Fantastic experience: Love how fast and easy my visit was. If i had a doubts they would not only help with providing the information but they would do it soooo gracefully and for that I’m very thankful.

Fantastic experience: My daughter genuinely enjoys visiting the dentist. The front desk team is exceptionally kind and welcoming, always making her feel special and comfortable. My son has also had a wonderful experience. We truly appreciate the professionalism and warm environment provided by the entire staff.

Fantastic experience: I love taking my daughter to this dentist! Everyone is so friendly. All the rooms are decorated kid friendly. There’s tvs on the ceiling for the kids when they lay on the chair. The dentist herself is amazing. My daughter has been going there since she got her first tooth, so she’s very young still & they treat her very well.

Fantastic experience: This place is awesome the dentist and the dental assistants are great with kids. They make them feel so safe and involved my girls actually enjoy going to the dentist. The whole process goes as about as smooth as humanly possible with a three year old and 18 month old can go. I couldn’t ask for better highly recommend this place to anyone with small kids

Fantastic experience: Love this dentist for my four yr old he always has a great experience and even though he's the tough customer they are always so sweet and thorough with the exam and usually the experience is fast and perfect timing to allow him to still be present at school if needed be.

Fantastic experience: It was our first time visiting this dentistry and it did not disappoint. The process was quick they took us in Fast and everyone was very friendly the dentist was very knowledgeable sweet and patient I am glad I took my daughter there because she felt comfortable.

Dr. Mona is one of the most amazing women I have ever had the opportunity to meet, and having her as the dentist for my boys is truly a blessing. She is kind, patient, caring, and incredibly gentle. She consistently goes above and beyond at every visit. My kids genuinely love coming here, which says so much. I highly recommend this dental office and especially Dr. Mona to any parent looking for an exceptional dentist for their children

Negative experience: Before going I read all the reviews and based on the reviews I thought it would be a great experience but unfortunately that was not the case. The receptionist ladies were very sweet… but the dental assistants that “helped” my son were very rude towards each other and very impatient. Thank God when they asked if I wanted to leave because they would have to hold my son down… I quickly said absolutely not I’ll stay with my son and be the one to hold him if need be. Not a terrible place … but they definitely do not have the attitude you would think they would have because they specifically work with kids… That being said, I will make sure to ask for somebody else if we ever go there again but I’ll definitely be keeping my kids at Dentistry 4 kids!! Even if it’s further from us.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank my dentist for keeping my teeth healthy, I’ve had the privilege to been a patient since I was a little girl and now I’m 15 years old and never had a tooth cavity which kept me with a beautiful smile!

Fantastic experience: Me and husband love it here! It’s so nice and clean and love the Disney theme on the walls! The front desk were so nice. And the doctor was so good and patient with my son! She was super sweet to him! We love it here! I highly recommend it here if you are looking for a clean and friendly children dentist. Come to this place.

Negative experience: My kids have autism . I found a nice place for them Dentistry 4 Kids but this dentistry kept calling messaging and texting and emailing after 2 years I spoke to someone they told me their methods had changed they won’t send me to outside doctor for my daughters so I decided to give them a try since it’s closer to me . They lied to me . They send me to loma Linda again . This just add stress to parents who have kids with autism I have 2 and yeah that’s not nice I know you guys need money but don’t like the lies to parents for it .

Fantastic experience: Words can not express my Gratitude to Riverside Children’s Dentistry . I have been trying to find a dentist that cares about Their patients and can provide a safe and calm environment for treatment of my children who were very nervous going to the dentist after a previous bad experience . Both my girls got work done here and Dr. Vanessa and the Dental Assistant Gigi Did amazing for them both ! My daughter has some sensory problems and had struggled in the past with the dentist and we are so happy to have found somewhere where they care about the health of their patients teeth and provide excellent care . Dr .Vanessa was kind and calm and explained every step of the way to ensure I understood the treatment my kids were receiving, not only that she helped restore my daughter’s smile and confidence! Thank you guys again I would recommend to any parent in Riverside to come here the whole experience from front Desk staff to the Dental assistants in the back was great .

Fantastic experience: My 5 star rating is specifically and strictly only for the dentist, Dr. Mona. She is amazing. She cares about what I think, she cares about answering my 12,451 questions and most importantly she cares about my kids (at least that’s the treatment they receive from her when in her chair). They get so excited when they see her. Now the staff, is okay. They’re polite, but they aren’t welcoming, the dental assistants. Some are awesome, sweet and kind with the kids and with myself. Too many are just “there”, there to get the job done, and I don’t like that. They’re cold. Regardless, I will still go for Dr. Mona :)

Fantastic experience: I searched for a great pediatric dentist and I’m thoroughly pleased to have found them at Riverside Childrens Dentistry. The front desk staff is courteous, the dental assistants are patient with my toddlers, and all the dentists my 3 year olds have seen have been incredibly sweet, informative and tolerate the nervous screams of my little ones without a single complaint. I do believe all my children will continue to visit this dentistry as I am extremely pleased.

Fantastic experience: I was able to fill out all the paperwork online before our appointment which made it so much more convenient than doing it in office with 3 kids in tow. My kids were also seen right away. When we got to the exam room they were excited to see Disney characters on the wall and The Incredibles playing on the ceiling. 100% recommended.

And when I found Riverside Children's Dentistry, it was a true blessing! She truly cares about the children and explores other options before thinking about putting them through unnecessary pain. She gained three little patients for a long time!

Negative experience: I recently had an unfortunate experience with Riverside Children's Dentistry. I had an appointment scheduled but needed to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. I called well within the cancellation window to notify them and was informed of a $50 cancellation fee. However, upon discussing this with the receptionist, it became evident that my initial call was not properly notated, leading to confusion and unnecessary charges. Communication is key in any professional setting, especially in healthcare. While I understand the need for cancellation policies, it's disheartening when such policies aren't applied fairly due to internal errors. As a patient, I value transparency and clarity, both of which were lacking in this instance. Moving forward, I hope Riverside Children's Dentistry considers reviewing their internal processes to prevent similar misunderstandings. Patients should feel respected and valued, even when unforeseen changes to appointments occur. I appreciate the quality of care I receive during appointments, but improvements in administrative processes would enhance the overall patient experience. Spoke with supervisor and she was uncooperative and unwilling to accept her staff dropped the ball.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mona a RCD is the kindest, most patient, yet thorough dentist you could hope to have for your kids. The staff is equally wonderful. So accommodating and kind. I am so grateful to have this fantastic provider in my community. My kids have zero fear of going to the dentist because of the care they receive here. They actually look forward to the experience. What more could a parent ask for?

Fantastic experience: Some of the staff there r really nice and few you can see are kid friendly. It was my sons 2nd time back, they managed it well & I definitely appreciate the doctor’s patience with him. The doctor attended both my kids, she was very very kind and she explained in detail and super patient with my kids. The assistant that was helping on my son, you can tell her frustration was getting through. As for my daughter, it was her first time ever stepping into a dentist & 1 of the assistants that helped with her definitely is a kid person. She was so kind and attentive to my daughter. I didn't get her name to shout her out but ill definitely remember her. Also, she was the only 1 that pointed out about my sons fees if i accepted a certain procedure! I am only going back literally because she’s so kind and because of the doctor is so kind and has lots of patience. I know other doctors would have thrown the towel lol

Fantastic experience: HIGHLY RECOMMEND taking your little(s) to Riverside Children’s Dentistry! A little back story why I switched my children’s dentist place to this one. My son use to attend Sac Health’s pediatric dentistry, one visit they traumatized him. They screamed at him to open his mouth, held him down, forced his mouth open. A week later the doctor yelled at me to bring him back after he refused to open his mouth. I found this place and gave them a shot! The first visit, my son was still traumatized and scared but he let them take x-rays and brush his teeth (to an extent). He went back 6 months later and was a champ with zero tears! Now, 4.5y/o and his little sister is 2, they both just 6 month visits, zero cavities, zero tears! They both held each others hand and supported each other

Fantastic experience: Beyond greatful and happy with Riverside Children's Dentistry. My son had a dental emergency and am new to the area so I called them and they were so nice to set me up a same day appointment and since it was my son first visit here the process was very smooth. They sent me a link to fill out all the paperwork for his first visit and I was very happy that it was fast and easy to fill out. Definitely will be coming back and recommend 100% Also forgot to mention nurses and Dr. Adami were very nice and made my son feel safe.

The dentist was very nice and fast, which is needed for a children’s dentistry. Our 4th time here and will continue coming back! It’s worth the hour drive

Fantastic experience: I brought my daughter, Aubri in today for a cleaning with Dr. Adami and she was so sweet. My daughter was so excited and was not scared at all which makes me so happy. They made her feel so comfortable. I definitely recommend bringing your children here! My son is next!!

Negative experience: Negative 5 stars! One. They didn’t even let me go with my son to the treatment room and then when they finished I was allowed to go back there to be with him and I noticed a white mark on his cheek. It looked like some type of marker but I didn’t think anything bad. We ended up leaving and going home and once the mark came off I noticed a big cut on his cheek! It looked like someone scratched him with their fingernail and they did not mention hurting my son. So I gave them a call and they tried acting like they didn’t know how it happened and I sent them pictures and they still tried to deny it and act like it wasn’t them. My son went in that office with no prior wounds and came out with one! Never taking my kids there EVER AGAIN!!! Be careful if your kids go there because apparently they injure your kids and don’t let you know about it. The pictures show from the day of until now. Day of was April 11,2024- April 16,2024

Fantastic experience: As someone who had a crappy dental experience years ago, I searched reviews like crazy for a dentist for my kids. They have the absolutely best staff ever and their wait times are super short! Last time I was there they were understaffed but we were seen quickly nonetheless. They communicate everything very well to both the parents and the kids. It’s the perfect dentist for your kiddos!

Fantastic experience: Doctor Mona is fantastic! She works well with both my kids and has a nurturing and soft voice that keeps them calm. We started there a few years back I believe in 2019 and we have been very happy with all of our appointments. Rose is our favorite assistant and we stick with her because she has been there since the beginning with us.

They’re never crowded and you never feel rushed or stressed. They show you that your child is important with one on one care. I went somewhere else when my daughter fell and hit her mouth because I wanted same day care. Never again. I will never take my children anywhere else!

Negative experience: I found this dental office for my kids & it’s very nice & clean inside & the front desk nurses are great too. BUT Dentist Dr. is NOT. She was not patient with my children & I don’t understand how she could be a Dentist for children. My son has autism & he freaks out a bit and she was annoyed that he was being so loud. This made me feel very uncomfortable. It was my daughters first time & she just horrible & didn’t make it fun at all for her & just recommends putting kids to sleep to do there procedures but doesn’t even try to communicate with the kids and make them feel comfortable with there visit. Definitely won’t be going back to this Dentist office heck to the no.

Fantastic experience: As a mom of kiddos, I love this dentist. This offices staff are so patient. They took the time to show us each tool by explaining what it is , why it is used, and how it works. This completely calmed any anxieties and my kiddos had, so my kiddos were able to relax and trust that they were in a good place. Because of this, they had a better experience than I had as a child ;that's all any parents ask for.
