I feel that the orthodontist really cared about my opinion and he was very kind in explaining his :) the check in desk and the gentleman that helped me check out was very professional and friendly. Negative experience: I was told I had multiple cavities which didn’t make sense because I got fillings at this place during my last visit here which was not too long before my next appointment here. They mentioned to me that I had a whole group of other cavities and I needed to get more fillings. I called my last dentist appointment in Missouri in which I had x-rays done and they said I had 0 cavities. I believe I was getting a lot of fillings done here for no reason.

I have been with many dentists and had countless procedures that were always traumatic for me, along with anxiety with needles. This team is not just down to earth and genuinely friendly, they are true professionals in every aspect. I can't believe I would ever boast about a dental experience, but they earned it!

Fantastic experience: We've been really happy with the services at Sunnymead Ranch Dental Center for the past 4+ years. They're really thorough and brought me up-to-date with where my teeth should be, feeling much better! I've gotten fillings replaced, alignment correction, teeth whitening, etc. My very fav dental hygienist ever is Ms. AMY, she's very meticulous and genuinely cares, and best part is hilarious! it's like having a spa day and i love her stories. I've learned a lot of dental care from Amy. My other fav is Mr. Edgar who patiently saves my day when i bug him with questions, lol, thank you Edgar! First time I actually look forward to going to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this dental office for almost 25 yrs. Although, it has changed hands many times, it has always been my "home" dentist. All the staff, from the front desk, dental assistants, dental hygienists, to the doctors, are friendly, remember your name, care about your comfort & possible anxiety, & are professional & efficient. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes or so & they are very respectful of your time. A special shout-out to Amy (an absolute angel) & Edgar (who has the patience of a Saint)! I can absolutely recommend this dental office & hope to go there another 25 yrs.

Negative experience: I infrequently write a negative review because I do not take pleasure in pointing out flaws in others since none of us are perfect. However, there are circumstances where we are forced to take action and share our experiences to help others avoid encountering something similar, our experience at this dental office was one of those negative circumstances. Sunnymead Ranch Dental Center abuses their privileges as a medical professional, violates their patient privacy, and operates in discriminatory practices. I have had the same dentist for 15 years and never experienced what we experienced at Sunnymead Ranch Dental Center. Due to the unnecessary recommended treatments we could not have our teen be a patient here. Dr Saed after conducting a new patient exam claimed my teenager had six cavities needing filling and needed full mouth deep cleaning. We got a second opinion and the dentist found no cavities!! My teen had cleaning treatment 10 months prior to the new patient exam that was rendered at Sunnymead Ranch Dental Center and no cavity was present then. Sunnymead Ranch Dental Center office rep made a copy of our teen ID and Edgar- the office manager rudely refused to remove it from the medical file when we request for it to be deleted since we are not going to be a patient at their office. Initially we were told the entire purpose of a photo ID is so that anybody can verify that the bearer is that person, the concept of maintaining a photocopy of that ID is not a plausible reason for the staff to make a copy. It seems that there is another interest in maintaining this which is unrelated to identifying patients when they arrive. I strongly believe this dental office is corrupt and sells their patient’s information to 3rd parties. This is probably why their new patients form ask for your SSN ( which we left blank). Also dental centers that behave like this might try to use your ID and information and fabricate a dental claim and submit to your insurance. As evidence that they keep the ID in dental files for those who are no longer a patient. The office shares your medical file via unsecured channels. When my teen requested for a copy of the dental file, the dental record was emailed via an unsecured personal email address with Gmail domain! Also the office documents personal feelings in their patient medical record. under service rendered Sunnymead Ranch Dental Center commented that the patient's mother wrote a false claim on Yelp. A patient relative's comment on yelp about the office is not a medical rendered service that you put on a patient medical file that is meant to be used to document rendered services to be shared with medical professionals for medical purposes. Adding such personal feelings is not something a reputable medical office puts in their patient's medical file. Sunnymead Ranch Dental Center abuses their privileges as a medical professional, violates their patient privacy, and operates in discriminatory practices.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at the center is friendly and they make a dental experience so comfortable. I know all of the employees by name. They are professional and efficient. I highly recommend this dental center.

Negative experience: Be careful if you get braces here. They will make you sign a contract before informing you about the plan they are going to do. They will tell you one thing before the contract and then change it after the contract. Then they will claim telling you before hand and you will have no proof to back your story up. It will be your word over theirs. We went in for a consultation for braces. Everything went smoothly. Came back thinking my daughter was getting her braces that day; Dr. Frank changed his mind and decided my daughter needed expanders. At that point I had already put down $500 for her braces. No where on the contract does it say the $500 down was for expanders and patient records. Edgar at front desk (who acts very sweet, until you try to get your money back) said that the $500 down was for patient records and lab work... No where have I ever been charged for patient records! It's BS. If that isn't enough they will charge your insurance for something that wasn't done. They are not supposed to put the claim for braces if my daughter didn't even get them on yet! They are mischievous and lie. Be careful! There are a lot better places to get braces with more options and for better price and treatment. BTW you want to choose a place where your Orthodontist is always available not just once or twice a month!

Fantastic experience: Melinda the Dental Hygienist takes great care of me during my cleanings. She is very friendly and extremely thorough. Dr. Saed does a wonderful job with administering local anesthesia and very gentle when doing my dental work. Front office is always friendly and welcoming. I love this office!!

Fantastic experience: After searching tirelessly for a decent dentist I finally came across a dentist’s office whose pricing is not only competitive but also very reasonable. From my very first visit I have been very happy with the service provided by the entire office. They worked with me on multiple occasions to assist my needs and provided solutions whenever possible so I can receive the dental care I required. Front staff really helps alleviate the overall anxiety of attending the dentist and will work with you to help you within reasonable means. The back staff really make you feel comfortable during any procedures and demonstrate expertise in their roles. Many times I felt that other offices were only in it to make money after being quoted 3-4 times the amount of what this office quoted me. I was able to complete ALL of my dental work now versus waiting like I had anticipated with other dentist offices. It’s just really nice to know that there’s still some folks out there who actually enjoy helping people, and that’s what Sunnymead Ranch Dental does for its patients. I’m extremely happy that this is my dentist office now and really enjoy seeing everyone when I go in for appointments because they are always such a joy and really make you feel welcome.

Negative experience: Called me on Friday to remind me about an appointment on Tuesday. Asked to get a text reminder never received it now. They want me to pay $50 to reschedule. Think it’s outrageous when I’m paying hundreds of dollars and dental work that they will lose that over $50

Fantastic experience: I went in as a new patient for my exam, x-rays and cleaning. Everyone there was great, from front desk to back office. Amy did my cleaning and she was very thorough and informative. To my surprise they were able to also do my fills. The doctor was great at explaining everything that needed to be done. She was communicative through the process and made sure I was ok as she did the work. The office is nice and clean and bright. I look forward to my continuing dental care with them.

I have to amend my review based on the very poor Invisalign experience. Got through 12 of 14 trays and needed new trays based on fit. I have been waiting 14 weeks for my new trays.

The orthodontist was honest and said my teeth/roots need a break.. short roots = tooth loss .. I hate the results of my teeth from magic land dental and am praying my next consult at Sunnymead ranch dental in December, 2025 that I have enough strong roots to correct my teeth/smile

Fantastic experience: Once you visit this office you will see and feel the difference in care. Been visiting for the past year and a half. My favorite staff are Dr. K, Edgar, Gaby, Sylvia and my hygienist. They acknowledge you by name, treat you like family and advocate for you with your insurance. Edgar gets you in at a moments notice when you have an emergency and I’ve had many. They have done 4 crowns for me and working on my implant now. Thankfully I was able to see 2 of their specialists this week. Although going through treatment and eventually an implant. SRDC takes excellent care of their patients! They care about your dental health and you as a patient.

Fantastic experience: I went in for a consultation and recommended treatment plan. We hit a snag on my insurance but a couple of phone calls took care of that. I was assessed after a complete set of X-rays and was also scheduled for two consultations with other dental specialists. All in all a clean facility with knowledgeable and friendly staff.

At worst they have done bad work and have caused injury. However—THIS PLACE IS AWESOME. Amazing staff all around: polite, attentive, timely. Great dentist! Fantastic experience: I went in to get 2 root canals done at once. I was very nervous. Dr. Keklikian put me at ease. He numb me with feeling little to no pain while injecting me. The procedure took a little over 2hrs. But the whole time Dr.K was keeping me calm and comfortable. I recommend anyone thinking bout getting dental work done to come to this place. You won't regret it.

Positive experience: My appointment took one and a half hours. Too long. Even worse I have to wait almost 10 weeks to be seen again. It was hard to communicate with the xray person. The dentist was very nice. The facilities are a bit older than I realized. The office staff was polite. The texts I received called me by the wrong name. Overall I am deciding if I will return but think I might give it alittle of a harder try.
