Fantastic experience: I've always been anxious going to the dentist and I still am, but I always have a comfortable experience here. Every staff member is very helpful, friendly, and informative. I really appreciated the hygienist Gregory Tyrone and how he made sure to be thorough in explaining results and procedures to me. Overall, I'm glad to be a patient here.

Fantastic experience: I came to this clinic for an emergency visit and they were able to schedule me fast! I saw Dr. Chung and Greg who came up with a treatment plan for me and they’ve both been very informative in the process. The staff is also very friendly which makes me feel comfortable and I feel like that’s hard to find. Overall, the staff and service i’ve received have been great and the education they’ve provided has made me safe and comfortable under their care.

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist in 5 years and was a little scared and hesitant to come in as I haven’t had the best experience with dental offices. The dental hygienist Gregory Tyrone really did an amazing job with my deep cleaning. He walked me through every step of the way, and kept asking if I was okay. He went above and beyond, removing old residue I had on my teeth from having braces many years ago I’m really grateful for that. He taught me proper flossing techniques and recommended different flosses I should use. Im not local to Moreno Valley, but do not mind making the drive for a good dental office! Highly recommend stoneridge dental and their amazing staff.

Greg the RDH was very punctual, professional, kind and explained every step of the way in full detail. When it came to educating me on the purpose of my visit , Greg was very informative made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions without hesitation.

In addition, Dr. Schute is knowledgeable and offers options to make solutions - so I feel in control with my dental health decisions. Great experience overall so far. Mikayla, the dental assistant, sculpted my temporary bridge with such care and precision—she walked me through each step, and I felt so supported. Dr. Chung was incredibly patient and kind, especially since I struggle with anxiety. They both made me feel safe and at ease throughout the whole process. I can’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: My first visit was on October 31st. I saw Dr Chung. I had a very positive experience. Everyone that interacted with me-( Dr Chung, GiGi, Mikayla, Jasmine and Kassandra) were extremely nice and helpful. I then returned for a cleaning a couple of weeks later. Melissa was the hygienist who did my cleaning. She was wonderful as well. I returned today for my permanent bridge and again the Dr and everyone was so very friendly and helpful. Mikayla was super kind and helpful and spent a lot of time helping to get my bridge cleaned up perfectly. I would definitely recommend Dr Chung and her office for your dental needs.

Positive experience: The overall experience was different today. I gave 4 stars instead of five. I asked about numbing my gums for Arestin & other medication during the treatment and was told it wasn’t a deep cleaning; so it wasn’t needed. Yes!! it was needed because my gums were very sensitive and I was in a lot of pain. Felt like the omission was intentional because I constantly was holding my hand up to indicate that I was in pain. In previous experience (not a deep cleaning) I was administered painkiller injection not sure why this go round I didn’t get a listening ear.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with my experience at Stoneridge Dental Group. With new dental insurance it was hard to find a dental office that takes care of their patients oral health seriously. I can say I was blessed to find this office on the net.
