Fantastic experience: today was my first visit. I was able to get an appointment quickly. The office was clean. The staff were very nice and greeted me with warmth and made me feel very comfortable, even offering a blanket when that I said I was cold. The staff members were very professional and knowledgeable, and they were very conscious of my comfort at all times I would recommend this office. And their staff, I have additional work to do there as I’ve only had the full exam consultation and half of my cleaning

They took time to understand my anxieties about going to the dentist and always confirm I’m comfortable before beginning appointment. Southridge dental never made me feel like I had to complete dental work quickly. They always present you with their recommendations and estimates and let you decide on your timeline and comfortability when your ready to complete the work presented. I am so happy I found this office and would highly recommend to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I’ve always had a good experiences at each appointment. I’ve had regular cleanings/exams/x-rays in addition to cavity fillings and all have gone well. The front office staff is very friendly, helpful, and easy to get a hold of. The hygienists and doctors are great communicators and make sure they explain what they’re doing as they do it to put you at ease. Even though dental work can be unpleasant at times, they take the worst part out of it and make me want to keep coming back!

Excellent customer service, amazing work, honest, very clean facility and I could keep going on and on. I wished I had known of this place before, I would have saved money and pain (literal pain). Previous dentistry (CanAMDental) had a bunch of kids straight out school working on my teeth. Don't waste your time and money anywhere else. I will recommend this place to friends and family!

Fantastic experience: Quinn is an amazing hygienist, she is definitely the highlight of this practice. Very sweet, makes you feel comfortable and answers all your questions with no pressure recommendations! I haven’t had enough experience with the doctors there or been able to build a true relationship with any specific dentist there but so far my experience with them is much better than the previous practice that was there. Look forward to hopefully many years of your services.

Negative experience: This dentist is the worse they are quick to collect payments but when it comes to follow up calls when they say they’re gonna “call your insurance” and never call you back Myra was her name if she can’t complete a task what do her work ethics look like. Me nor my kids will ever come here again.

Fantastic experience: South ridge, took me same day and cared for me like any other dentist I’ve gone to. I HATE pain especially tooth pain, I was expecting to come in to spend money and they had an alternative to help literally a 5minute application no pain, no sensitivity feel great and will be coming in 2weeks to do a full scan, check up, cleaning etc. you guys are so kind and professional.. 5 stars all the way

Positive experience: Although, everyone here is very sweet, and friendly from the staff to the doctors, they are just way too pricey. I wish I had shopped around before going here. Friendliness, appearance of the office, explanation of the cost ( how expensive they are), all great but affordability is a negative for me.

The consultation fee was very reasonable, and the dentist was highly knowledgeable, addressing my pain promptly and effectively. To my surprise, I later received a call from the manager, Alex, who informed me that the dentist felt I was overcharged and wanted to make it right. I’ve never experienced such honesty and care from a dental office before! The staff is friendly, the location is clean and welcoming, and the pricing is fair.
