Negative experience: I have been to this dentist a few times and I hate to say this will be my last time. The receptionist named Letica at the front desk is extremely rude and disrespectful. It is very difficult to ask questions without her cutting me off and not letting me explain what I need. She has a very bad attitude and is very unprofessional. Although everyone else has been great and this office is so convenient to my house. I will be switching to another office because she gives me a hard time....everytime.

Fantastic experience: This was by far the best dental care I have ever received and I’m in my middle 70s lol there is no question. I will use them again without fear lol. There was a little or no pain and usually I have a lot of pain when it comes to this, but not with these people. This was great!!

Fantastic experience: My experience with Dr.Wael Oweity DDS today at Bright Now Dental.in Moreno valley ca.I have bad anxiety when going to dentist. But today I did have some anxiety, but once the Dr. Started working on me my level of anxiety was gone wow.and he is quick. Thank you Dr. Oweity.

Negative experience: STAY AWAY. I’m not sure about other locations but this location is HORRIBLE. It has gone downhill! They don’t call or text to confirm appointments. They supposedly took OVER A YEAR AND A HALF to find some issue with the insurance not having paid out something, causing me to owe almost $500! Joanna was not taking accountability at all for the matter! My family and I have gotten braces here throughout the years. I will never recommend them again!

Negative experience: I had a really uncomfortable experience at this office. I was told I’d be “relaxed and wouldn’t remember anything” during my wisdom tooth extraction, but I was awake, felt overstimulated, and remember parts of the procedure. I felt like I wasn’t given enough sedation, and the doctor seemed to forcefully pull one of my teeth while I was still aware and hurt my chin. The staff also didn’t listen when I was uncomfortable, I even asked to hold a nurse’s hand, but she ignored me. It made the whole experience feel cold and stressful. I hope the office takes this feedback seriously and improves communication and patient comfort during procedures.

Negative experience: Dr. was very nice but front desk is a problem. My parents called multiple times between KP pharmacy and that front desk Management/ receptionist there are major communication issues. They constantly kept us on hold and finally disconnected call. Major staffing issues according to manager. They need to reach out to HR. Patients don’t want to hear “ there’s only 2 people working “.

Fantastic experience: My first visit was better than expected. The entire staff was polite and professional. I liked they explained every procedure. When I could not pay for the entire dental work needed, they helped me select what procedure I could pay for the time. I want to say there was not a bit of judgement nor pressure to try for more. That left me very relaxed and I knew this is the dental office for me. FOLLOW UP August 2025 I did not have Dr.Phu. She is only available 2 days a week. I wished they told me. When I got a different dentist I was just told Dr. Phu was out. I assumed she was on vacation. This other dentist was not friendly. She didn't seem to want to explain anything without me asking several questions. She was not concerned about me as a patient. She seemed to just going from patient to patient. I went back 3 times before my crown was placed in with permanent glue. Why? I had issues with my tooth feeling pressure when chewing on the new crown. I was told I most likely needed a root canal due to the sensitivity I was experiencing. My crown fell out on a Sunday. I called Monday for an appointment. I was told I had to wait for my appointment on Wednesday, the dentists do not work on a client they were not treating. My dentist was still in vacation. Wednesday upon arriving I explained I don't need a root canal because the tooth was not properly fitted. I thought I would get another mold. NO! I was fitted with the same crown. I said it still didn't feel like a good fit. Now a week later, my teeth do not meet together properly. I have no confidence in the dentist. I will no longer go back. I do not recommend Bright Now Dental any longer. I now have selected another dental organization.

Fantastic experience: I love my doctor. Dr lenh Phui she was amazing very gentle and very kind and very patient. Also her assistant Ms Elizabeth was very kind and gentle and very patient. Positive experience: I don’t like going to the dentist because I get anxious, but everyone in this office including my dentist, Dr. Phui, are so nice and calm. They made my visit very pleasant. I recently had another visit. The service was great. From the reception desk to the Dentist and to the dental hygienist. Very informative about how I can take better care of my teeth in my elderly years But, I’m surprised, shocked how unkempt the reception area for patients was. The floors needed to be swept. All the chairs were peeling and looked really bad. And when I walked in a heavy metal song was playing loudly on their sound system. It struck me as very unprofessional. The back office with the doctors was very clean, but the front office reflected poorly on this establishment.

Maria the manager is so helpful,caring,understanding and communicative.Surgeon and staff were nice and performed the oral surgery without any incident very smooth procedure. She told me if I don’t like the service I could go somewhere else. Sad they have someone working for them that is not worthy of a job.. It’s a hassle to change dentists. The rescheduling is ridiculous especially when you let them what you are coming in for overall Just poor service. Don’t go here find a better service.

Negative experience: I'm not sure what happened to this office over the past year. My family has been with this office for years. They used to be on time with your appointment. My last 3 appointment, I have waited in excess of 40 minutes in the waiting room and I even show up early. One appointment I was there just for a cleaning. They said I needed a recall first with the dentist. I was there for 2 hours and then they told me they didn't have time to do my cleaning. I was just there for my 2nd appointment for a cleaning at 2 pm and some dental work at 3:25. They didn't call me into the room until 2:50. The dentist didn't come in until like 3 pm. He tells me he can't to the work that I was there to have done and he filled one filling. I am now waiting for the hygienist to come to do my cleaning. It's now 4 pm and I'm still waiting. I didn't leave there till 5 pm. There is no reason for me to complain to them about it, they don't seem to care. Just want to inform you what you are in for if you visit this office.

Negative experience: I have waited a few weeks to do this review because I was waiting to get a second opinion to the one I received here at BrightNow dental, which I finally received today and confirmed my suspicions. To begin with, I spent two, almost two and a half hours there and ended up with absolutely no treatment done. I had gone in for a simple cleaning. My teeth are not perfect, but I have absolutely no problems with them. No sensitivity, etc. After inspecting my mouth, the dentist lets me know that I need FIVE fillings. She lets me know I need my wisdom teeth removed (yes, I agree) but that I would have to get bone grafts done with EACH removal. On top of this, she implores that I NEED braces because my teeth/mouth need so much fixing. For context, I have some minor gaps, but my teeth are mostly straight, and my smile is fine. I am actually appalled at this point. She leaves, and I wait even longer for an assistant to come back and bring me a bill of $600. She dismissively tells me to sign for the bill and we can get started with the treatment plan. I asked her if there was any way we could just do the cleaning that I was scheduled to do, and she smugly informs me that no, they would not clean my teeth because it goes against the dentist’s diagnosis. At that point I am angry, but I thank her for her time and get up and leave. I am never ever returning to that location, let alone any other BrightNow dental because I am positive their only goal is to upsell to people as opposed to fulfilling their oath to stick to ethical standards and prioritize the patient’s care. During my second opinion at a DIFFERENT dentist at a DIFFERENT company today, the dentist miraculously informed me that: - I do not have any cavities and she did not mention ANY fillings (let alone 5) - She does recommend wisdom teeth removal, but no bone grafts necessary - I am welcome to get braces if I am unhappy with my smile, but the spacing of my teeth is sufficient, and it is absolutely not a requirement Especially if you are young, please go and get a second opinion. As a 20 something year old with regular dental cleaning habits, there was no way that I needed that much intervention. I almost let people that had no regard for me, only my wallet, work on my teeth and do things that were unnecessary and could’ve caused unforeseen issues. Please protect yourself and your loved ones from this kind of place. You are nothing but a wallet with legs the moment you walk in here. Please be aware of your options and file grievances with your insurance where appropriate. I have never had to do that kind of thing until now, but I am genuinely upset at the fact that they tried to take advantage of me, and that dental malpractice is so normalized at this location. 0 stars if possible.

Negative experience: Never entered my prescription for antibiotics. When I called back from the put me on, hold for 20 minutes. Had to hang up and call back.

Negative experience: Not kid friendly. The films were too big for my 5 year old she was gagging the whole time. I informed them I was hard of hearing and they wouldn't speak up for me to hear them and they refused to give me an estimate for the work needed before they do the work. I was so uncomfortable. I refuse to let them touch my daughter's teeth.

Fantastic experience: We had a really good experience. My son had his wisdom teeth removed. We were provided with clear instructions on what to do to care for him after the procedure. His oral surgeon called later in the day to check on him. Overall everything went well and I was very happy with the whole experience.

Negative experience: Terrible Experience both with Staff and Service just came out from a different Dental appointment due to my child's fillings falling out completely and this being the 3rd time, first time was a day after procedure. The front desk staff all walk around thinking and acting as if their Above it all. And dare not question what is being told to you cause it takes away from their time. Folks beware, their so quality products are zero QUALITY.

Negative experience: I had a 6 month appointment for a cleaning. I was there close to 2 hours and finally called in to have a lot of x rays again. I never got the cleaning the dentist just took pictures of my crowns and told me that 4 of them needed to be replaced because they weren’t deep enough. Then they brought me the horrendous bill to replace them was $9,485.00 and that was with my insurance !!! Ridiculous I will not be going back to this place.

He was very professional & I would recommend him highly. Everyone in this office is very friendly & nice to do business with!

Negative experience: I had went for a 6 month cleaning, last time i went in for a cleaning they told me 0 cavities light scale cleaning. I never been the type to ever get cavity’s especially that many. I never had that many cavities before so it was a bit surprising. 6 months later for my next cleaning they told me I had 7 cavities and I was scheduled for a cleaning that day as well. I was a little confused because I take really good care of my teeth and they didn’t really explain nothing to me just that i have 7 cavities and i don’t floss well, when i floss everyday. The RDA then proceeded to ask me if i still wanted to do my cleaning today, I had said yes if i still can and she said okay we’ll be right with you to start. She came back into the room and asked if i wanted to do some fillings today. I then proceeded to ask if i can look at a treatment plan and go over pricing. she told me it wouldn’t cost anything because the doctor only does amalgam fillings. I asked if we can do composite tooth colored fillings but the doctor didn’t know how to do those type of fillings from what the front office told me afterwards. I had said no to the fillings because i did not want silver fillings. I asked if i can still get my cleaning done today because i am due for my 6 month cleaning already scheduled at 11:30 which is why i came in. The RDA told me no that they are busy i would need to schedule my cleaning when i proceed to do my fillings there. The thing really threw me off because i had mentioned a tooth that was bothering me 6 months ago just sensitivity, last doctor told me it was from recession. I mentioned it again this time again that it is still sensitive….the same doctor proceeded to tell me it was because I had a huge cavity. So it must’ve been there the whole time and they had missed it because they were rushing ? very disappointing

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for over 20 years and I can promise anyone that you are in good hands. The staff is beyond amazing to the point I'll make a 2 hour drive every month because their service. If anyone is thinking about joining Bright Now off of Day St in Moreno Valley, please stop thinking JUST DO IT

Negative experience: **WARNING If they diagnose you with periodontal disease, PLEASE get a second opinion. They were adamant that I had periodontal disease when I was in my early 20's and gave me $1000+ 'deep cleanings'. Since then, I have been to 3 different dentists who ALL said I do not have periodontal disease. On top of that, I got a root canal here that has always bothered me, and another dentist confirmed it was placed incorrectly. Save your money and go somewhere else

Negative experience: Do not go to this office. The office staff is about as incompetent as they get. You can schedule an appointment, show up on the date of the appointment, tell them you're there for an appointment, and they'll still ask you what you're there for. I overheard another customer be told that they owed money from a previous visit that they weren't charged for. No one at the front desk seems to communicate or take notes for any reason. I scheduled an appointment to have some fillings done at this location, back in the first few months of 2024. I walked in and told them I was there for an appointment. The office staff asked what for. When I told them they had no notes on the actual appointment. I had to tell them that they had a treatment plan that they quoted me on my previous visit. After a few minutes, one of the staff finally came back with the quote in hand. I sat down and waited. Once in, the dentist saw me in a timely manner. However, this is where things went further south. The assistants were all professional and kind. The dentist, Harry Pages, showed up and began checking out the chart. He began working on my teeth without any dental loupes. The actual procedure did not take long. But even before he left the room, I could tell that something didn't feel right. He had left too much filling material on several teeth, and I could feel it clearly. I notified the dental assistant, and she had him come back. He came back in and realized I was right and removed some of the excess material. My mouth was still a bit numb, so I couldn't feel everything just yet. They charged me $800 for all the fillings, and I left home. Once the anesthetic wore off, I realized that several of my teeth were sensitive. This worried me, but I understood that this is likely going to go away in time. The one thing that alarmed me was that I felt that there was a hole in one of my molars that wasn't there before. Not only that, but the sharp edges from where Harry Pages drilled into hurt my tongue. I called them back the following day and requested to be seen again immediately as I felt that they drilled into one of my molars and did not place a filling. They told me that Harry Pages was not going to be available at that location until the following week. I told them that I just needed someone to fill in the molar he drilled into. However, they repeatedly insisted that no one else could work on me but the same dentist as before. They pretty much told me to deal with the pain and discomfort for another week. Eventually, I was able to go back in to get checked out. I notified the dentist that I did not have that drilled area on my molar prior to his work. He stated that I had a cavity and that he drilled into my molar to remove the decay. I understood that. However, if you're going to remove material, you should at least fill in the new hole you just made. He then checked out the fillings he had done. He said that the sensitivity would go away after 4 weeks or so. He did nothing else, and I left. Fast forward 2 weeks, and I noticed that one of the fillings he had done came cleanly off while I was brushing my teeth. I kept the filling in a bag to bring into my next visit. When I did go back and see him, the dentist rambled on about how it's very rare for fillings to come off because the adhesives they use get better every year. He then fixed the missing filling and finally agreed to fill in the molar he drilled into for the cavity, even if just a little. I left the office even more irritated than before. No more than 2 months later, another filling came off. I know fillings aren't permanent. However, I had several fillings done at my old dentist about 4 years ago, and they're still very much intact. That dentist actually used the proper tools for the job, and the results show versus Dr. Harry Pages' terrible work. At this point, I feel like I should have filled a charge back with my bank. They charged me $800 out of pocket and did the worst job possible. I gave up on them trying to fix their shotty work. Avoid this mediocre dentist office.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to this dental office by another dental office back in 2019 to remove all for of my wisdom teeth and been going here ever since then. This was the best decision I have made and the staff is always very nice and will try and accommodate you to the best of their ability. I have severely PTSD when it come to any dentist thanks to Western Dental but Bright Now Dental is the only dental office that I feel safe going to. There are expensive but it is worth the cost for a peace of mind..

The senior office secretary, I can't remember her name (but she has been there for like 20 years, the one that sits to the left at the front desk) but she is so helpful and sweet as well. When I mentioned she didn’t have to be rude about the question that was asked she said “I don’t care”. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. This place shouldn’t have people like her working up in the front or at all. Gives the place a bad reputation.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this dentist. Went to another office in Moreno Valley and was quoted an estimate of $10,000 for deep cleaning and some kind of flush for my wife’s gums. The girl working at the desk said that she had several cavities too, not to mention was extremely rude! We got up and left this dentist. We went to Bright Now Dental in Moreno Valley, my wife had a checkup, the dentist reported no cavities. I think the bill was like fifty something. The office staff was wonderful, very courteous, and helpful. Again, I would highly recommend this dentist.

Negative experience: The lack of professionalism I've experienced from this clinic has been unfathomable.They out me in the appointment book under the incorrect first name initials. T instead of J, as if just glancing and seeing no need for clarification; although I sspell my name and present an example ie 'J as in jackrabbit '. Also When making the appointment with my insurance on the line as well, so they already knew of my insurance carrier... the appointment was made. Once I arrived, I was refused service - and instead of just an apology and being told to get in contact with my insuranceC to be mailed the corrocard- the associate make wierd abrupt remarks aloud about me "Going to the county building" Which I deem purposely making a scene, inappropriate,and racially motivated... as well as insane. Who would wait in a building for hours on end for something that would have to be done a more efficient way? Why would my insurance tell me different,but a medical professional takes it apon themselves to make announcements about fulfilling racial stereotypes..As if my life is supposed to be dedicated to making a show, or being entertainment towards the more privileged of society. Those who wouldn't have to worry about their natural hair keeping them from getting a job, although they would put a patient's information incorrectly into the system.

Negative experience: I came in to be seen with horrible tooth pain. I was seen and told I needed to wait on medical to approve authorization to have work done. I was sent home with a prescription for ibuprofen and antibiotic since I had an infection. Over the next several days the pain was unbearable to the point I had to take 8 ibuprofen one night to be able to try and get some sleep and even then I would wake up from the pain. A week after I was seen I called medical to check status of my authorization and was informed they had not received anything. Now it is September 13 and decided to make an appointment at another bright now because I have not heard from this office at all. And while making my appointment at the different location I was informed that my authorization was in since August 23. This office clearly does not care about patients and it shows. I do not recommend anyone to this office. The girl that took my X-rays was great and that is why I gave the 2 stars. The lady that I talked to when I called to check status has no customer service skills. Was kind of rude and said basically I needed to wait 4 weeks the pain I was in didn’t matter. No sense of urgency. Do not recommend to be seen here if you have any tooth pain!

Fantastic experience: I had to change dentist offices and I went to Bright Now! since they were close to my home. I am very happy I did, they were all wonderful. I was slow getting things filled out cause I was in pain, and they front office was very patient with me. When it was time to go to the back office I was greeted and treated with care and concern. By the time my appointment was done I had talked to so many people and felt like I mattered to each one of them.

Negative experience: DONT RECOMMEND. Not sure how they have 4.0 rating. My crown fell off and they submitted a request to my insurance it was denied. Instead of calling them or trying to diagnose the problem they resubmitted an appeal AFTER I asked them to it was denied again after they had resubmitted I asked if they can call and they stated they were not able to. They had me go into retake x-rays and with the x-rays they resubmitted for the authorization and again it was denied. All I received was a letter in the mail, saying it was denied. Called the insurance they stated it was denied for the same reason the 3rd time and the doctors office did nothing. Also, dr pleasant wasn’t pleasant she looks like she does not enjoy her job. I’ve been 3 times and never seen her smile. I asked the dentist a question and she answered with attitude and as if I went to dental schools. Would not recommend this place. Only person was the dental hygienist nice white lady.

Fantastic experience: I went in today for my yearly checkup. I got a cleaning and filling. I saw Dr. Kristy Pleasant who was very nice and knowledgeable about what she was doing. While I was there she educated me on ways to better my oral hygiene and take care of my teeth. I would highly recommend going to see Dr. Pleasant.

Fantastic experience: I've been skeptical about dentists ever since I was traumatized from a dental office a few years back. So I was nervous about getting my teeth extractions done at Bright Now. I needed 4 teeth pulled and got them done 2 at a time. Both occasions, Dr. Sharobeam was very assuring and gentle. He talked with me throughout the whole procedure, asking if I was okay. After the procedures, he even personally called my phone to check on me. I've never ever had that happen before and I was blown away by his professionalism and genuine concern for his patients. His team of assistants worked well with him. 10 out of 10, would recommend. Oh, and this has been the only Dental office that offered me partials instead of a bridge or implants, which let me know they're not just in this for money but instead, they actually have great patient care and listen to their patient's needs. I can't remember the other dentist's name, but she was a black female dentist and was great as well. So far, so good with this dental office. I am pleasantly pleased with the service here!

Negative experience: Brightnow Dental at Moreno Valley on Day Street. My family and I has been with this location for about 5 years plus. This Dentist is worth no stars. She don't care about her patients. Dr. Kristy Pleasant very rude person. I had an appointment with her, before she check my teeth. She was very rude. I reported her rudeness and they said someone will contact me about my report. It has been months now. Still waiting. Her name is Dr. Pleasant and she is no where near Pleasant. But nasty and rude. Just because she want to. My regular Dentist is out of state. She is there to help with her patients. If you want good service. Don't schedule with her. Dr. Kristy Pleasant.

Fantastic experience: Very Freidnly Staff and always accommodating. Most of my visits have been handled quickly and completely. So thus far I give Bright Now Dental at this location high marks.
