two hours for this issue. My daughter was finally seen and got her procedure done. Overall back office staff very nice the gentleman was very helpful

Negative experience: I would leave a zero if I could. Went in for X-rays and a cleaning. After waiting over 40 minutes for X-rays I was told I needed to get my crowns replaced. Was told I would need to sign off on quote before the cleaning. I waited another 30 just to be told the had just started working on the quote. I wound up leaving without my cleaning. This was a waste of my time

Negative experience: If Dr. Lewin wasn’t here, it would be zero stars. I really wish he had his own practice because he is amazing. The staff has zero communication skills! You literally have to babysit them and constantly follow up because they will not do what they say they will, they will not call you when they say they will so dont expect a call back. I have called numerous times get put on hold for 30+ minutes EVERY TIME and twice was hung up on while waiting on hold and never returned the call. Would’ve commuted and wasted my time going to appt today because they have constantly failed to communicate that my case has not came from the lab. It’s been 2 weeks but they don’t care cause it’s not for them. They knew this morning but did anyone call me to tell me what is going on, Nope ! They don’t care about you or your time. There is no sense of urgency to do anything you just sit and wait. Unbelievable and I thought it couldn’t get worse than the last dentist location the dr was at but I was wrong. If you have time to waste, this is the place for you. The front staff is rude and lazy, I asked a simple question to double check something with the dr and they sit there and repeat the same thing instead having slight customer service and taking 2 seconds to ask the dr a simple question.

Fantastic experience: I was treated very nicely at the bright now dental. The staff are very nice and warm and funny. Had a fun time being there as well as I had to get my teeth done. Try to remain calm because I’m getting my teeth done but anyway. The atmosphere was very nice. And the dentist Dr., especially was funny and the staff is funny too as well warm and friendly. I like that I think everyone should come to Bright Now Dental at Eastvale Corona for your check up for dental care.

Negative experience: Make an appointment and show up 15 minutes early only to wait for an hour and 20 minutes to receive any treatment. They take the time, they don't really care about you. Not the type of care you want. They will do or say anything to get more money out of you whether or not your insurance will cover it, strongly recommend searching somewhere else.

Negative experience: The longest wait ever even thought I had appointment. Waited more than one hour after my appointment time. When I ask them what’s taking so long didn’t even care at all. I got up and left literally five minutes from this boring place to the nicer area which is Gateway Dental Group—trust me they will be happy to serve you there. NO excitement whatsoever from The front desk teams. They are rude !! I wouldn’t not advise anyone to visit this place. Im gave them one start because they actually showed up to work.

Negative experience: Don’t go here! I got my gum treated but didn’t work well so the Dentist redid my treatments again and it still didn’t improve. My gum is still low and thin and I paid more than $2500 for getting it worse. He made my bite is now off. I also got an extra bill after I paid so much money for NOT getting my gum better. Worse dentist!

Negative experience: Third time here for my kids. Everytime we have been here, for cleaning, exams. It's hours. We just walked out. They took my son back 35 minutes after his appointment time to do x rays. That was after I asked if he was going to be seen soon. He sat there for another half hour waiting for the cleaning. I told him if after a half hour to walk out, we were leaving. So we did. We are finding a new dentist

Negative experience: There is a reason this place has so many bad reviews. Absolutely terrible customer service , every single person at the front desk is rude, including RAY and all of the ladies up front . They do not want to help you AT ALL. You can’t expect anything less when the manager Mirella is very rude herself , so of course the rest of the team will follow her lead. I have witnessed them be rude to multiple people. I got a temporary crown put in , and I have never been in this much pain EVER in regards to my mouth. I didn’t even have this much pain before going in ! When the assistant was putting the crown in she was struggling and it took her multiple attempts just to get the crown on . The temporary crown is obviously to big so air and liquids are getting underneath, they refused to give me a new temporary crown and said I have to wait weeks until the final comes in. This is only 1 of the many problems I have experienced with them. It truly has been a nightmare, terrible service, and they don’t communicate at all within the office . They have had me come in multiple times, wait over an hour and do NOTHING then proceed to ask me to come back . Do not waist your time here . The one and only reason I went there was for Dr. HAMEED, she is amazing.

Negative experience: Wisdom tooth removal scheduled at this place, fasted, they did another x-ray, waited 2 hours to see the surgeon just to let me know that I have to get 3d scans from somewhere else. I wish they had a better process or utilized everyone's time better

Negative experience: I've never had a decent experience here. This is the worst dentist I have ever been to, please do yourself a favor and do not waste your time coming here. It's like they have a policy that allows them to only see you within a minimum of 40 minutes after your appointment time. I've been rescheduled the past two times, both within minutes of my appointments. Also, my sister had an appointment and was told that someone who was over the age of 21 had to accompany her because she's a minor, so once we showed up they said that they couldn't see her because she has to be with a parent when that was not what they told us before the fact. I will never come to this terrible place again!

Negative experience: This is the worst Dental Office I have ever been to, please do not go here. They're surper expensive for mediocre services, and when I asked for an explanation of pricingThey couldn't give me a straight answer in fact the lady at the front told me that she she gave me a print out of all services that were done (which I never got) For the x-rays, an exam, and for a crown prep they charged my insurance $2,825. I went in with a chipped tooth, no pain and I walk out with the worst tooth pain I have ever felt I my life. PLEASE save your self the trouble. DO NOT GO HERE!!! P.S I took 5 hours

Negative experience: DO NOT COME HERE!!! I’ll change my clinic after this visit. I did the teeth filling on 01/22/22, my teeth were not hurt until did the teeth filling here. I came to adjust the leveling 3 times, but after almost 4 month they are still hurt. I cannot bite on my left side teeth. 4 months passed, I have braces plan, I don’t know how long time I need to wait, so I took my braces. And the doctor blamed me why I’m not come back to level with her (what the?). Do not blame your patient if she’s hurt after you filled the teeth, thank you! Also, my appointment is at 8:00 AM, I set the early appointment because I have things to do later. But the doctor came to me at 9 AM. What’s the point for making the appointment 1 hr ahead??? Why waste the time of my weekend morning

Negative experience: Thought this to be at least one of those average place for getting some generic dental care. The care is good, but the billing doesn't work well with my insurance (AETNA). If you use this insurance and go here, the estimate is not accurate and be prepared to be overbilled even after getting and estimate. I got an insurance denial bill from this dental office after 4 months of service and got charged again even after making sure to make full payment on the date of the service.

Negative experience: This dental is unbelievably unprofessional. My brother had an appointment today at 7am, after my brother and I took a leave for his uni and my work and drove all the way to the dental, they did NOT open! They didn't even have a staff inside! We called the Bright Now Dental Emergency line, and the center told us our appointment has been moved to another date!!! WITHOUT informing us!!! After we made all the arrangement for this appointment, and they just changed our appointment WITHOUT telling us??? NO mail, NO email and NO texts! Such a waste of our times and we have to take another leave bcoz of it... Just SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL!

Negative experience: Look at all the bad reviews! The place deserves it. We had an appointment at 2pm. We were on time and still waiting after half hour! And their bathroom is run out of soap. When I asked them for soap, the lady just told me to use hand hand sanitizer!!! How ridiculous!! It's covid time, we didn't get to wash our hands after using the bathroom!! This is just insane! Please try to avoid this place. We had to wait for 1.5 hours!!!Was so long and boring.‍

Negative experience: I have 2 stories... my 12 (now 13) year old daughter was wondering about her braces so we booked an appointment to get a consultation. Everything was well, but once we got her x-rays the dentist told us that she had and IMPACTED TOOTH! And she needed surgery to extract it. The tooth had to have been like that (impacted) for a while, it seems highly likely that they have seen the tooth before in the x-rays! They chose now to tell us! After that, I decided not to take her there anymore. My most recent story is, today, my youngest was having a toothache. I took her to brightnow, because it is the closest to my house. We got there, waited an hour, and then were told that the x-ray machine was broken. They sent us to a different brightbow that is on hamnener, we were told to go there, AND COME BACK! We got the x-rays, and came back to this office. Then we were told to go back to the hamner office and have THEM check her tooth. Because while we were gone the dentist had left. So we went back to hamner and waited another hour for them to check her tooth and send us home with antibiotics. There was also a time when my daughter went in for a cavity to be filled, the dentist didn't wait for her mouth to completely numb and STARTED THE WORK when she could still feel it, on top of that, she couldn't open her mouth properly for a week because when they were working they cut her mouth in the corner. Not great experiences. Not to mention the disorganization on several occasions.

Negative experience: This is the second bad experience I’ve had with them. Came in for a “scheduled appointment” because my band broke for my braces. I was waiting for about an hour when I asked if they knew how much longer it was going to take. The way the staff talks to you is so unprofessional. They started saying how these other patients have had their appointment for over a month and I’m an emergency walk in so I have to wait. Their attitude is just so condescending. When I called for this the office told me they would schedule me an appointment so I’m confused on why they kept saying I was an emergency walk in and had to wait much longer. Definitely cannot wait to be done with treatment with them.

Fantastic experience: After a negative experience with a different Bright Now location, I decided to try this location in Eastvale. My experience was wonderful! The staff here are all courteous and very professional. Carolina Valencia, the dental hygienist, is amazing! She definitely cares about her patients oral health. She ensured that I was doing well and went quick so that I would not experience much pain throughout the cleaning process. There is also another nice lady with long hair at the office whose name I do not remember. But, she is very helpful and kind as well. Carolina and her are the sweetest and I definitely recommended others to visit this location! Overall, they go above and beyond for their patients here!

Negative experience: Nobody explained to me how long the wait would be or the process in which appointments work. I showed up for my 9am appointment, had X-rays done and the dentist recommended cleaning. Great. 1.5 hrs later, I’m STILL sitting in the chair waiting for my cleaning. The staff who pass by assure me that the hygienist will be with me “shortly.” Finally, at 11:40am (almost 3hrs into my appointment), the hygienist comes over and explains that she’s finally ready for me and that cleaning will take an additional HOUR!! She explained that a separate appointment needs to be made for cleaning bc she has her own patients to attend to, and since I am a new patient, I was considered an “add-on” to her already busy schedule. I’ve never had this experience with prior dentists before where I have to make a separate appointment with the hygienist on top of being seen by the dentist. I can understand that every dentist office has a different process, but nobody ever bothered to explain this to me!! What an utter waste of my time. After already waiting almost 3hrs, I was DONE. I declined the cleaning and left, and I doubt I will return.

Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience at Bright Now Dental the team is awsome from the front desk to the dentist and dental assistant. They have amazing customer service awsome job keep up the great work. I will continue to refer people to them again great experience.

Negative experience: Place is unorganized. Don't waste your time. Had appointment to pick up night guard. Showed up and they said they didn't have it (which order was already put in two weeks ago). No system of checks and balances. No call to give the customer a notice of saying item wasn't in and appointment needed to be reschedule. But waited till you got there to tell you this. Wasted time is the worst. Fix your issues.

Positive experience: I had an appointment for 10:10 am and sat in the waiting room for over 30 minutes. It is not ideal to schedule someone for a specific time and then just have them wait to be checked in. The place is great but they need better scheduling and or staff to be on top of appointment times.

Negative experience: If you can choose a different facility please do. I went in for a 3PM appointment w/ SmileDirectClub (I’ve experienced several issues with the company since I started my treatment). I guess they were either short staffed or just running behind, and I was not seen until 4PM. The technician who did my 3D scans went super quick, I was barely able to ask any questions. The chair I was sitting in did not have a headrest so I had to crane my neck back as my scans were being done. It was very uncomfortable and painful. The whole process felt very rushed and I left without getting enough information about the next steps of the process. I wish I had gone somewhere else.

Negative experience: My appointment was at 8:00am only the employees and I were waiting outside until the person with the keys arrived. Upon arriving she did not bother with a good morning or sorry to keep you waiting we'll get you taken care of she just rudely said to fill out the COVID form and told us, that were there on time to, "get our masks on". This is not the first time this place has had rude staff address me. Not only do they always run late on top of it the staff is rude. Really when you have an appointment, it is just a round about time not an actual appointment. It is unfortunate they have a good hygienist and Dentist. I am currently looking for a new place to take my business.

Negative experience: It was my first time bringing my son to get some work done his appointment was at 9 am we weren’t seen till 11:30 I wasn’t aware they needed information from another bright now dental office I wasn’t told till 9:45 that they had emailed them and called and were waiting I wasn’t sure if we were even going to be seen the receptionist weren’t very helpful they talked a lot among themselves the dentist takes awhile bringing people in the back to be worked on. I brought my son the next week to finish his dental work and we show up at 8:50 am for our 9 o’clock appointment and we here we are still waiting an hour later before he gets called back the receptionist need to get there act together when it comes to insurance I figure they would have everything done prior to the costumer coming in I will not be retuning to bright dental. This is bright now dental on lemonite in eastvale.

Negative experience: This place is very sketchy! Believe me, stay away until they change their ways. First, they always schedule you in a way where you will wait for at least 1.5 hours, just sitting there....each and every time (all the reviews say the same thing). Second, it just seems like they do what they can to milk your insurance (most reviews say the same thing). Third, if you have cheap insurance, they'll treat you like a 2nd class citizen. Fourth, once they see that you're not happy with their service and voice your opinion, your dental treatments will become much more painful. Wow!!

Fantastic experience: My daughter's and I had the best experience anyone visiting a dental office can have . The Dr was clear with options for treatment necessary, not aggressive or pushy. The hygienist was the absolute best . Definitely getting my family's exam and treatments done here.

Negative experience: What a horrible please. They make my mother wait for 2 hrs her appointment was at 4 we came at 3:45 . Finally they see her at 5 and then she needs an extraction they don't want to do it. They want to put a crown she's doesn't need it or want it. This people just wants the money money money

Negative experience: I have had a lot of issues with Bright Now dental and called their corporate office and filed a complaint with them. No one has contacted me at all. If you’re looking for a dentist I would not recommend them at all. Find another dental office. My complaint is not the dentist at all. I actually liked the dentist.

Negative experience: We have been coming to bright now dents for 5-6 years. We were going to switch dentist but then Dr. Hameed was very good so we stayed. But in these years this clinic does no improvement. We kept coming for Dr. hameed but the wait time is never less than an hour which I understand that people need to get treatments. This last time we were told to come in at 8 am, the first appointment of the day so that we can be done first. We got here at 7:55 am. And behind us was another kid who had 8 am appointment. They called my 7 year old first in less tha 20 minutes. I was told to leave my 12 year old son in the lobby as they were going to call him in few minutes. My daughter got her cleaning done. We came back out and my son was still waiting we waited for an hour. When I asked they said for kids dentist they have to finish the treatment and wait for the kid which I understand too. But why do they have to make two 8 o'clock appointments if they can't get in both patients at 8. Dental treatments are long. Why have another kid come here and wait for an hour. And after they called my son in , I was told to wait in the lobby so it's not that They were waiting for me to start his treatment. Why make 2 appointments at 8 when you can only treat one patient at 8. I know it's for the money. It's all about money and no empathy for the kids. This place just don't care for their patients. Dr. Hameed is awesome, dental hygienist is awesome. Other than that there is nothing good about this clinic. We won't be coming here anymore after 6 years as this clinic has no improvement. We are done with bright now dental!

Fantastic experience: The wait wasn’t long, the system did go down so we were waiting for processing for awhile but everyone was so nice! They made us feel comfortable and they walked us through everything. Especially love how they go over your costs before they just do them and charge you for it later lol.

Negative experience: BEWARE: This place is a really sketchy and scammy and the people running it are ruthless money hungry scums. A few years ago my dad who isnt the best at english (as spanish is his 1st language) brought me here when I was like 10. These dentists tricked him into what my procedure would be and performed extractions on me my dad was unaware about. They hide it all within their “terms of service” to prevent themselves from being in legal trouble . They try to mislead you about teeth problems you don’t actually have. THEY TRICK YOU TO GET PROCEDURES U DONT NEED. STAY AWAY!!

Negative experience: The wait is too long. I waited an hour to be seen despite having an appointment. The x-rays were quick but then I was seated, waited 25 minutes for the manager to tell me that they didn't have a hygienist on staff that day. So they couldn't clean my teeth. I have to return. I'm so frustrated. They wasted so much of my time. They need to be more efficient.
