Negative experience: Needed a root canal done and I’m still waiting over 3 months with no treatment. The pain, delays, and lack of urgency are unacceptable. Patients shouldn’t have to suffer this long for necessary dental care.

I was kinda hesitant to make this visit as i have zero pain tolerance but Dr. Fernandez was kind enough to talk me through the whole process and assured me that i will be taken care of. I appreciate that they don't try to upsell you on expensive products (that have poor/no evidence behind them).

Positive experience: Kingsley has great customer service and friendly staff. They are knowledgeable and have helped me keep my teeth clean and straight. I've done my cleanings here, braces, and at one point had my son here. The issues that led me to a 3 star rating are these. First is they put a permanent retainer on the inside of my bottom set of teeth. I hated it and came back within a week to get it removed. It's been months now and I still have this film from where the permanent retainer was. This is not a cleanliness issue as I've only had one partial cavity in 2016, I believe. The second was the filling of my teeth without my consent. When you have no clue what is going on in your mouth and multiple objects in your mouth, it can be hard to question what's happening. Third ties into number as they fail to go over all that's to occur on your visit. My kids are at a pediatric dentist now. I still come to Kingsly but I have to speak up more and advocate for myself.
