Fantastic experience: Dr. Poole is an amazing Dentist! Very thorough, professional and gentle. He explained in detail each procedure and answered all of my questions. The staff was also very kind and extremely helpful. I’m so glad I found this practice!

Negative experience: I miss the Modern Dentistry in Indio. This is not the same. Had an appointment at 11. Had to 30 mins to go back. Left at 12:30. Never had my teeth cleaned bc they didn't schedule the cleaning with the exam. I'll be finding a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental cleaning with a hygienist named Jessica, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. She explained each step of the process before beginning, which helped me feel more at ease. The cleaning itself was very thorough but also gentle, and she regularly checked in to make sure I was comfortable. The entire visit felt smooth and efficient, and I left feeling well taken care of. Overall, Jessica created a calm and professional environment that made the appointment much less stressful than I expected.

Negative experience: High pressure tactics on every part of this staff. Unnecessary expensive add on’s. Vague pricing. 2 hours before the possibility of denial work. Hygienist uses shamming tactics. Over priced. Ignored pain and hunger that I told them I was feeling. Broken equipment. Enormous staff. Bad cold bedside manner. Vague pricing for the endless add on’s. My recommended service including excellent insurance would be double the amount it would cost if I were paying cash for it without using insurance. This is a shameful rip off.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Noah Poole is excellent I don’t like going to the dentist but he changed my perceptions he’s awesome and all the crew are very helpful and professional, I was cold and they provided me with a nice blanket, they provided me with an excellent service, thanks to all of you

Fantastic experience: Everything is clean and tidy, they have up to date tech, and the AC works great! The xray tech was fantastic and really funny. My dr. Was gentle and understands her craft well. She was able to tell that I clench my teeth and I didnt even know that! The hygenist is fantastic, quick with her hands and just gentle enough. Ive already had my husband and my friend book cleanings here. I would recommend Moreno Valley Modern Dentistry to anyone. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Ok, it’s the day after my 7hrs dental visit. Let me explain (which is embarrassing) it was 3 decades…you do the math since I HAD WORK DONE on my teeth, I had one X-ray done within the 30 years. In saying all that…y’all it was a wonderful experience. Was I in pain after…yes after the anesthesia wore off but OTC pain pills x2 worked. Today, I’m pain free. I am so glad that I found this group. Dr Mylad was GREAT! Jazmine her assistant, wonderful she’s the best person to have (especially me since the years of not going to the dentist) for intake. And I’m not going to forget April the hygienist…wonderful as well. I usually do not give 5 stars but I am today. My mom even said, you are doing well after going to the dentist and having all that work done on your teeth…she wants to go to her now. Now, I gotta get my daughter there…. Now, let’s see how my insurance company gonna do me .

Fantastic experience: We came last week with my son to do a 4 wisdom tooth extraction under whole anathesia & he is 15 years old based on his Orthodontist request & we’re really scared from the step but Dr Mylad explained the process from start to end took care of us clinically & financially also gave us a discount since there was a bid portion to be paid out of pocket , operation went smooth, & Dr even called us after we went home to make sure we are take med as prescribed & everything is ok 2 days after same thing another follow up call, we are so pleased to go & be taken care of this office & will continue to go there .

Here everyone is so kind and thoughtful. They treat me like a person not a dollar sign, which should be the standard but generally isn’t. 10/10, Highly recommend.

I don’t mind driving all the way from Corona because the care is absolutely worth it. On top of everything, the entire team is friendly, kind, and welcoming. Fantastic experience: Until 6 years ago, I had regular visits to my dentist, every 6 months. After a work transfer and a move, I never found another dentist… until recently, when I cracked a tooth and was in a bit of pain. I found Moreno Valley Modern Dentistry, made a phone call, and saw them that day. Dr Mylad and the entire staff are absolutely amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, and all put my mind at ease. I’ve never required any major type of dental work and have heard nothing but horror stories about root canals. So I was quite nervous. After having it done and receiving my permanent crown, I feel bad for the people that told me their bad experiences. Mine was an absolute breeze and almost entirely pain free! I’ve found my new dentist, for as long as I live in the area, and highly recommend Moreno Valley Modern Dentistry!

Negative experience: Writing this review on behalf of both my father and mother. My poor mother had her root canal redone three times because they could not get it right. She developed an infection and was in really horrible pain until the finally fixed it. They told my father he has a serious infection in his gums and need oral surgery to clean it out. Because my father was nervous from what happened to my mother he decided to get a second opinion at another dentist. The new dentist told him, he has a small infection yes, but no oral surgery is needed just antibiotics for 2 weeks, and laser treatment to get rid of it. Now my father is fine and my mother is happier with her new dentist. I will not recommend this Moreno Valley Modern Dentistry, very expensive and could not get the treatment right the first time which lead to infections and serious pain for my mom.

Negative experience: Be careful with them I had asked if they take my insurance and that I was only going to go to them if they did and come to find out they are out of network. Only found this out after they did my exam and x-rays.

And that can be hard to come by. Her staff is always very nice and it seems like a good work environment. I would and DO recommend her to everyone.

Negative experience: Great people! Took a little longer than expected but it was a Saturday. Follow up: so the cleaning I went in for turned into a root canal. I was there for hours. Also turned into a couple of visits root canal with other doctors. Didn’t like that you had 3-4 different doctors to make appointments for maintenance after. Also very painful and traumatic after root canal. Haven’t gone back since.
