Positive experience: Enjati was very straightforward with me and what my teeth needed. On the other hand, Mike, after apply medicine on my teeth, wanted me to put this review (edited after my appt) to get a toothbrush and two clinical toothpastes that I needed. The overall encounter was a little strange with Mike, but Enjati was very nice.

Nairi assisted us with taking my daughter’s X-rays, and she was incredibly patient throughout the process. Negative experience: BEWARE! They overcharge you for services and they put false information in your medical records. I tried calling the manager to explain that there was a problem with my appointment, he was argumentative, disrespectful, and very rude.

Negative experience: It’s June 17th and my Daughter came in March for some work. I noticed then as I noticed today that the dental stations are nasty and dirty. When I was here in March I ran my finger on the back side of a monitor in the same station I’m in today and left a finger swipe on the dusty monitor. The same finger swipe is still there. At the bottom of the chair it clearly shows some kind of body fluids that wasn’t cleaned then and is still there. I’ve watch dental assistants use wet towels to wiped things down. There is a dental assistant that I’ve caught during our visits eyeing the females looking very creepy. This will be the last time we come into this dental office. The dentist that saw my daughter today was awesome. Very helpful and informative to every question I had. She is the brightest part of this dental office. (Caleigh Tsuchiya DDS) Thank you!

I was expecting for those teeth to be removed and have to get implants. Dr Pintos was able to save my teeth with a crown and I could not be happier with my smile and bite. Negative experience: I am writing this review to bring attention to the unethical billing practices I experienced with Highland Dental Group and Orthodontics. For over a year, I have been attempting to resolve a billing issue caused by the office’s failure to properly verify my daughter’s insurance coverage before her procedure. Prior to treatment, I was informed of the portion I would be responsible for, which I agreed to and paid in full. Now, more than a year later, I am being told I owe over $1,000 due to an error made by their office — not by me. I have contacted my insurance company multiple times, and each time they have explained that the dental office failed to properly verify my daughter’s coverage. Despite this, the office continues to hold me financially responsible for their mistake rather than taking accountability. I specifically worked with Gerardo Arevalo Robles, the Office Manager, in an attempt to resolve this matter. Unfortunately, he was dismissive, unhelpful, and unwilling to acknowledge the office’s error or provide a reasonable solution. I strongly encourage others to carefully review all billing and insurance information before receiving treatment here, as this office does not appear willing to take responsibility for its own mistakes and instead places the burden on its patients.

Negative experience: I had appointment, was on time but they didn't check me on until 30mins after. Once they finally called me, they were asking about my insurance even though they confirm the day before that they were in-network with my insurance . An hour later after x-ray they said I needed a deep clean and my wisdom teeth removed which was fine, but they quoted me $4500 . I said no, I called my insurance right after and they said the deep clean and removal procedure are covered under my insurance plan. Went to dentist and they said those procedures ate covered with my insurance.

My dental hygienist made my day I was comfortable in her chair she did a great cleaning encouraging me on my next visit. She told me to keep up the good work that I been doing over the course of the years taking care of my teeths.
