Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dentist office since I moved out here to Moreno Valley 7 yrs ago. It was the first Dentist I googled and it was the best choice that I have made. It’s always a wonderful experience when I go to the dentist. They make you feel like family.

Fantastic experience: Good experience. Yissel at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.She also did my cleaning and sealants were done well, and the whole visit was quick and comfortable. Highly recommend

She’s been a blessing with how compassionate and empathetic she is with her patients. I found my forever home dentist.. it only took my 30 years to find professionals that do it for the real reason and are gentle!! I’ve had countless traumatizing appts with other dentists so I’m so happy to be here and can’t wait to get my smile back. Also thank you to the receptionist for helping me make the appointment get me referred to where I need to be. You definitely compliment the dental office and excited to be apart of a good dentist.

Fantastic experience: I myself have 22 years experience in Dentistry, I am very picky with whom I allow to perform my Dental Treatment. Dr. Patel is a great professional Dentist with the most gental touch. My procedure today was lenghty, Dr. Patel along with his staff were very patient & understanding towards me. Dr Patel and his staff all have awesome personalities! I highly recommend Dr Patel, especially if you suffer from Dental anxiety. I am very happy and satisfied with Dr Patel. Negative experience: I was told I had 8 cavities. I decided to get a second opinion because aive never had issues with my teeth. Sure enough, I do not have any cavities. I was already disappointed in their service on my last two visits but now I will definitely not be back.

Fantastic experience: The staff and doctors at Dr. Vimal Patel’s office are wonderful. The receptionist and hygienists have all been very friendly and welcoming to me even though I have brought my 7 young children with me. They did a great job with the kids’ appointments and then were gracious to let my 5 small kids sit on the edge of the room while they efficiently did my filling. They were kind, professional, and understanding.

I didn’t feel the shots given and that’s a first. He explains things very well, really listens when I ask questions, and takes the time necessary to give me answers. His staff is just as amazing. Fantastic experience: I’m not always great at brushing and taking care of my teeth so I knew coming in that I was going to have some pain and I was nervous. I talked to Kari and Ysabel asking for nitrous for even my basic cleaning. They were amazing and gave me all sorts of options. Then I had Wara, as my hygenist. She should be the head of hygienists there, she communicated really well, listened to my needs and fears, she was so gentle but precise so we didn’t have to go back over sensitive areas. If you are looking for a dentist office and you are scared/ in pain/ know it’s going to be stressful, come here. They have so many things to take care of you and they do an incredible job every time. This was my second time here and while there was nothing bad about the first time, this time was incredible.

Negative experience: Hi Doctor Patel I am Duc Nguyen, your patient. On September 17, 2025, at 2:30 PM, one of your dentists inputted my permanent crown without cleaning the terrible smell of my old temporary tooth. He just inputted the permanent crown in my mouth very quickly, which I could request or ask him anything. Do you think that he did the right job for me? Fantastic experience: Update: Had another visit at the dentist today with my daughter again. Wara and Taylor helped me. I had such a difficult time before we even started. But Taylor held my hand when I needed it, her and Wara was talking to me the whole time keeping me calm and it was so cute Wara let me use her squishy tooth toy to squeeze. I couldn’t have asked for a better location to go to. My daughter said they were so patient and amazing with her care too. They were so nice talking calm she had Gabriel and the dentist. I will always go with them. I hope others do to. This is a perfect place for people that have sensory and anxiety issues. If you or a family member strikes at a dentist office because they have anxiety, PTSD or other issues, this is the BEST dentist to go to. Went to the dentist today at Dr.Patels office and anytime I have to get work done, it is extremely hard for me since I get bad anxiety and I have a phobia with germs. I let them know and when Taylor had to do my X-rays, she was so patient, kind, and soft spoke with me. Wara was my dental hygienist. Whenever I need a break they gave it to me, they were so fast, it make me more comfortable to have future service done. They even told me I can ask for her each time to help with my anxiety. My daughter were also with me getting work done and they loved them. They said Gabriel was so nice. My oldest daughter has anxiety and she said he was talking to her about music and ask if we had pets. I talked to him to thank him and he said he does that to help distract them from what’s going on. Best dental office ever!

Negative experience: This dental office gave me nothing but issues in the end. Seemed great at first but filings were too high then he filed them far too low to overcompensate. Still have the same issue. Jaw hurts now and currently getting medical treatment. Crown too big on the opposite side. Very disappointing because the staff are friendly.

Fantastic experience: After searching for a long time, I found this dental office in Moreno Valley and Hemet where they really treat you very kindly from the moment they receive you, everyone is very professional, especially a recognition for Kenia who is in charge of appointments and handling insurance and cash payments. Doctor Vimal, apart from being very professional, treats you very carefully, listens to your needs and really does what you need. In my opinion, the prices are reasonable and the most important thing is that the work they do for you is done 100%, leaving you satisfied.

Fantastic experience: I went to my appointment this morning, and Yissel was very helpful, kind, and made me feel comfortable. Also, there is another male assistant with long black hair. I didn't ask for his name, but he was really helpful as well and gave me updates while I waited for my doctor to take me in. Dr. Jessica is the best, and I will always go to her. She is very kind, and most of all, she always makes me feel comfortable and listens to me. She makes sure I don't feel any pain and will stop her procedure if there is any slight pain or discomfort. I was very scared of dentists, but she has proven that wrong. She is very professional and very kind. I haven't taken the time to give a 5 ⭐️review to Kenia. She will go above and beyond for you.
