Fantastic experience: I have had a lot of trauma when it comes to dental work so I was very hesitant to get checked out, but I am so glad I found Dr. Chung!!! He has helped me so much with my dental care and always prioritizes your comfort. The entire office staff are so welcoming and really helpful! I’m glad I found my forever dentist!

Negative experience: Called to make an appointment! Asked if they take my insurance. Confirmed yes! Called me back a few hours later to confirm appointment! Tried calling me 2 days later! Failed to leave a voicemail why the call! Went to my appointment and was told then that they don’t take my insurance! I live in Riverside and this place is in Fontana! What a waste of my time and gas! Lousy customer service!

Fantastic experience: Love Dr. Ricky and the whole team! Everyone is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable right away. They always take great care of me and my family, which means a lot. I usually get nervous going to the dentist, but they’re really gentle and explain everything so you know what’s going on. The office is clean, the staff is awesome and welcoming, and I never feel rushed. Definitely the best dental experience I’ve had highly recommend!

After vetting a few dentists, Dr Chung’s honesty and transparency are what made me choose his office. I trusted him and the process from start to finish, and the results exceeded my expectations. I love my new smile! Fantastic experience: I've been going to Palm Court Dental now for over a year after leaving a larger dental office in Rancho Cucamonga. I was referred to Palm Court by an acquaintance and I absolutely love Palm Court Dental.. Dr Chung to me is one of the best dentist I have been to in decades. He is honest and thorough. He will give you options of your treatment not just tell you that you have to do something. I have grown to highly respect him and trust his opinion and his suggestions. Mind you this comes from somebody who does not like to go to the dentist and I do not have dental insurance, and I feel that he is very fair priced for cash patients. He wants everybody to be able to get the help the need to take care of their oral hygiene.. Jennifer, his hygienist is also amazing. Tell her what you require for comfort and she will do everything she can to assist in your needs.

Fantastic experience: As soon as I walked into Palm Court Dental I was impressed. The office was beautiful and clean. I was greeted by staff. I normally have alot of anxiety when I go to the dentist. Dr. Chung and his staff made my visit anxiety free. I had an existing crown removed, several fillings and a new crown put on. Dr. Chung walked me through the entire process step by step. He was so gentle and he eased my anxiety. Not to mention the equipment they use is state of the art. He took pictures of the work he was doing from start to finish and when we were done he showed me them. I would highly recommend Palm Court Dental. Oh and they didn't double book me like my previous dentist. Dr. Chung didn't leave my side the entire time!

I first came in with a broken tooth and could barely talk from the pain; the amazing team here took care of me immediately. After that, they had a permanent patient! I hadn’t been to the dentist in years and Dr. Ricky created a treatment plan and offered a payment plan that worked amazingly for me. I used to be really anxious anytime I would go to a dentist because of previous bad experiences but not here! I also got my Invisalign here and I love my smile! It was immediately apparent their goal, the front & back office staff was to accommodate me efficiently with all my needs. Alicia represented the front office Andrea, the back. She immediately took me back upon arrival & whose goal was to always make my comfort a priority, while performing tasks & assisting the Dr. All were professional, knowledgeable, & skilled at their jobs. The office technology is State of the Art. Everything was performed with a comfort & an ease while I was amazed & impressed. Dr Chung’s level of proficiency made the entire multi procedural experience painless & quick. It became obvious he was highly skilled from administering numbing injections to performing all of the work we had discussed & he had completed. He has a great rapport with his patients & a very gentle touch. My years of grinding & clenching my teeth during sleep, stress & anxiety had caused many areas of damage, stress fractures & wearing down of my teeth in size. I expressed I wanted to get as much accomplished as I could in each visit. They were happy to accommodate my request. I had 6 fillings completed my 1st visit along with my silver fillings replaced with white. I was nervous to commit to porcelain veneers which I decided to do 6 of my top front teeth. They restored my smile to its beautiful natural state, also replaced a crown (made while in office) whitened my teeth & fitted me for a mouth guard. I was apprehensive because in the past each dentist office I visited made & charged me for mouth guards $300 or more None ever fit me comfortably & I was never able to wear them through the night thus causing the years of damage to my teeth. I am happy to say this mouth guard fits like a glove & I have been successfully wearing it every night. I can honestly say if you choose Dr Chung as your dentist you will not be disappointed. I mean if you really don't need work done he will tell you that where most other dentist will "find" something that needs to be done just because you have insurance. No kidding our old dentist seemed to find something we needed as long as we had more insurance dollars they could bill. Dr. Chung is also so very kind and gentle. We will not go anywhere else as long as he is practicing!
