The doctor was helpful gave me alot of information. I have not been to a dentist were things were thoroughly explained and patient.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a cleaning and laser treatment done here at trio dental care and it was amazing to say the least. As someone who has gone to numerous dentists and never truly found one that stuck with me I can confidently say I’ve found the place for me. The atmosphere of the office was very clean and calm which was prevalent as soon as I walked through the door. The front desk staff was very accommodating with Cynthia being very clear with anything regarding finances and scheduling. It all felt like everything was for my best interest in the end. My hygienist Nouf was very gentle and welcoming throughout my entire appointment as she constantly checked in on how I was and talked me through the entire process. As someone who gets highly anxious with dentists, she helped me stay calm and comfortable the whole time. After the appointment I felt like she did a very thorough job cleaning my teeth and can already tell I’m in good hands. Overall, the care I received here was nothing I’ve ever experienced before and i definitely can recommend others to come here as well. If you’re worried about finding a good reliable dentist then this one is the one.

Fantastic experience: Trio Dental clinic is one of my favorite places to be. I personally don’t like goin to the dentist, however, Dr Bassam and his staff changed my mind completely. They’re very kind professional and welcoming. I visited Dr Bassam couple years ago at a different office and was impressed by his incredible work! As soon as I knew he is in a new office, I had to follow him. Dr Bassam is very honest and gentle, and will only tell you what you truly need. The Hygienist Nouf did a great job, she made sure that I was okay throughout the whole process and worked extra hard to remove any stains I had on my teeth.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at my latest appointment thanks to Nouf and Emily. This was my second time receiving care here, and it was just as excellent as the first. They are an incredible team, and I really appreciated how thorough they were with the cleaning while remaining completely gentle. They both took the time to answer my questions and made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. It’s hard to find dental hygienists who are this skilled and personable at the same time. The care I received from Nouf was exceptional. She is now my go-to for cleanings, and I won’t be going to anyone else.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a dental deep cleaning with my hygienist, Nouf, and it was a great experience. She was very professional, gentle, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Nouf explained each step of the deep cleaning process clearly, which helped ease any nervousness I had. She was very thorough while cleaning below the gumline and removing plaque and tartar buildup. Even though deep cleanings can sometimes feel uncomfortable, Nouf was very careful and constantly checked to make sure I was doing okay. After the appointment, my teeth felt incredibly clean and my gums already felt healthier. Nouf also gave me helpful advice on how to maintain better oral hygiene at home to keep my gums in good shape. Overall, I’m very happy with the care I received. Nouf did an excellent job, and I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a dental deep cleaning.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Trio Dental Care for a regular check-up for the first time. The staff were all nice, smiling, and friendly; starting from the receptionist, Cynthia. The dental assistant, Abby did a very good job in taking x-rays for my teeth. She did not need to do any re-do, because all the x-rays she took were good. She was very courteous and made me feel comfortable during the process. Jennifer was very professional, kind, and made sure I was comfortable the entire exam time. She explained the process clearly and she was very gentle. Then I had to have deep cleaning for all my teeth. The registered dental hygienist, Nouf, did an excellent work in cleaning my teeth. She suggested to numb me, but I said I can tolerate the pain, and that I will let her know if I need to be numbed. She did very well, and the pain I experienced was normal. Then, Dr. Bashar Fargo checked my teeth, an. d he listened carefully to every concern I had about my teeth, and answered my questions in a very professional manner, and with simple words that made me understand. The office itself is really nice and clean. The dental chair was very comfortable. There was a big TV-Screen in front of me, which showed the x-rays of my teeth, and both Dr. Bashar the dentist, and Nouf, the dental hygienist were using to tell me the condition of my teeth, and what needs to be done. They also have a machine that takes digital photos of teeth, which the dental assistant Katia used to take 2D photo of a fractured tooth that I have for insurance authorization purposes. I will certainly make Trio Dental Care my dental clinic that I will keep coming to for treatments and any concerns I may have, and I am recommending it to my friends who need to see a dentist.

Fantastic experience: I got a tooth canal done by Dr. Bashar and it was painless! The assistant Francis was so helpful to me during the procedure. Nouf did my cleaning and I had the best experience as well. I cannot recommend this office enough!

I've had amazing care since and now continued with Nouf! She's amazing and made me feel so good about my overall up keep.I've had great care in the past here and I've strived to keep that up. Her and the other assistant(I didn't catch her name) were lovely. They made it known that my teeth are pretty and look good! It been a struggle, you know life and all. It's the little things that help keep us going and I appreciate them saying that. Nouf was thorough with me and so sweet, I can't wait to see her again in 3 months! Thank you to the entire staff! Negative experience: They need to care more for patients with Medical insurance low income right away they want you to apply for finance because they don’t want to deal with medical.

Ashley took my X-rays and assisted Dr. Bassam with fillings, she was kind, friendly, and made me feel comfortable. The hygienist, Nouf, and her assistant, took their time with my deep cleaning. Nouf knew I was anxious about getting the numbing injections and she took extra time to numb the areas with topical numbing gel before injecting me. This was the first time I have been to the dentist that I did not feel the injection. Thank you so much Dr. Bassam for your kindness, taking your time with me, and for having such a wonderful staff! Fantastic experience: I recently moved to the IE and had some bad experiences trying to find a Dentist office that I liked. My first visit here was last year and I just had my 2nd visit. This is definitely the place I will stay at. I feel at home here! The staff is so welcoming and helpful! I appreciate that they play Christian music. I also appreciate my hygienist Noafie. (I think I might have spelled her name wrong. Sorry!) I loved that she explained everything and what was going to happen through the visit. Thank you Trio Dental! Fantastic experience: If you're like me and hate the dentist then you need to read this reveiw 3 yrs ago I lost my filling then my teeth I needed implants I read an ad that trio dental care will find you for implants well they do so I got 2 implants Dr. Bassam Fargois very fast and does an excellent job with no pain and his staff are all knowledgeable and friendly so don't be afraid to go to the dentist that's only if you go to trio dental care you will love your results I do look at my teeth can you tell I have 2 implants and the rest are caps?

Fantastic experience: During my Visit. I was given a cleaning by Rosario, prior to that. She was able to do my deep cleaning, and she did an amazing job. Rosario was so sweet, understanding, and patient with me. She let me know everything that I had to do in order to keep my teeth healthy. She gave me so many tips on brushing and flossing. I felt so comfortable, and seen throughout my visit! At the end of my visit, I was directed to the front desk to schedule my next appointment. I felt no pain and before I knew it the procedure was complete. I've never experienced such a smooth, painless and pleasant procedure. Definately recommend! Also Rosario has always done my cleanings and she amazing! She has always taken her time to explain to me what she sees and recommend me products to make my cleaning routine better.
