Negative experience: Dr Park is 100% self serving, greedy, & has no compassion for the poorist amoung us on minimal SSI. After it was establushed he wouldn't treat me under the auspices of medicar and DwntiCal, he refused to send (as a courtesy) to another DentiiCal dentist, copies of the 360° CT scans without a $250 charge. Dr Parl also tried to swindle me into giving up my straight Medicare for Medicare Advantage, which potentially would serve him wwll, but not me

Negative experience: I have been a loyal customer of this dental office for over 14 years, but I have recently uncovered serious issues regarding their billing practices. They have overcharged both my insurance and my husband’s insurance. My daughter and son were recommended for the Myobrace treatment to prevent the need for braces in the future, and I agreed to pay $2,000 for each child. However, Sandy improperly coded the Myobrace treatment as regular braces, which unjustly depleted my children's one-time orthodontic benefits from both insurances. Furthermore, she charged my oldest daughter as if she had received orthodontic treatment when, in fact, she did not. This office is clearly engaging in fraudulent practices that cannot be overlooked. I have filed claims with the Department of Managed Health Care (DMHC) and the Department of Labor, as I work for the County and my husband is in the private sector. This office must be thoroughly investigated, as I am certain they have overcharged many other customers just as they did to my family. Sandy stated that they would refund the insurance money, but no refund has been issued as of today. Action must be taken.

Positive experience: Went there for Dental Implants, was told it would take 6 mos. To a year it took almost 2 years. Also was told that they would fix my bottom teeth to match top. Which was not done. After my teeth were done I was not happy as I have a funny taste in my mouth that won't go away, don't know if it's from the material of the teeth or not. But I regret have my teeth done.The Office and Staff were Great. Just not happy with end results.

The team believes in educating you so that your oral health stays on top! Dr. Patel and Dr. Park are super nice and give you the details clear. Phil is very kind. Eddie is helping me with my aligners and has dated all the trays. This is so helpful!! Eddie is also patient and kind! Fantastic experience: I felt very taken care of during my harrowing wisdom teeth removal. Everyone at this clinic is very kind and professional, from outside the office in texts to the moment you walk in. The center is clean and comfortable, and I felt assured I was in good hands.

Negative experience: *Update 2: It has been really hit and miss with this Dentist office. One minute everything is great then the next time something goes wrong. I went to pay my bill early and at first the person wasn't sure how to do that. They eventually figured it out so it was paid. Then two days later more money was taken out of my bank account. I called them to find out why and they were supposed to bill that amount to my insurance. The person told me that I needed my card for the refund. I didn't have it at the time and so I called them back later when I got it. The person that I needed to talk to was not available so they were supposed to call back and I waited and received no call. This was on a Friday so I was out that money the whole weekend. I get a call from them Monday to get it taken care of and still have not seen the refund yet.* * Update: I went to an appointment today with the new Doctor and he apologized for his actions last visit. He was very pleasant and we had a mich better interaction this time around.* I have been going this Dentist for a while and the staff is great but since the new Doctor has come in it has gone downhill. My daughter was having allergy problems was having a hard time breathing and got an attitude from the doctor. I myself was in the office for a simple procedure that should have taken an hour max and I was there for over 3 and a half hours. And then he sat there and told me that I "was falling apart." Which is not something you should be saying to a patient. I would definitely not recommend anyone go to this dental office.

Fantastic experience: *Update: the Dentist apologized for his actions at the last visit. My most recent visit was much better.* I have been going to this Dentist for some time now and while the staff is great. The new Doctor that has taken over the office leaves much to be desired. Unlike his predecessor Dr Sohn who made you feel welcome and wanted there. This new doctor makes you feel the complete opposite. I was having allergy issues and was having a hard time breathing while getting a procedure done and was getting an attitude from the doctor cause I couldn't breath through my nose. My mom was also in the office today for a procedure that should have taken an hour at most and we were sitting there for 3 and a half hours. Then she informed me that the doctor told her that "She was falling apart." Which is extremely offensive and had I heard this when I was there it would not have been looked over. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone unless an new doctor takes over.

I had no lower gum whatsoever and yet he did what he had to do and I was able to have implants and be able to chew . I am for ever grateful , I thank and Praise God for Drs. Like Dr. Shon and his friendly staff. God Bless them .

Negative experience: This was my first time here and honestly I was extremely nervous. They were very clear with everything and they were all so nice. They had very cool technology that was nice to watch. They came up with a plan and wasn’t trying to drain my wallet. They actually were very honest and I truly appreciate it all. Can’t wait to finally be confident with my smile again. Whelp I waited a long time ti update this review but here it is. I have never felt so mistreated by a dentist EVERRRR. I needed a root canal and crown and was very nervous. I trusted that they wouldn’t mess it up as badly as they did. the first thing was I waited over an hour to be seen while I was just waiting in the chair. After they put my temporary crown they asked me about color. I told them I wanted it to match my other teeth(obviously right??) they said well you can just whiten your teeth later. Fast forward I go get my permanent crown and Omfg it was was bigger than the temporary crown and way whiter than the rest of my teeth. They had already glued it in and when I said anything they made me feel as if I was crazy. I called multiple times to try and have them fix it and was told over and over that I would have to pay again because it’s not their fault. How was it my fault though?? I would never recommend this place even to my worst enemies.

Fantastic experience: OMG, where do I start! Elegant Dental is a God sent. I've had nightmare experiences with other dentist and almost gave up. That's when I called Elegant Dental. The staff, service and dentist are very helpful and a breath of fresh air. Not only do they care and listen to your needs but they do it with so much patience and professionalism. THEY GAVE ME MY SMILE BACK! Which I never thought was possible especially after my past experiences with other dentist! Man, I gotta tell you, I would only recommend Elegant Dental to my friends and family!

Fantastic experience: I broke my tooth and have to get an implant and crown . I began at a different office but was unhappy and switched to elegant dental. My experience here has been exceptional. The price for this service is high so I was appreciative that they set me me up for the care credit payment plan. So far the implant has been placed and I will be going back later after the healing for the crown. Any visit to a dentist comes with great nervousness. There's nothing to be afraid of here. I swear it was completely and totally painless. Didn't even feel the needle going in. Definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient there for a little over 2 years. I’m finally able to say i found a place that takes their time and cares. The staff is great! They are very welcoming. I really enjoy the environment. The hygienist is great! I appreciate how he explains everything in words that i can understand (LOL) and he pushes the importance of dental care so that i won’t have health issues in the future. Overall a great place!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr. Sohns for about 4 years and I am very pleased with this dental facility, I am always greeted with friendly faces and many hellos, the office is very clean and the staff is very professional, I am always presented with a treatment plan and cost estimate prior to any work, I also appreciate that they always ask how I’m doing through any procedure and ask if I’m in any pain, they are extremely gentle and usually any pain or discomfort is minimal, so I highly recommend Dr. Sohn to anyone who is looking for a great dentist!

Fantastic experience: I am been a patient of Dr Sohn for approximately 13 years. I have been extremely pleased with his dental care. He is a patient and caring doctor. I would not ever change dentists. In fact I have made se veal referrals to friends and family members.

Negative experience: Yes... I saw all of the 5 star ratings. That's why I decided to come here. I'm am not going to lie, my first exam was awesome. When I came to get my work done 2 weeks later, a Mexican guy did a good job deep cleaning my teeth. I went to see the young Asian doctor to fill my cavities. He was pretty rude and in a rush to fill my cavities, so he could leave at 5pm. I didn't notice it until I got home and the numbness went away that he missed 2 spots. It aches when cold water touches it. Wished Dr. Sohn would've worked on my teeth. He was pretty kool. I was hoping for better service. But now I'm gonna have to find a competent dentist who can do a better job.
