Fantastic experience: I've had multiple procedures done here and I've always had a good experience. Dr. Sherry and Dr. Siddiqui are kind, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, excellent at their jobs. The other staff such as Jennifer at the front desk, the techs Sierra and Raul, and the hygienists are all very professional and kind as well. Highly recommend this clinic if you need any dental work done.

I came in for my first appointment worried I'd get pushed for additional services that I did not need, but was relieved to get treated with respect and no upselling. Fantastic experience: Nobody loves going to the dentist, but they make it pleasant! The whole experience is smooth, efficient, and positive. The front desk team really set the tone for the visit. Nataly, Rene, and Jen are friendly and helpful. I’ve been seeing both the dentist and the periodontist. They’re both great and experienced. I was nervous but they walked me through every step and made sure I was doing okay during deep cleanings and oral surgeries. I highly recommend this dental office.

Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to a dentist in a long time and it’s because I was scared. But Dr. Park, Christina, and Jen helped me go through with the process smoothly. Everyone was very nice and informative and very professional! I highly recommend this dentist and I’m happy with my results!

Negative experience: Update: I went to a different dentist because the crown I received at the Chino location recently broke. I learned that my “permanent” crown was actually very much like a temporary one, meaning it was soft and had no ridges. I’m really disappointed to hear this because I recall paying a lot of money for what I was told was a permanent crown. Beware if you’re thinking of coming to this location for a crown placement. :( I’m glad to have this dental office nearby, everyone’s been super kind and helpful. I’ve seen Dr. Qureshi for my crown placement and Christina for cleaning — both have been great at making me feel comfortable during my visits.

Fantastic experience: So far, our experience has been very positive. Everyone at the office is kind, welcoming, and makes both my husband and me feel very comfortable. Jennifer, Stephanie, Christina, &Natalie has been especially helpful throughout the process, and we really appreciate all of the time and care we’ve received so far. All the doctors are fantastic. We’re looking forward to continuing treatment here.

Negative experience: What waste of time. First off, I waited 45 minutes in the lobby to be seen after arriving on time. Someone showed up 40 minutes after me and was seen right away. Finally, they take me to do X rays. Then into another room where they try to sell me on some laser treatment for $500. Only to inform me that I CANNOT do my cleaning today. I have to come back and do “half” a cleaning one day and “half” a cleaning on another appointment. Never in my life have I gone to a dentist where I didn’t get my cleaning same day - let alone having to get 3 appointments done just to get my cleaning!!! Not to mention that cleanings are FREE with my insurance so they must be adding some additional hidden service that costs me $54. Needless to say my family and I will not be going back here. I would rather drive all the way back to Irvine for the dentist I have been seeing for years… buyer beware!!

Fantastic experience: I had a somewhat urgent situation where a large filling fell out, and the office was extremely accommodating in getting me in quickly to see Dr. Park. From the beginning, I appreciated that they never pressured me regarding treatment or pricing. Everything was discussed openly and honestly, and the pricing felt fair for the quality of care provided. Jennifer, who works at the front desk, was especially understanding, professional, and compassionate regarding my budget and concerns. She took the time to work with me and helped make sure the treatment plan was comprehensive and focused on what genuinely needed to be done overall, rather than pushing unnecessary procedures. Her communication and kindness really stood out. Dr. Park has an excellent hand — I honestly barely felt the anesthetic injection at all. He was very informative throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and had a very enthusiastic, lighthearted personality that made the experience much less stressful. The overall office atmosphere is great as well — modern design, advanced technology, and very efficient. They were even able to make my zirconia crown the same day within about an hour, which was incredibly convenient. The cleaning done by the dental hygienist Sabrina was also excellent and very thorough. She took her time, made sure all my concerns were addressed, and never made me feel rushed. I also want to mention one of the male technicians (I unfortunately forgot his name) who helped with the X-rays and assisted throughout the office. He was very friendly, pleasant, efficient, and clearly worked very hard helping both the staff and patients. Overall, fair pricing, great quality work, excellent staff, and a very positive experience — especially regarding the crown work and overall dental care. Highly recommend this office.

Hadn’t been to the dentist in a while and they made sure to get me a full checkup quickly and efficiently between Dr. Sherry and Dr. Sabrina! Sam always made sure to check up on me and make sure I was comfortable/aware of what was going on during the entire process. Fantastic experience: I've had bad experiences in the past with dentist's but this dentist is not one of them. Jen in the front office was extremely helpful and lind with figuring out the financials, Dr Sherry was super kind and informative when helping me build my plan of action, Bryan helped with my temporary and made sure I was comfortable the whole way through, Samantha made me feel welcomed and calmed any nervousness I had. While Jasmine was extremely helpful and considerate while work was being done on me and the hygienist Sabrina helped explain everything in a simple way and gave great tips on how to stay on top of everything. I would recommend if you have any dental anxieties as this everyone here truly seems to care about your well being and just wants the best for you.

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist is never fun. However I wanted to take the time to say how happy I am with the services provided by this dental office. Had a deep cleaning and laser treatment with Dental hygienist Sabrina. She made what usually isn’t the greatest experience a good one. Very informative, cared to offer advice and just all around great example of someone who takes the time to care about the job they do. Would absolutely recommend asking for her especially if you’re not a fan of dental procedures. Thank you for making something I don’t care for much not bad at all.

Fantastic experience: I went in today for a crown with Dr. Sherry and her dental assistant was Sierra and I couldn’t have been more pleased with them. Since being in a dental chair is my biggest fear they were so understanding and patient with me they took the time and care to explain the whole process as they went through the procedure. Always asking if I was ok and if I needed a break. This has got to be one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. Hands down these 2 ladies gave me the best service ever. Dr. Sherry has the best bed side manner thank you again. Sierra is a perfectionist at her craft she takes her time to make sure that you leave with a crown that fits and feels like your natural tooth. I couldn’t have asked for a better dental assistant. These 2 make a great team together.

Negative experience: Corporate dentistry chain that focuses more on selling procedures than recommending what’s actually needed. Salespeople with a dental license. Highly recommend getting a second opinion. Waited 40 min before they brought me in even though I was on time - I literally started dozing off in the waiting room. They told me I had 4 cavities that needed to be filled right away and that I had significant bone loss which would require a laser deep cleaning to help prevent it from getting a worse. A laser which costs $500!! Went somewhere else and they confirmed I have no cavities and my gums/bone were fine.

Fantastic experience: Would give this dentist office a 10 star:: Jasmine and Bryan, were outstanding, felt at ease immediately, from x rays by Jasmine to the temporary crown with Bryan, a perfect mix of kindness and professionalism. Dr. Justin, I saw on the Delta dental listing that he has 5 out of 5 stars, and he deserves all of those stars . Regretfully, I had to have some serious dental work done and it was 85 percent completed in one day, minus the healing time for a permanent crown .. Dr Justin was kind, explained everything I needed and was not judgy or down talking , as so many dentist can be. He's truly a 10 star. Most definitely a outstanding dentist office with all of the staff friendly and personable.

Fantastic experience: So happy to have this dental office opened in the Preserve in Chino. I walked in quite late, after ending my day at work with a toothache. I wasn’t expecting to be seen. Hopeful for an early appointment. Dr Soryal and staff ended up staying late to provide urgent dental care as I was the last to leave the office. Everyone was nice and prompt to provide much needed relief of a painful toothache. I’m not a fan of going to the dentist like most people but avoiding a visit wasn’t my best decision. The Doctor and her assistant Samantha were genuinely supportive and understanding. They made every efforts to make my initial visit and subsequent visits as comfortable as possible showing deep dental and mental health care. Olivia at the front desk even made a personal connection with me, mentioning that I reminded her of her cousin such a small moment that meant so much and immediately made me feel comfortable. WOW to Bryan!!! He administered my X-rays and completely set the tone for my entire visit. I truly cannot thank him enough. He talked me through every step, reassured me, and told me he would be with me throughout the process. For someone with dental anxiety, that meant everything. His patience, calm energy, and kindness made all the difference. Sabrina, the hygienist another WOW! She was so informative, gentle, and incredibly patient. She explained everything clearly and made the process feel manageable instead of overwhelming. And Dr. Sherry WOW AGAIN! She was understanding, compassionate, and genuinely cared about my comfort. Fantastic experience: Best dentist ever! From the front desk to the Dr., it's top tier. My hygienist Sabrina was amazing. Very gentle and did a great job.

Negative experience: This is kinda long, but it's my whole first experience. My wife referred me here because she has enjoyed her experience so far. I had an appointment at 9:30am. I arrived on time and checked in. I wasn't called in until about 10:00-10:05am. From there, they took about 20 or so minutes to complete my xrays and another scan. Then I was eventually taken to my room where I was left there for an extensive period of time before the dentist finally came in. I would say in total, I probably had about 5-8 minutes of face-to-face time with him that was broken up into two segments. After the first one, he disappeared for probably 20 or so minutes and eventually returned. And then he left and never saw him again. I knew I would need a deep cleaning at the very least since it's been a minute since I've been to the dentist. But then I was told I needed my wisdom teeth removed, a root canal, and a crown placed on my tooth next to one of the wisdom teeth. Felt like it was a bit extreme since I wasn't given much time for discussion with Dr. Park. The dentist only discussed my bottom wisdom teeth and nothing else. When they brought the paperwork to discuss payment, it was going to cost me a WHOPPING ~$2500 to have 4 wisdom teeth removed, root canal, and a crown in the future. And that's with PPO insurance. I told them that the dentist only mentioned the bottom wisdom teeth and my top ones were never even mentioned in our conversation or something that was of concern. She went and confirmed and came back saying that it was for all 4 wisdom teeth. The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was okay. She claimed i had periodontal disease and that is why my gums hurt when she poked them with a sharp hook. Can't be that i was being poked with a metal hook, i guess? I wasn't too ecstatic about the dentist's rushed approach and throwing all these treatments at me with proper discussion. I had a dentist several years ago tell me that I had 5 cavities. After a 2nd opinion, I was told I didn't have any cavities and I had healthy teeth at the time. So I've always been suspicious of dentists ever since. At then end of the day, they make a profit off of the work they do and more work means more money. I was scheduled to be at the dentist for 90 minutes (9:30-11am). I was there for 3.5 hours and didn't leave until 1:00pm. All for xrays, 5-8 minutes with the dentist, and a deep cleaning. I'm more than likely going to get a second opinion and do some of my own research.

Fantastic experience: Five Stars to Sabrina Delhoyo, the best Hygienist in Chino, California! She is friendly, loves what she does, and my teeth haven't felt so good in a long time! I'm looking forward to my next appointment at the Dentists of Chino Preserve. The office staff is top-notch! At my first appointment, they took dental X-rays to provide me with an estimate for dentures and dental implants. Everything was done via state-of-the-art technologies. She had walked me through the process before the treatment and during treatment. She was gentle, amazing, and so kind. DR. Qureshi answered all my questions. I knew that tool was being used. Fantastic experience: I would like to start by saying that I was very pleased with the front office ladies they were very welcoming. My information was taken down as soon as I got into the office and they assured me that I had made the right choice of dental office. The doctors are also very nice and welcoming, and I can tell that they only want what’s best for my dental health and they aren’t trying to just make a quick buck. I like that they had a little coffee station. I hadn’t had my morning coffee so I did have some coffee.

Fantastic experience: One of the most impressive things about my visit was the level of respect shown for my time. Literally one minute past my scheduled appointment, I received an update. That has never happened to me before in the medical or dental industry, and it immediately set the tone that this office values its patients. Everyone on the team was kind and welcoming. The new manager is excellent—she has a great handle on keeping the flow of appointments running smoothly. The dentist is very informative and takes the time to explain what she’s about to do before beginning any work, which really put me at ease. The x-ray technician deserves a special mention—he is personable, warm, and genuinely interested in the patients. He has a natural way of making you feel comfortable and cared for. From start to finish, this office exceeded my expectations. Professional, respectful, and patient-focused—I couldn’t ask for a better dental experience.

Negative experience: The experience was highly unsatisfactory. Following a consultation regarding payment options, specifically whether to await an insurance check or remit payment directly, I was advised to defer payment. Subsequently, and without prior notification, the account was referred to collections. This action is perplexing, as it appears to disregard standard business practices of customer communication. I will not be utilizing their services in the future and will not recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Could not recommend this dental office more! I had the best experience with a deep cleaning by Jasmine, she was very thourough, detailed and super friendly! Dr. Quershi treated me for a crown I needed and was excellent in her level of care down to explaining every step. She made sure I was happy before anything was made permanent. I appreciate the friendly service at the front desk as well. My whole family comes here and we have had nothing but great experiences so far.

Fantastic experience: It had been years since I last visited the dentist, ever since before the shutdown. I was honestly afraid of what I might hear when I finally went back. Making an appointment with Dr. Qureshi turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made. Between her and Sabrina the hygienist, who scaled my teeth and made it as comfortable as possible, I felt completely at ease. Sandra and Janet at the front desk were also very welcoming. I feel comfortable here, plan to keep coming back, and even recommended my mom to make an appointment.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time heading down to Chino preserve and my previous dentist in Ontario set the bar high but clearly I didn’t know what the bar was until Sabrina, The dental hygienist set it higher. She was amazing super courteous and very understanding unfortunately, I’m one of those who ask a lot of questions and she answered them all with a great amount of patience.
